• Scott (10/5): - My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. This hotel is in the middle of it all, it’s the perfect location. Whether you want to walk to the beach, grab food, or go to the local shops.. it’s all close! The only negative comment I have is that I wish the room had at least a refrigerator, but that’s not a huge deal.

• Rosa (10/5): - The hotel is very close to anything I need. There is a Chedraui and a movie theater next door, the beach and docks are within walking distance. If you stand outside the hotel a taxi will pass by within minutes to take you downtown.

• Alejandra (4/5): - Cierran la alberca sin previo aviso, le comenté a la gerente y dijo que ni ellos sabían de los arreglos. Les pedimos que nos cambiaran de hotel ya que nuestro motivo de quedarnos con ellos era la alberca porque llevamos niños y me dijo que si podía reembolsar y luego que no. Hable con recepción y no dieron solución. Al día siguiente la alberca ni la arreglaron solo pusieron unos parches de pintura fea, creo hubo más huéspedes que se quejaron. La verdad como huésped nos sentimos súper mal porque no les importamos en su momento. Y al día siguiente para según compensar mis dieron el desayuno.

• Jenna (8/5): - I liked the staff and location, it's right by the big store, theres a couple beaches within walking distance. We originally booked a $80 a night room with 2 double beds, we didn't like it for 1 I needed a desk to work on and 2 the location of the room was right above the pool which was very loud. We let the staff know at 10 pm and they moved us to a MUCH nicer suite. 300 Paso's more a night, totally worth it. Wish we didnt have reservations for 2 weeks there but it worked for us. The housekeeper staff was wonderful and the front desk were great too! Only 1 person there speaks English. I think they may rent out the pool to local families a few days a week, it got pretty noisy but couldn't hear the fun from the suite.

I wanted a good room for a good price and thats what I got! Thanks! Location for us was a big factor as well. We knew the area and were happy with the location! I would say if they would offer me more ammenities for a fee I would happily pay. Like maybe a mini fridge or a comfy chair. BUT....not complaining! Thanks Galaria Del Angel!
• Tabatha Mariana (6/5): - Tiene todo lo necesario si lo que buscas es solo llegar a dormir. La limpieza siempre buena, la atención y amabilidad buena. Lo único es que nunca tuve agua caliente, ni tibia.
• Sheree (9/5): Enjoyed our stay - Near a big supermarket and the beach lovely swimming pool. The reception asked us to pay again even though we pre paid through bookings. We were stopped twice to sign a visa slip. We spoke no Spanish so it was hard to communicate that we had paid already. We had to phone bookings to get them to sort it out.
• Juana (9/5): I had a wonderful time and will need to return to see more of Huatulco - Rooms were clean. Staff was very nice and helped me book the tours that I wanted. I felt safe to walk around the property and it was conveniently located near shops and food places. also used their laundry service they recommended with no issues at all. everything was great cannot think of anything.
• Ati (8/5): Great imersion into the Mexican clientele. Angela from front desk very kind. Roberta the cleaning person did amasing job - Family oriented and mostly Mexican clientele. Good for children who would like to play with other children. The first room we got was above the tables along the swimming pool and was very noisy. we asked fir a room on the 3rd floor and that was great.
• Anonymous (4/5): I would not stay here again - really nice staff and good air conditioning the place was under renovation which we were not informed of so it was loud during the day. also there was garbage all over the hallway when we were first shown to our room. the rooms themselves were not cozy and the ceiling was peeling/ bedsheets were stained.

• Veronica (2/5): - The hotel was under construction which I did not know or did I ever get a notification, however that was not the problem. This issue was we were unable to check in at 3 because the manager was not back from lunch so we had to wait for almost an hour for him to get back. The control to the fan did not work in some of the rooms. I had to ask for towels for all three rooms as there were none in the bathrooms, the closets did not have a pole to hang close nor did they have a door, no iron, no hairdryer. In one of the rooms we rented the fan did not work. We had to use our own personal ID cards as RFID to turn on the lights in our rooms because the hotel did not have the RFID cards they later switched them to a regular Soriana grocery store card. Everyday we had to leave our keyroom so housekeeping could go in and clean the rooms because they did not have spare keys. The room rate was very inexpensive and I knew at time of booking that it wasn't going to be anything luxurious however I did expect to have the basic minimal things a hotel should have. The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that it was very close to a grocery store. I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!
• Elo (10/5): This is worth every penny - I wanted a place to rest after a day of full activity and this was the perfect spot. Fancy is not what I wanted, just a clean and comfortable room. This is exactly what we got. Food near by for our kids. We could walk to different areas if needed. Too hot to do so but available. The price is extremely reasonable and just perfect. Truly recommend this hotel if luxury is the main point in your stay. Clean, simple, and very nice people.
• Deborah (8/5): Decent place for reasonable price - There was a store and supermarket across the road. Pool was nice, balconies faced a bunch of small food stands. Our fan didn't work in the room and half way through our four night stay the air conditioner started leaking. Place was clean, reasonably priced and there were no bugs.
• Maria (6/5): Beds are not the ver y yo sleep - I book this hotel because was last minute stay in Huatulco, Those beds are concrete base static can't move to the side , my daughter 8 years all felt from bed while sleeping at night and she broke her collar bone . I don't think have a concrete static beds are good to have it in a hotel due the kids stay , you can't move close to the wall at all. Pool wasn't that clean either , the room need more cleaning specially in the base of the concrete beds you can see a lot of dirt marks , also in the description mention restaurant. But when we arrive the restaurant was not in service for the entire stay.
• Sharon (10/5): Manager Luis is wonderful. - After two weeks in a lovely hostel in Oaxaca city and two nights in Escondido in a less than lovely low budget hotel, we came for four nights to this hotel but could only stay for two due to sudden illness and a return home. To us it felt like luxury, a pool, large air conditioned room, big bathroom and hot shower, a small tropical garden just outside our door. Good value for the price.
• Glenn22 (2/5): Nice hotel - but been let go - ¡En esta hotel, todo fue sucio, sin atención o cuidado! Otras hoteles pequeños en Mexico a veces son viejo pero muy limpio - pero no aquí!!! This hotel looks good from the outside but has been let go inside. Lobby restaurant has thick layer of dust on everything and appears never to open. Pool has no chairs, no water movement, not clean, with staff personal laundry drying on the pool deck. The room was grubby and smelled like it had no fresh air in months. I have stayed in many small hotels in Mexico and often they may be old and worn, but clean clean clean with bleach. This is the opposite - not so old but feels like nobody cares or does anything. Reception didn't even care when I told him we're not going to stay there!!! It was Mexican school holiday week and most hotels in Huatulco were totally full - there's a reason why this one felt almost deserted - only with a few guests to be seen!!!
