Migdalia (2/5): - The room was unacceptably filthy - old food was in the microwave, the shower was filthy, and the bedspread was probably never washed. But the worst was they did not honor the room rate quoted and confirmed. My husband had been traveling for 5 hours, They blamed Expedia for the discrepancy but refused to take calls from Expedia. Expedia finally stepped up and transferred my husband to a reputable motel at the original price we had booked and confirmed. Even though it was not Expedia's fault, they were gracious in absorbing the difference. I don't recall encountering such a run down, unfriendly hotel before.
Autumn (2/5): - There is a very large homeless and drug using community here. We felt so unsafe we ended up not staying here. Be careful.

Manu (2/5): - This is the worst place to be. I don't have enough words to explain but I will try. The worst part was that they charged me much more than I booked from Expedia and refused to provide a detailed receipt. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Starting with the location, even though it is named City Center, it is not located in the center of the city. It is completely out of the city. There are 18 rooms and smaller than any motel you have ever seen. My car top was almost touching the room ceiling. Rooms are in horrible condition and stained mattresses. Don't get me started with staff. The only staff I got to see was a guy on reception for 3-4 minutes. We checked in around 3 pm. He charged me for the place (pay-later Expedia) and immediately took off. When I matched the Expedia quoted amount to the receipt, I immediately went to ask the reception, but he was no longer there. I called the number provided and the same guy picked up but this time he refused to understand simple English questions. I didn't get to meet any motel staff during my stay or at check out. So, overall, I ended of of paying much more than I booked for, for the room with majority of the things not functioning and unsafe location.
Chelsea (2/5): - This was the worst experience we've ever had with a motel or hotel. We arrived in the evening, and the office's open sign was on, and there was a phone number listed on the door. A man answered, and I said we have a reservation and are here to check in. He said, "we are closed," and I said ok, but we have a reservation. Is there a key box or code we use to get into our room? And he replied, "Nope. We are closed, " and I asked if there is someone on standby for situations like this? And he said, "No, come back tomorrow," and then I asked if I would be getting a refund then, and he said, "Nope. You gotta figure that out with Orbitz, that's not our problem, " and then hung up on me. There was no communication stating that if we didn't make it there in a certain amount of time that we would miss our reservation. We then reached out to Orbitz to request a refund, who informed us that they must be able to get ahold of the motel to authorize the refund, which when they called the motel, they refused the refund. This is the worst situation I have had and by far the worst motel we've ever tried to stay at. Not only was the customer service terrible, but the motel itself was super sketchy and gross looking. Others in the area said it's a terrible hotel that literally horror stories come out of all the time. My biggest piece of advice to anyone looking to stay in Bend, Oregon, is to avoid this place at all costs!!
Ashley (4/5): - So the first room they tried to give me, the facet to the shower was broken. I had to explain to staff more than once what the problem was and then they gave me the room next door. The room had broken blinds, it was dirty, the comforter had burn holes in them and the sheets were stained and ripped. WiFi did not work at all, the bulb was removed from one of the lamps and I had to struggle to get the bathroom sink to drain and I had no trash can in the room or anywhere I could find on site

GLEN (2/5): - I travel quite a bit for many years. Coos Bay was not planned and the casino hotel was 400 bucks. This place was 100. Should have stayed in a tent in one of the numerous homeless camps in the area. Bed bugs, blood on bed, dirty sweat soaked sheets, rude punk wearing sweats for a clerk. B/O matched the room odor. 30 seconds in the room and I gave the key back (yes a KEY !). Refused to credit my card. Went to motel 6, which looked like the Ritz in comparison. People in front of us were there for the same reasons. Worse part was called county public health department. No answer and no response to my message. I took video, but Coos County Oregon doesn’t seem to care..
Luis (2/5): - All rooms that crews were in were so filthy and stunk so bad it made the crews sick to their stomachs forcing them to leave the rooms without staying. They had to find other lodging for the night. Plugged toilets, whiskey bottles in the rooms, dirty laundry of former customers. This place should not even be open.
Lori (2/5): - Worse place I hAve ever stayed at. Dirty rooms, staff rude, no soap, shampoo, or conditioned offered. One one towel for two people, half roll of toilet paper and could provide more, no iceachine, look like a alot of.pd druggy people stay there
Kathy (2/5): - Property management is very rude has no customer service skills,does not make you feel welcome . That you are a bother to ask for xtra towels,t.p. I had reservations through your company for $70- less then I had to pay him because he would not honor your price. And charged me for a roll away bed for 2 nights and we never got it. Then he says they don't have em when I checked out and kept my $50 deposit . There are people sleeping in cars on the parking lot and I had to park on the road. Alot of homeless peole. There were weird men just walking around, made us feel unsafe the guy at the desk was crazy.

