- Eravany Noura (8/5): Great Location spot on for one night stay - great location, spot on, near sempur park, near city attraction the parking area is narrow, you should careful when park your car. secondly the smell of the water waste was very stink, spread out to the lift

- Santiago (4/5): Not a pleasant stay in the room but location and breakfast was reasonably good. - Breakfast was fairly good. Enjoyed the local varieties offered. Taste was good as well. Location is good easy to access to many places. The bed linens were bad. There was many stain marks and thorn sheets. All 4 days i got them to clean my room and the bed sheets, pillow and comforters were stained. It was a bad experience. I have photos as proof if you need it. Room corridors on 16th floor was bad. Carpets torn and dirty. Ceiling looked like it was going to fall anytime. Corridor was poorly lit up. My room number was 1606 and 1624. Rooms were far apart.

- Abang (8/5): First stay in Bogor Hotel. - Despite its age, the hotel is wonderfully well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. It's also conveniently situated, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. Like many hotels, a more consistent pleasant scent throughout the property would enhance the overall experience.

- Debora (5/5): 2 nights at Swissbel - Very friendly and helpful staff There's always noise at night,we couldn't sleep the room looks a bit old and there's water damage in the ceiling near the aircon and what appears to be mould. Poor bathroom design with a shower/bath where the water would spill over the bath ledge as well as a tripping hazard getting out of the shower.

For the first three days, only two elevators were working, which caused long waiting times. We also had to follow up several times to get room service, even after making repeated requests. Overall, the experience did not match the price we paid. We will not return.
- Raka (7/5): Good - we stayed here with our family last year, we had a good time. so this time of year we stayed at the same hotel. it's within our budget, centre of the city, really easy to go around from this area. we stayed in a different room last time, but this time it was a different room. the room feels so empty, there are cracks on the wall, floor, lumps on the carpet. We tried not to change the towel too often, but when we change, the smell of the new towel didn't smell fresh. We stayed at the 18th floor, the whole floor feels not properly taken care off, maybe due to some reason. The breakfast is ok, not sure we could get something better within this budget but it could be better.
