• Brian (8/5): We loved the view and the weather was in the 60s with lots of dusk sun. Beautiful area and so quiet - There were no stairs and large bedrooms and a very roomy living room area with a pool table. I was staying for the reason of surgery recovery. I would have like to have seen the home more clean but I saw finger marks all over the windows and things were not dusted. So I cleaned the house before surgery. There was a fan in the bedroom but it was full of dust and debris so I took it apart and cleaned it before use. I did NOT know this home was a basement and there were people above us. thought that was strange.

• Gregory (10/5): Wonderful place in a fantastic setting 10/10!!! - Great swimming pool, amazing setting in the black hills, and absolutely everything we needed. Very well stocked and even had some bonus treats. The pool cues at the house were mushroomed except for one.

• Marion (9/5): we had a VERY enjoyable stay at Priceless Black Hills View and will tell all our friends about it, who want to visit Cus - The view was in fact priceless! We liked being out of the main part of town. The place was large and immaculate, with a pool table (!) and everything in good to great condition. The large windows/doors in the living room meant you could see the view even while inside, in addition to when you were in the patio area with table and chairs. We also enjoyed seeing the deer who seemed to be be quite comfortable walking around the yard and the whole development. Also, Little reminders about upkeep were tastefully placed … like where to put the trash. Ryan was responsive to all messages. Minor things… like wanting bar soap and a box of tissues available.

• Miranda (10/5): Nice space, quiet, clean, comfortable. - This property was clean, quiet, and had plenty of room. The kitchen and laundry facilities were a great bonus. We only stayed for one night, but it was very comfortable and the view was quite nice. There was nothing I had issues with, the property was as I expected and our stay was good.
