Guest Reviews
- Sofie (8/5): Beautiful lodge - Very beautiful lodge. Not much to see in the city. Wthe staff was very nice to transfer our reservation to Cusco without any further charges.
- Reshma (2/5): A VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. - Awful-there was no road access to the building-had to walk each day with luggage to the hotel from a distant adjacent road for 10plus minutes.COULD NOT BELIEVE IT.Contacted hotel.com immediately-Nothing was resolved to our satisfaction-A REAL let down from HOTEL.COM.To top it off, there was no hot water or at times electricity..Non accessibility to hotel due to construction was not disclosed at all.Pictures are really deceptive.
- Jessie (6/5): - Beautiful property with great potential, however, be ware of significant construction outside the property that greatly affects the functions of the property right now. It's out of the way with no roads in at this time. Condos are very nice but a decent walk to restaurants. Staff is amazing.
- Kevin (8/5): Great Lodge in rural Urubamba - We stayed here a night on our Sacred Valley trip. The lodge is a a great property with everything you could need on your stay. The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious in a beautifully maintained safe compound. Breakfast is good, but on property dining options for other meals is very limited. We arrived and departed by an adventurous taxi ride as the location is a bit off the main path. Our driver had to consult a local Peruvian to find the correct through street for access to the property.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Incredible setting with lovely grounds. Very nice and well kept apartment- would’ve liked to stay longer. Staff is wonderful, friendly, and helpful.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nature
Acess to location was impossible. B
Need vommunications on main street leading to the hotel
- Alejandro (10/5): Family trip to Urubamba - The lodge is pretty new, very clean and in great condition. The restaurant was also great. The only recommendation I gave to the owner is that they need to have tourist information at the reception of the hotel. The hotel is located out of Urubamba, a nice village, but without any tourist attraction in there. It is only 30 minutes from Ollantaytambo, where the train departs to Machu Picchu.
- Karina (10/5): - The lodges are so beautiful and stylish. Very comfortable. Worth the long drive to get here.
- Jennifer (10/5): - This hotel is amazing. We loved it.
- Javier (10/5): Comodo - Muy atentos, lugar limpio y comido.
- Susan (8/5): The place to stay in Urubamba - The Wayqey was amazing. Great accommodations, food, and service. A full-day guided taxi service to three top sites was a bonus. The taxi service to the airport was a great value.
