• Ilona (10/5): - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und höflich. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reich gedeckt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und es war für jeden etwas dabei. Leider war es von der Straße sehr laut und das Bett war sehr hart.

De airco op 1 kamer werkte niet maar er is wel een voorstel gedaan voor een ventilator. De parking van het hotel vonden we te duur. Er zouden wel wat foldertjes mogen liggen aan de balie van uitstappen in de omgeving en een stadsplan.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof haben An- und Abreise leicht gemacht. Ober- und Unterstadt waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ruhiges, großzügiges Zimmer zum Innenhof mit Blick auf den Ziegenberg. Kompaktes Frühstück - es fehlte mir an Nichts. Sehr leckere Säfte, Rührei und sogar kleine Pancake. Eine große Vielfalt an Kaffee - und sogar Kaffee zum Mitnehmen Dusche zum Bad offen, sodass Wasser ins Bad spritzt/läuft. Teppich (und Stühle im Frühstücksrestaurant) mit deutlich erkennbaren Gebrauchsspuren (z.B. Flecken).

Im Hotel gab es dann aber nur ein Doppelzimmer mit getrennten Betten. Diese Option steht bei der Reservierung auch zur Verfügung. Den Unterschied konnte man an der Rezeption nicht erklären. Es gäbe da aber oft „Missverständnisse“. Diese sollten das Hotel und Booking dringend klären.