Glen (2/5): - Thermostat for wall heater inoperable, water in bathroom not warm enough to shower, window blinds barely manageable (had to ask clerk to close it) , fitted sheet on bed torn and stained with what looked like crayon scribbles, strong urine odor, no screens on windows, battery dead on wall clock, no alarm clock, art on walls was water damaged like condensation, one thin blanket I folded to keep warm. Microwave display zeroed out, no pillow slips, neighbor up several times hacking a lung, clerk could have given me a room without neighbors because over half vacant. No change kept on site, no coffee or anything. $85 a night.

Ross (2/5): Rudest Dude in Oregon - I made a mistake by not reading the reviews, sure wish I would have. The room had a layer of dust on everything, that was good because it meant it hadn't been used in a while. Everything was unplugged including the refrigerator and it had defrosted, water on the floor. No towels, no wifi, no customer service, oh wait there was rude dude whom we asked for towels 3 times. Finally borrowed towels from our family in North Bend. I reserved a room with a king bed, it was a queen but it did have king size fitted sheets on it. Btw we did get 1 towel, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth from rude dude but they were stained. Also rude dude stated there was no refunds. If we hadn't been there for a wedding we would have left. Tried to share pictures but it wouldn't let me.
Meghan (6/5): Nice Rooms…not the greatest guests - The room was very clean, no AC, no shampoo/condintioner/soap. The bed was comfortable had a mini fridge with freezer and microwave, close to amenities. Walls are thin one neighbor was constantly with his girlfriend the other neighbor started a fight at midnight and the police showed up with dogs. Overall nice room…just bad guests…would recommend providing fans in the room, they do get hot and I didn’t feel comfortable opening the windows as there was no screens and people fighting

Robert (2/5): Horrible place to stay!! - No toilet paper or towela, has to track down employee to get anything which was not easy. Horrible conditions, people screaming at each other all night, doors slamming. In general a real $hit hole! Would t recommend at all!
Maya (2/5): - DO NOT use this Motel. This place is not even close to what they offer. On Amazon says the room is smoke free, has fridge, microwave, tea and coffee maker, premium bedding and bathroom toiletries. The reality however is far from that. The room smelled like cigarets DID NOT have fridge, microwave, tea/coffee maker. The bed sheets were dirty, with huge stains and cigarette burn holes all over, huge tears at the sides , I would assume the bed sheets were not even washed, as there were orange crumbs in the beds, the blankets only thrown over the bed, looking like someone barely made the bed. There were no towels in the room, not even trash can. Some of the light bulbs were not working, and the wifi was not working. The visitors were very sketchy looking, my first guess is that this property is used by drug dealers and users as during my 30 -45 min stay there was a lot of druggies coming in and out of my neighbours room, the neighbours were blasting the music and I noticed 2 pit pulls in the room, barking really loud. I asked the front desk person for a new room as the room smelled like cigarettes, no fridge , I also mentioned the poor condition of the room, I was refused a new room. The front desk person was absolutely rude and did not care to listen to what I had to say and basically was saying “no” to anything I had to say, He refused to refund my money after I stated I want to leave and not use the room.

