• Lale (10/5): Best apartment, best location - The apartment is beyond beautiful and has everything you need for a longterm stay! The location is incredible and you’re right in the center of Barcelona , metro station right in front of the house and 30 seconds to visit Passeig de Gracia.
• James (9/5): Great stay in a beautiful flat. - Excellent location close to all the neighborhoods that have all the restaurants and bars you'd want to go to. It's not in the thick of the tourist area, which is good, but you are close to all the sites via a short walk or metro ride. The building is beautiful, and the apartment is as shown on the website. Vera was super nice and helpful.
• Chanel (10/5): Great Apartment! - The place is beautiful and looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Everything was confortable and well maintained. The kitchen had all the utensils needed so we could prepare dinner during our 3 month stay and the deck was very big and comfortable especially in the mornings while having my cup of tea. There were only 2 sets of stairs to get to the apartment but there was also an elevator if you don’t want to walk. The host was very responsive and helpful. Explained everything in detail and answered any questions without delay. There were a lot of stores right outside the place and if you walk 2 minutes to the end of the street there is a Main Street with food, stores and anything else you might want. Also the metro was right at the end of the street so we were able to explore with ease when going to other neighborhoods. Great place and I definitely recommend!!! The only con was no shelving in the showers to hold the soap or shampoo and conditioner
• Weihua (10/5): Wonderful time in Barcelona - Idea location, very safe area, 2 metro lines just downstairs, dozen buses 1 block away, hundreds of shopping and restaurants within 5 min. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with air conditioners and water in bathrooms are strong. Most importantly, the host is one of the best we have evert met, especially Olga. Nothing we can think of.
• Rouska (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful apartment. Very comfortable and at very good location in safe area. The welcoming was very friendly. The only thing not comfortable for us was that there weren't enough coffee copsules. We had to spend time surching to buy instead of enjoying the city.

• Anastasia (9/5): Superb - It is a beautiful cosy apartment, located in the centre of Barcelona in a gorgeous 100 year old building. It's spacious, has a lot of small lovely details: vases, artworks, lamps etc. The beds are comfy. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. There's a small separate room for smoking. Both balconies are really nice. The metro station is within 100 meters away, and there's several parkings nearby. The lady, who checked us in, Vera, was very sweet and helpful, and has even marked for us on the map everything we asked about: supermarkets, bars, wine shops etc. The concierge lady is really lovely too!

Attention to detail, styling, location (close to sites, meals, shopping), places to sit and ponder / people watch, ease of check-in. Location, location, location! Front door lock was problematic on occasion. Lift was not operational prior to 9am, meaning we had to bring large suitcases down the stairs due to early check out for our flight.

• Angel (10/5): Amazing 5+ - This place is a gem! It's located in a quieter and upscale neighbourhood, a couple of train stops away from the city center. The train station is literally right downstairs, and it's one of the main stations that has several lines passing through it, so it was extremely convenient getting to attractions like La Sagrada Familia. Parc Guell and Tibidabo. There are two Starbucks within 5 mins of walk, a couple of grocery stores, and many shops. Casa Batllo and Casa Mila are also located within 15 mins of walk. It's really convenient. The apartment itself is immaculate, clean, and had everything that our family of 4 needed. The kitchen is big and all the appliances are new. The beds are really comfortable. Olga and her friend Vera were friendly and helpful. They provided us with suggestions of places to eat and transit to use to get to different sightseeing spots. I highly recommend this place. Nothing

• Sherlw (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay there and have recommended it to our friends. - Four of our friends were traveling to Spain and Barcelona was our first stop. We took the metro from the airport and less than 15 minutes we were at the nearby station (changed one line from LR9 to L5). The apartment is only less than 5 minutes walk to the metro station. The hostess and her assistant were waiting for us at the entrance. Very convenient location. Hard to think of any.
• Elsa (8/5): The stay provided for an accessible and central location in the heart of Barcelona. Construction and sewage smells were - the location was quite central and accessible to the train. accessible for folks with physical access restrictions. the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped. Vera (staff) was on time, flexible with check-in, nice and helpful! the management did not let us know about a 300 euro security deposit (pre-authorization) ahead of time - keep that in mind when you book. it smelled of sewage, we could not sleep one of the two nights we stayed there and during the day, there was construction happening - so it was quite noisy and uncomfortable at times.

The shower could have been built better with a shelf or basket for toiletries; the master bedroom is a bit noisy since it faces the street, but it probably would only bother a light sleeper like me.

• Mini (7/5): needs a few extras for pleasant stay - the building was striking in its history and original features. bath towels small, off white and old-need replacing. poor quality toiletries, 2 loo rolls for 4night stay-bit mean, had to purchase more. no water on arrival, no tea bags or small milk on arrival. living area a/c wouldn’t blow cold air. bathroom drawer broken, glass shelf not secure. outdoor area tatty and broken old mat. just needed an owner check to ensure maintenance of property. plastic wine glass in kitchen-attention to detail required.

• Crean (9/5): Wonderful stay - apartment is located in a beautiful area of Barcelona! - Beautiful location and apartment and Olga was very helpful. She responded to texts right away and provided helpful information. Suggestions: fix the latch that holds the shower head as it is dangerous and fell on us twice and sprayed water all over the bathroom. Also suggest leaving more paper goods such as toilet paper, napkins, paper towels as well as coffee pods.

• Amiena (10/5): Casa Perfect - Wow, we felt like royalty - what a beautiful well preserved old yet modern apartment. The deco makes it feel so alive. This apartment was equipped with everything that we needed, lots of space and very clean. Olga, the host went above and beyond with assisting us - so friendly and easily reachable. Thank you for all your help and suggestions Olga :) This is prime location - in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, directly opposite the Diagonal Metro Station. Surrounded by restaurants, shops and taxis. Very safe and central. Wish we could stay longer - definitely one we will not forget.
