My husband really liked the suite. Did step in a pee puddle by the night stand in our room, staff did ask if I wanted the carpet cleaned.

Peralta (4/5): Review - It was clean. And bed was comfy. Thankfully the heater worked. Curtains were thin. Hardly any channels worked. The shower head didnt work. No pressure for showers and the flow would mostly drop for baths. It had rust also if I decided to shower. The coffee maker didnt work. And the soap made your skin dry. Staff difficult to find at times having to wait even when I am in a rush.

Tyler (4/5): Leaves a lot to be desired. - I’ll start by saying…your options while staying in Pampa are…not great and this hotel still seems to be the best option. With that being said, the cleanliness is seriously lacking. I’ve stayed here numerous times and will likely have to do so again. I recommend looking over your bath towels before drying off. This is what mine looked like.
Janice (10/5): - The only issues we had was one lamp had a bad blub, and the shower door handle was loose and coming off. The shower leaked at the bottom where the frame met the shower body in room 219.
Michelle (8/5): - Clean rooms and facilities. The “heated” pool was not heated. The hot tub was hit but jets not working. These were the main reasons we booked here.
Jean (8/5): - The bed (king) was not the most comfortable. There were standard pillows instead of king size pillow. Only one corner ledge on the shower that only a bar of soap would fit on. No place for bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast was great!

Nupester (4/5): Rough Stay, Had to Switch Rooms, Issues with AC/Keys - I was befuddled upon check-in to come in to a stifling hot room; the check-in person came up, did something to the AC and said it was good. I came back a half hour later after running a late errand and it was worse. I begged to switch rooms nearby (it was after midnight and my stuff was in the room) but he said he’d have to charge me more and I could only move to a room a floor up on the other side. I wasn’t quite in the mood for that so late but I did it. The second room was okay; small but clean and the AC worked. But the keys didn’t and I had to keep coming down (two floors) to get them fixed. I complained and spoke to the manager who promised to give me a discount but it never showed up on my card. If you get a good room the first time, it’s a really good value. But I can see signs of decay around the hotel. For example, the third floor hallway was also stifling hot (like my second floor room). Pet-friendly for $28.25/night after tax.

JoanF617 (10/5): Outstanding wheelchair accessibility - Wheelchair accessibility is unusually well done and every member of staff I met is particularly thoughtful and considerate in response to special needs, I found in recent travel with family to a wedding. All too rare! I would definitely stay here again and I give it highest recommendations. This place was worth a bit of a detour! Even the breakfast is a cut above the usual.

Also, the spy has been out of order for several months at least. The shower needs a good cleaning in the edges and corners. Out doors, rose bushes, tree stump at front of building/parking area needs to be removed. Honeysuckle needs to be trimmed up, big time!

I ended up going to the post office and taking care of some errands before I left due to this problem. The TV in my room did not work and the front lady came right away to fix it. It ended up that they were going to need to switch out the tv and she was willing to do it right then. She really wanted to make sure my stay was the best it could be. I was traveling solo from CA to NC and La Quinta Inns fit my needs really well for my journey.