I didnt like the room was not cleaned the way it shoukd of been cleaned bes frame was in 2 diff spots fridge was unplugged tv turned on but there was no cable so coukdbt watch tv there was no safety lock on the door just rhe original door lock , and over all the price was right except for how dirty the room was i dont recommend it for anyone unless your wanting a cheap ass room for the nighy
Christine (2/5): - This was the worst Motel I've ever stayed at. It was terrifying. Someone tried to open my door twice on different nights. On the last night the management came to my door at 10:00 p.m. telling me I was supposed to check out at 6:00 p.m. I was not supposed to check out until the next morning. I was pretty concerned and could not wait to get out of there.
Suzanne (4/5): - The motel was okay in terms of location, but everything else about it led to a pretty poor experience. Upon making a reservation on Travelocity, I was given the choice to add a roll-away bed to our room for our 2nd teenager (two 6'2 teenage boys cannot share a double bed). I did so, but when we arrived at the motel, we were told they do not have any roll-away beds. We were given a blanket and pillow to make a 'bed' on the floor instead. In addition to this disappointment, the room smelled incredibly musty, there was dirt and rocks in one of the drawers, and the wifi didn't work. On top of all that, the total price was $6 higher than what our Travelocity reservation said, which normally wouldn't bother me - but in this case, felt like a complete rip-off. Needless to say, I do not recommend this motel and I will not be back.

Danielle (4/5): - Pros: There were no cockroaches. The trial size shampooconditioner provided looked to be ok. When I called ph# posted on lobby door, someone answered the phone. Cons: We reserved a room with a king bed & got a free downgrade to a bed with one extra super soft queen bed. When we went to check in, the lobby door was locked, with a different ph# to call than the one listed on Google for this motel. The man who answered didn't understand that I had reserved a room, and asked what room I would like, how many people, etc. And it was strange to be asked, "would you like to wait?" after reserving a room, finding the lobby locked, calling the number, providing my info. The wait time to check in was about 15 15 min. After a fellow arrived, he fished around for stuff, and logged into a computer, explaining nothing at all. After 10-15 min., he had me fill out a page & pay for room, then provided 1 key for our party. There was a booger on the wall where a headboard would be. There was smeared feces inside the toilet. There were clumps of goop in the bathroom & on floor by bed. There was no version of any kind of trash receptacle or bag at all in the room. The TV didn't work. There was 1/2 a roll of toilet paper to last us 2 days. I honestly believe all staff is trained to be hostile & "hard," instead of cordial & welcoming, to prevent patrons from asking for help if anything goes wrong.
Misty (2/5): Horrible - I was supposed to be charged $68 and when I got there the ride person working there stated that, “that booking isn’t available” and I was charged $85 for a room that was VERY dirty, to the extent that there was per on the toilet seat and bodily fluid on the comforter. There was also no toilet paper in the bathroom at all. We brought in our own paper and pillows and blankets. The surrounding area is also very dirty
Aubrey (2/5): - This is a weekly stay hotel, I cannot believe it is on Expedia. DO NOT STAY HERE. They WILL NOT give you your money back if you hand them any form of payment. The smell in two separate rooms was so unbearably strong that we could not breathe. Cigarette burns on the comforters. No locks on the windows. This place should be demolished. The guy behind the counter told us to “stop making this his problem.” When we insisted that we could not stay here and wanted to cancel the charge.

It has a disgusting dirty conforter, horrible odor, mold on walls and fridge ,under the bed a petrified old anial terd, pee on the walls, it was gross. The person who checked me in was very unfriendly and would barely even speak, the sink had some dirty waxy substance in it and the shower also was not clean, the sheets had red stains on them, the pillows inside the pillowcases were dingy, the people in the next room were fighting, yelling, cussing and fighting

Sitting on the bed you could feel the metal frame and all the springs so uncomfortable the bed sunk in so bad like ridiculous and the shower handle was falling off when we went to the front no one was there and hey wouldn’t answer the phone the water in the shower couldn't be adjusted so it was so hot and uncomfortable it had a nasty stench to it and when we told them in the morning they just said ok in a rishing manner like in other words o well so dont stay here ever oay the extra few dollars!!!!

Matt (2/5): Beware, Hotels.com does not guarantee their price. - I booked, obviously through Hotels.com. When I checked in and the rude clerk ran my credit card for the charges it was $20 more than my reservation. The incredibly incompetent clerk also put me in a room with a queen bed when I had reserved a king, and while he did change my room to one with a king bed, he refused to honor the hotel’s.com price and refund me the $20.

