Ingeborg (10/5): Ich habe mich sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. - Die Wirtsleute waren ausgesprochen freundlich und umsichtig. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und es gab alles, was das Herz begehrte. Der Charme des Gasthauses ist geblieben. Man spürt noch die alte Tradition und das frühere heitere Leben auf dem Land, als sich die Einheimischen dort trafen. Auch ein gemütlicher Biergarten ist vorhanden. Die Übernachtungsmöglichkeit ist sehr empfehlenswert. Saubere Zimmer im ländlichen Stil, modernisiertes Badezimmer nach den neuesten Kriterien, ruhige Atmosphäre. Es hat alles, was man braucht. Fernsehen, WLAN vorhanden.

Monika (7/5): Die Fahrradtour in der Weingegend war wunderschön. - Boris und seine Frau, die Eigentümer der Gaststätte waren uns von der ersten Minute an sympathisch. Sie hatten für jedes Problem ein offenes Ohr und wir haben gemeinsam, immer eine passende Lösung gefunden. Sie haben uns auch gleich angeboten, wir können euch vom Tag der offenen Weingüter in Ipsheim (muss natürlich viel Wein probiert werden) gerne auch abholen. Die Rückfahrt mit dem Fahrrad ca. 12 km, war für uns aber kein Problem. 😊 Die Stechmücken haben uns in der Nacht attackiert. Wir hatten das Fenster ganz offen und nicht gemerkt, dass keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern waren.

Der Wirt Boris ist nicht nur ein hervorragender Koch, sondern auch ein begnadeter Brenner von Schnaps. Ich hatte das Vergnügen, einen seiner köstlichen Schnäpse zu probieren und konnte nicht widerstehen, einen mit nach Hause zu nehmen. Das Ambiente ist rustikal und einladend, das Essen frisch und lecker. Wenn Sie in der Gegend sind, sollten Sie unbedingt vorbeischauen, es rentiert sich. Wir waren für einen Messe Besuch in der Region. Ich bin im vollen Umfang begeistert und kommen gerne im nächsten Jahr wieder.
