• A non-refundable pet fee of USD 20 + 18% VAT applies per pet for stays of up to 3 nights. For longer stays, the same fee will be charged every additional 3 nights.
• A valid vaccination record, health certificate, or pet passport issued by a licensed veterinarian must be presented at check-in.
• Pets are permitted only in private rooms with private bathrooms.

- Farzin (4/5): Mind the smell! - The place and the building are really amazing and fun. So many opportunities to socialize and meet new people too. The reception staff was not particularly helpful or welcoming. My room was clean, but when I turned on the air conditioning, the entire room began to smell strongly of urine. I had to turn it off, which was unfortunate. Since I was only there for a night and the check-in staff weren't very helpful, I didn't bother asking for another room.

- Kamil Cenk (8/5): Çok eğlenceliydi, sıkılmaya hic vakit kalmadi… - Hareket ve eglencenin merkeziydi, avludaki kafeler gayet guzeldi, hostelin bulunduğu semt cok merkezi ve guvenli her yere cok yakin.Hostele sabaha karşı 04:00 gibi geldik oda müsaitti ve erken giris yaptılar (ücreti karsiligi), isitma ve sogutma sicak su gayet iyiydi. Tiflis’e birdaha gidersem gene burada kalirim. Tiflis’e gidenlerin (ozellikle genclerin) bu tesisi mutlaka deneyimlenmesi lazim tavsiye ederim. Kahvaltiyi çok sevemedim basarisizdi, kahvaltida alakart menu aldik, pek basarili degildi servis gec ve istediğimiz sicaklar soguk geldi. Oda genel olarak temizdi ancak biraz dökülüyordu esyalar eski ve bakimsizdi belki konsepti böyle bu isletmenin, yataklar rahatti ancak bir elbise dolabı ve eşyaların konacağı bir şey yoktu birde klima cok sacma yerdeydi belki tesisat ona musade ediyordu anlayamadim. Genelde kötü bir şey söyleyemeyeceğim.

- Gergő Tas (9/5): Cool hostel with a great vibe - Great and vibrant atmoshpere, very clean and stylish rooms, bathrooms, showers. Small thing but I especially appreciated the little paper I got with the important georgian phrases, and their website that gave all sorts of useful info to the travellers. I know it is a party hostel and there are bars in the courtyard, but the noise outside was quite loud outside, especially on the weekend. Some of it came from the street, some from the people in corridor, so there isn't really much to do, plus it didn't really bother my sleep.

- Aleksei (9/5): - Industrial size hostel in about 7 minutes' walking distance from a subway station on the red line. A lot of eateries, cafes, bars, shops nearby, including the bars in the courtyard of the hostel. (Fortunately, my room ovelooked the street, so I do not know if noise bothers the guests in the rooms overlooking the courtyard.) The bunks are welded, they are sturdy and do not creak. Matrasses - excellent, blankets - normal, pillows - practically non-existent. There is an individual light, a couple of sockets and a small shelf for each bunk. Rooms are spaceous, ceilings are very high, ventilation effective. There are lockers in every room, but you need to have your own padlock, as they run out of those at the reception. And, the small padlocks with thin brackets do not work - it's possible to open the locker even when such padlock is there. :) Blocks of WCs and showers are big, maintained in a decent order, very clean. In the block of showers there are short-term lockers with code locks. 24/7 reception, it's OK to arrive late at night. 1. No curtains on the bunks. 2. No hooks for clothes on the bunks. (Guys from the Fabrika - it is so easy to arrange!!!) 3. Music in the co-working area on the ground floor may be very loud and annoying in the evening, so it's pretty uncomfortable to check mails or to read. 4. Trash bins in rooms are too small, the rules recommend to use the ones outside the rooms, but they are only in the block of WCs, may be rather long way from the room, as a result - the ones in the room are always full. 5. No kitchen. :( When travelling in Georgia, I talked to quite a few people who stayed in the Fabrika, and all said that they did not make new friends there. Kitchens are not only for cooking! :)

I read it in other reviews but I really have to say some (not all) of the reception staff is incredibly unfriendly and you feel like a burden if you just want to check in or so, also often times the reception is not attended. No curtains on the beds, the bathroom was smelly.

- Lanzani (10/5): - Fabrika was easily one of the highlights of my time in Tbilisi. The atmosphere is incredible—vibrant, creative, and full of energy, yet still relaxed and welcoming. The building itself is beautiful, with so much character and a unique industrial style. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the shared bathrooms and common areas. The beds were comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. What really makes Fabrika special is the social vibe. It's the perfect place to meet fellow travelers from all over the world. The courtyard is fantastic, packed with great bars, cafés, and restaurants, creating an amazing community atmosphere. The location is also ideal, with easy access to the city and plenty to explore nearby. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi. A true gem!

