• jiwon (9/5): 매우 만족스러운. - 매우 청결. 친절한 스텝들. 욕실의 수건과 침대보는 무척 깨끗했고 향긋한 세제향이 났어요. 넉넉하고 편리한 주차. 더운 날이었는데 1층에서 무료 아이스아메리카노를 마실수 있어 더욱 좋았어요. 옆방 소음에 취약할수 있겠다는 생각이 들지만 저의 경우 전혀 문제없이 잘 묵었어요.

• Arlito JR (10/5): - Everything! My expectations were exceeded from the moment I arrived. The hotel room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully arranged. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best nights of sleep in a long time. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. I also loved the peaceful atmosphere, the modern amenities, and the attention to detail throughout the room. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bathroom was very clean, and the overall comfort made me feel relaxed and at home. The location was convenient, and the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.
• Joshua (10/5): Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return thanks to the great location, comfortable rooms and excellent - The hotel was extremely good value for money. The room was clean, comfortable and quite spacious, and the location was great — close to public transport and within walking distance of the beach. The hotel also had really good extra amenities including a fairly good gym, free bottled water, free ice cups and free coffee, which was very appreciated during the stay. A special mention to the evening male receptionist who was fantastic — very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Only a couple of minor housekeeping issues. The cleaners would take used towels but didn’t always replace them, although the hotel does provide enough towels for the duration of the stay. There was also only one bathroom floor mat provided, which was taken after the first clean and not replaced. Additionally, the shower tends to splash water quite heavily into the bathroom area.

• Sabine (8/5): - Emplacement chouette et pratique : très proche métro Heaundae, ce qui permet d'aller facilement ailleurs car la ville est immense... chambre de 3 très correcte en espace, et douche pour une fois assez séparée pour ne pas complètement inonder. Lit beaucoup trop dur ! Mais j'ai demandé une couette supplémentaire pour mettre sous l'alèse, qui m'a été fournie sans problème.

• Jenelle (7/5): If rooms were freshened up this place would be a winner - Book if a full weight lifting gym is important to you. The staff is friendly but you may also have to deal with just a kiosk at times. The breakfast is tasty with good options and unique offerings. Coffee was best we have had from a machine in hotel in last 4 weeks of traveling in a Korea and Taiwan. The room itself was dingy and small and bathroom and finishes are all cheap, door slams loud and for the price I would have expected a reading lamp or some sort of better lighting situation.

• 9cfcd76bf383717f4f07a99b3f338524 (8/5): - Schöne große Zimmer, super Lage nahe Metro und Strand. Abwechslungsreiches gutes Frühstück. Leider nicht ganz so sauber wie erhofft. Im Vorraum und im Bad waren noch Haare der Vormieter zu finden. Die Küchenzeile wurde wohl auch des längeren nicht mehr genutzt und und war entsprechend eingestaubt.

Si torno a Haeindae no miraré cap altre lloc, tornaré a reservar al mateix hotel - Ubicació excel·lent i el personal de recepció molt atent i amable. Ens han ajudat moltíssim a mi i a la meva familia. A vegades ens posaven poques tovalloles i petots detalls com sabatilles, pinta de cabell…

• 이 (9/5): 매우 깨끗하고 친절한 호텔~^^ - 운전에 지쳐 늦은 저녁에 도착했습니다만... 안내 해 주시는 노신사(^^)분이 너무 너무 친절하셔서 기분이 좋아졌습니다. 1. 개인적으로 '욕조'가 있는 곳이 더 좋습니다. 욕조가 없어서 좀 아쉬웠습니다만 청결상태는 매우 매우 좋았습니다. 부산 여행을 가게 된다면 다시 방문드리고 싶을 정도로 매우 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 2. (저는 많이 사용하지 않는데...) 드라이기를 누가 사용하다가 바람이 나오는 쪽...이 좀 녹아(?)있어서..교체하시는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다.

• YASUHIKO (6/5): もう少し安くてもいいと思える部屋だが、立地を考えるとそれなりかと。 - 改装したてなのか、白を基調として清潔感はあった。 駅に近く、ビーチまでも近く、にぎやかな通りにも近くお店もたくさんある。 カジノも近いので過ごしやすいと思う。 出迎えてくれたホテルスタッフのおじさんが明るくて最高。 どうしても部屋は狭いですね。「改装」した箇所が少々見えたのが残念。

• Mehmet (10/5): - Das Hotel ist als hätte man einen Cheat für alles umsonst. Für einen es kleinen Betrag haben wir 3 nächste gebucht. Angekommen wurden wir sehr nett begrüßt. Der ältere Herr am Empfang ist wohl der nettesten und hilfsbereiteste, den wir je kennengelernt haben. Alles bei Seite, haben wir uns sehr gefreut ihn kennengelernt zu haben. ICH SCHLAGE IHN AN DIESER STELLE DRINGEND FÜR EINE GEHALTSERHÖHUNG VOR!!!. Das Frühstück fanden wir auch sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind echt groß und funktional. Sollten wir wieder nach Busan kommen, würden wir sehr gerne wieder kommen und sei es nur wegen dem netten Herren.
• Pei Qi (9/5): 位置非常棒，櫃檯服務人員都非常親切，房間有電子衣櫥，但公共空間比較小，不過房間足夠打開五個行李箱，但隔音稍微差一點，輕輕走動就容易有聲響。 - 交通及位置，距離海雲台大街非常近，附近很多餐廳，走出去就有便利商店，離地鐵也不遠。 房間還是感覺稍微小一點，隔音非常不好。

• Anthony (7/5): What could have been a good stay spoiled by building noise and a rock hard bed . - Reasonable price. Nice breakfast . Helpful staff A large 30 storey building is being constructed next door and the builder’s yard opposite starts up early . The double glazing is good but the building noise was disturbing.We knew the room would be small and it was OK for a couple but the bed was rock hard and uncomfortable. I would not stay here again until the building work is done .

• HEYJU (10/5): - 아침 맛있었어요! + 물, 얼음컵 무료라서 왕 좋았어요!! 그리고 4명인데 침대 3개 주셔서 덕분에 편안하게 잘 수 있었어요. 해운대에서 가까워서 좋아요. 근처에 상점도 많아서 저는 개인적으로 엄청 만족했어요. 조식도 맜었구요! 조식먹는 곳이랑 묵는 곳이랑 달라서 그건 아쉬웠어요, 그래도 스태프 분들이 엄청 친절해서 다 상쇄 해주는 거 같습니다. 주차장도 넉넉하고 저는 부산여행에서 해당 객실이 제일 마음에 들었어요!!^^
