- Cornelia (7/5): Ok-aber Preisleistungsverhältnis grenzwertig - Das kleine Becken auf der Terrasse mit Markise war toll. Die Klimaanlage war so montiert, dass man sie auch in der Nacht laufen lassen konnte, da sie vom Bett weg blies. Kommunikation mit dem Personal selbst mit Übersetzer sehr schwierig. Reinigungspersonal lies jedesmal das Becken auf der Terrasse aus- zum Füllen brauchte man aber 3 Stunden- somit konnte man es oft nicht nutzen, wenn man es wollte. Man bekam täglich nur etwas WC Papier- viel zu wenig. Keine Möglichkeit sich im Hotel etwas zu Trinken zu kaufen. Keine Minibar/Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

- Mike (7/5): Not a four star hotel - The staffs have done their best. It is a typical Chinese hotel, we don't like the toilet, The room - no facilities to hang our clothes. Staffs and hotel guests were being served with the same breakfast nevertheless eating in the adjacent rooms.

They didn’t have my booking when I arrived and they would only accept cash or a direct payment from a bank account. No WeChat or Alipay connected with a credit card. The booking was meant to include breakfast but they do not have breakfast at the hotel.

- Nina (8/5): Nice unique stay in Chengdu - Clean and nice vibe. In a country were most hotels look very similar to each other this one really has its own identity and feels more like something you would find somewhere else. Nice decorations and rooftop. Breakfast is quite unique; they give a lot of small dishes; its not particularly filling though but fun to try. Location is still a bit far from attractions and metro. Had to use taxi a lot to the metro station and nearby places.

No fridge to put drinks in No crockery/cutlery Cafe closes too early, so can't buy drinks to sit in courtyard and have to go to vending machine all the way down stairs No English channel for TV Bit run down, needs some paint touch ups and a spring clean, front desk staff not friendly, just state at computer everytime you walk past no smoke or greeting

Really worth the price. - They move me from the wide narrow alley outlet to the Chunxi Road outlet as the other outlet wasn't available due to maintainece. The ambience and the style of the hotel was what i like the most! The coffeeshop in the lobby was good and they provide quite a lot of choice for the breakfast. Had had a wrap one morning and a burger the next. Both of that were delicious! The time for breakfast is a bit too short. Only two hours and they start breakfast at 7.30 which was quite late. Otherwise ok.

- Sabine (8/5): Very good - Staff are prompted to help and support patiently, even when the communication needs additional time using translation applications. Finally, licatiis is good 15min walking of Subway station and 20min walking to Wenshu Temple. It's allowed to smoke anywhere, except I front of elevators on the 3rd floor. So the smell of cigarettes is inside of the hotel. My accommodation was on the 4th floor, which could I it cloudy of smoke permission. Fortunately, I could change to 3rd floor, a little better.

The street is relatively calm, and during the night it is not noisy so you can have a very nice sleep and rest. Staff is also very nice and hospitable. Breakfast was great, and booking it with the room is very convinient if you have organized a busy sightseeing schedule. We have loved it here.~