I did not get checked into a room and I am so sick it's unreal. The gas station,library and other people witnessed.. the owner truly took my money off my account visibility three times and kept Saying it was declined.. I have proof on my bank statement it was not. I have been calling bank for money back but the hotel I never stayed at still keel using my card and charging me. I am now negative I will never book with Expedia again ever . I want and need my money backij am dying.
Arnulfo (2/5): Dont do it - Read the reviews but decided to see what the fuss was all about, git to the motel, there was a sign stating call this number to get a room. So i called the guy that answered, says hello i stated im at the office for my reservation he said he wouldbe there in a hour im like excuse me he said he was on his lunch break. I was mad i called the place that i booked though and explained what was going on, now they are looking into trying to get my money back. Ive stayed here in the past but will never go again. I dont know how the ever are on hotels.com sute they need removed

Verified traveler (2/5): High class trap house - We were very disappointed. Blood on towel, stains on sheets. Hair in bed. Everything was cheap and junky. Overall I would not recommend to anyone unless trap house vibes are their thing.

The room we finally got had brown, feces-looking fingerprint streaks on the bathroom wall, no chair, a broken bed frame, pillowcases that looked like they hadn’t been changed since last slept on, dirt and cobwebs on the vents and ceiling light fixture, spotty WiFi…this is the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The person who checked us in was visibly displeased with us for contacting Expedia about them raising the rate on us.

Norma (4/5): - Upon arrival no one was at lobby. Customer service was nice but reception did not know some of the English terms when communicating. Room smelled, walls dirty, bed seemed broken and no screen on windows (room facing street). Booked this room on a whim as we needed an unexpected stay. Had a knock at 10:30am from a man asking if we would be extending stay and when replied not rudely stated check out was at 11 ( which we already knew). I’ve never stayed at a location where I get knocks on my door for check out status.
Apolonio (4/5): - Stayed here for a week for work. The lady that owns it was a very nice person. prices are inconsistent and they do not honor the price from the app. All the rooms smell like weed or meth. Crak heqads wander around.

Allyn (2/5): - Expedia.com said. I owe a specific amount on-site. Arrived at motel and i was told that I owe them 30 more. The person at the front desk said it was a 30 city tax. Talked to the morning person an she said that the Expedia.com site overbooked the rooms and that they never had any rooms for the expedia.com price. Got into the room and the coffee pot had old coffee grounds in it. Later in the night we found out that the heater would not work. We also found a empty yogurt container behind the bed side table. I would not recommend this place. Feel like i was ripped off at so many levels.

Trevor (2/5): - I was quoted a total price of $71.26 when I booked on Expedia but was charged exactly $100 at the motel. The guy at Reception said the higher price was due to a $20 state hotel tax. No Wi-Fi reception in the room.
yan (2/5): - We got the hotel by 9:20 pm and the hotel office closed at 8:00 pm. When my husband called the hotel staff, no one answered the phone. When I called the hotel staff, a lady said she called me and she didn’t reach me by phone. However my phone didn’t show her call. She said she would not charge me because of no show. So I didn’t stay in the hotel and had to stay in motel 6 nearby last night.
Verified traveler (2/5): Dont recommend this one! - Very dirty room, had no towels of any kind available in room!. Bed comforters look as hadnt been washed in months. Coffee maker in room but no coffee available to use. Office closed at 9pm and did not answer phone for any service. Very disturbing motel wont be returning.

They advertise one price through Expedia, and charge what they like when you’re there. Wi fi only worked if you stood by the office. Sheets didn’t even begin to fit the bed so we slept on plastic mattress cover half the night.

April (6/5): - Love the affordability and the location. The guest service is good. The only problem would be the clientele. Other guests get a little excitable late at night. And the walls are thin so you hear everything.
Neal (2/5): - The room was not clean and smelled bad. The sheets were stained and the "comforter" was a packing blanket (???). No glasses, shampoo or conditioner (basically no amenities). The door was flimsy and everything was very dated and dingy. Our expectations are not high for value motels but this one was very poor.

Joni (6/5): Okay for the price - Young man checking me in didn’t say more than 3 words to me. Room only had 1 towel, no hand towel or wash cloth for 2 people. They advertised a coffee maker in the room and there was none. We went and bought our own. Bed was comfy and we loved the pillows.

Roger (8/5): No frills, good value - No frills motel and very cheap. Expectations were not high but it was good. Not convinced it is in the centre but it is right on the 101 and next to a petrol station so handy. Had run out of coffee though!!
