• Silvani (3/5): Photos are from after I started personally cleaning the tub. Would not stay again. Didn’t even trust the towels. - The tub was not clean. If I weren’t exhausted I would have changed rooms. One of the towels had hair still stuck in it. Grateful one of them was clean-looking and that I had plastic bags (to make a glove) and disinfecting wipes so I could use the shower.

• Patricia (7/5): A convenient stay for one night - Clean, convenient Old and tired, needs work but clean. Good for a one night stay. Bed was on the hard side and the one pillow was flat, lighting very poor but all in all, good.

• Nancy (10/5): Excellent, reasonable price if you are visiting Chicago. - Awesome front desk help. We were helped to use the local bus across the street to get to Midway Airport where we took the train to downtown Chicago. It worked smoothly and perfectly. We will certainly stay here next time we visit Chicago A light at the table would sure be nice.

• Christopher (8/5): Clean, Simple Motel - This place will never be confused with the Hilton, but it isn't advertised as that either. I stayed here because it was walking distance from SeatGeek Stadium. It is a simple motel, but the room was clean and looked to have been updated, as everything looked fairly new and in good condition. Cleaning service comes to the rooms daily, and there are lots of places to eat and stuff in close proximity.
• Tyler (6/5): Close to SeatGeek Stadium but that’s all - Booked a queen bed, got a full bed instead. Very strict no guest policy; had a couple friends over for 5 - 10 minutes before going out and received a call from the front desk.

• Lori (10/5): - The gentleman who checked us in was attentive and kind enough to help us with a error I made in reserving room. We were visiting family and needed a room closer to Midway. My husband said that we have found our new "go to" hotel when in Chicago.

• Joseph (10/5): - While the rooms are a bit dated, the room was clean the bed's soft and everything was just right for my 2-day stay there. My only criticism would be that the stopper on the bathroom sink did not work.
• Tracey (7/5): - The location, the staff, the ice machine Had issue with TV but they fixed it after I called they said they would send someone but I had to go to office to remind them. Couldn't get the tub to keep the water in. It might be me not used to the lever but I was too tired to ask. And the layout for the tv, microwave, mini fridge was odd. There was a small shelf over the microwave and a bar to hang clothes but it drapes on the microwave. TV is not in the center of room hard to see from the beds

• Scott (6/5): - This is an old hotel, but the rooms have been updated. My first room was accidentally booked as a smoking room, which was not very good. I moved to a nonsmoking room, which was fine.
• Christopher (8/5): - Awesome place to stay and rates definitely affordable. 400 for weekly rate i find to be completely affordable. Staff very attentive knowledgeable about restaurants.
• West (1/5): Keep looking. Price is low for a reason - I like the name, too bad I couldn’t relax. The gentleman in the office was super friendly & nice!! It was easy to miss the entrance but there were other ways of entering without it being an extensive re-route. Both of the bed comforters had at least 5-7 burn holes everywhere some huge too, a couple long curly jet black hair made up in the sheets of bed, lipstick stains on pillow cases, weird black stain on sheets of other bed, the shower had purple/black mold looking spots on floor, smelled of urine, huge stains on chair & chair on wheels, located on first floor when I booked for second floor. Slept on top of comforter, son wouldn’t stay in room so he guarded the door. I woke with tons of red bites all over legs and arms.

• Glen (10/5): In and gone as planned - The location was convenient to the place where I was visiting. The room was big and comfortable and had all but a coffeemaker (but there was one in the office I got to use). Lights, bed, microwave, refrigerator, table and chairs, all were good and useful. I liked the drink machine with cans for $1.25. Cigarette smoke smell in my room but I suppose I could have changed to a non-smoking room.

• Alberto (8/5): Ok, motel, decent, good for 1 or 2 days. - No breakfast, location was good, parking good, decent motel, close to restaurants. Nothing fancy, good neighborhood, motel good for 1-2 days! 11:00am checkout not good, had to pay extra for 12:00 checkout! Rate could be a little cheaper!

• Adrianne (9/5): Location is great, rooms are fair/acceptable. Won’t stay again due to price - The location to the festival (North Coast) is perfect for us. The room & bathroom were in pretty good shape! The little fridge was nice to have in the room. The cost for a motel was insanely high. We paid $500 for 3 nights stay which is pretty absurd for having no amenities. Additionally we had to settle for a smoking room, which was BAD. All of us woke up with coughing and stuffy noses, it’s not possible to open the windows, and the ceiling light did not work. We probably will look for other locations next year due to the price and lack of amenities.