- luca (7/5): Se devi fare festa va benissimo, altrimenti scegli altro - L'ostello è dentro un centro ricreativo, pieno di ragazzi giovani, bar e ristoranti. La hall del ostello, con le poltroncine e divanetti e bar, è molto accogliente, anche se i prezzi del bar sono decisamente elevati per lo standard di Tbilisi. La posizione è buona se si vuole visitare quella zona della città o stare vicino ai locali più carini, non è invece la posizione ideale per visitare la old town. Questa struttura è ottima se hai intenzione di fare festa, ma non se hai intenzione di dormire. Non mi è piaciuto che i letti avessero la classica disposizione dei letti a castello tutti attaccati uno all'altro, preferisco quando i letti vengono messi a muro con una tendina per garantire un po' di privacy e fare buio quando la luce è ancora accesa
- Veera (3/5): A cool-looking place but mpossible to sleep due to noise - only for partygoers! - The place itself is cool and they‘ve made an effort with the public areas and the cultural programme. However, that effort didn‘t reach the accommodation. I would go there to attend a party but never ever to (try to) sleep. The rooms resembled prison cells, and the room with a shared bathroom was extremely inconvenient since the bathroom was on the other floor and on completely opposite side of the building. The worst part, however, was the non-existent sound insulation and the super loud noise and music coming from the lobby and the courtyard. The receptionists were unfriendly and completely disregarded our wishes for tranquility at 00:40 in the morning on a Tuesday.

- Linda (5/5): Horrible staff - The rooms and toilets are clean. When you check-in, the staff doesn't notify you about rules. Where you can use your laptop. If you can eat in the lobby. Yesterday, I was awake until 1:00 a.m. (staff asks to see keys) on my phone and everything was fine but today at 11:30 p.m., one of the staff asks me to leave the lobby (but not yet anyone else). I have my key with me. I extended for 2 nights but slowly am regretting it.

- Giordano Maria (9/5): Cool stay in former industrial building - Penso sia il miglior ostello in cui sia mai stato. Eravamo in coppia e la stanza era pulita, arredata in modo semplice ma con stile e buon gusto, il bagno era superiore alle aspettative. Ottimo posto se si vuole avere un po' di movimento giusto sotto casa visto che la corte è piena di locali. Apprezzatissimo che la sera si possa comprare l'invenduto delle colazioni a metà prezzo: al mattino abbiamo sempre avuto ottime pastine per pochi spiccioli. Mi è piaciuto tutto a dire il vero, ma se siete il tipo di persona che ha bisogno della quiete assoluta per dormire, il posto non fa per voi. Il cortile ha moltissimi locali che seguono orari da bar... per cui prima di notte fonda c'è brusio. A me ha fatto piacere bere qualche birra redigendo il diario di viaggio lì fuori, ma viaggio sempre coi tappi e il chiacchiericcio di fondo non mi ha infastidito. Il personale non è ostile ma nemmeno gentile, sono giovani ragazzi che fan turnacci ma restano sempre pronti ad aiutare.

- L (10/5): Great Stay! - We had only a short stay at this hotel in an apartment, but we really enjoyed our stay. We visited a few times more just to go to some of the cafes/restaurants. We appreciated the art in the rooms and common areas. We love a place where we can get a good coffee and a good glass of wine with a relaxed vibe. There are also some cute shops on-site. They could even have more, I would say, or do more markets in the outdoor area. The room was clean and as it looked in the photos. The wifi and shower worked well.
- Nijat (8/5): it’s a great place to socialize, but not the best choice if you want a quiet and restful stay - The atmosphere of the hostel was very lively and fun. I really liked both the interior and exterior design. It was easy to meet new people, hang out, and have conversations with other travelers. The dorm room was clean, and the people staying there were friendly. A lot of noise for late nights, was quite hard to sleep

Room was clean and has a fascinating design. Elevator was a mess and got blocked for some minutes while we were in. We decided to use stairs then.

At first, I felt a bit uneasy since I was the only girl in the room but everyone minded their own business. I wasn’t disturbed by anyone so I got used to it and my anxiety went away. The price was quite reasonable. The beds were clean and comfortable. Since I spent most of my time exploring the city I was usually there just to sleep so I didn’t interact much with the other guests. The bathrooms and showers were clean. Also the place itself was visually very appealing and beautiful. I especially loved the smell of coffee in the lobby in the mornings~ I’ll miss that. For a first hostel experience, I think it was really good.

Has locker. Bathroom and toilet are clean. Overall its so clean The shower and toilet far from bedroom, I got to walk 50-100 mtr. Its like living in a palace. No kitchen, laundry cost for me is a bit overprice $7,5 . Well overall Its a fancy hostel. And seems like staffs not so friendly.. They're all just giving me flat face (no smile). But its allright.

İnsanların aynı anda sosyalleşiyor olması yalnız hissetmenizi önlüyor. Fiyat olarak bence yüksekti. Bu tarz yerlerin bütçe olarak daha öğrenci, gezgin dostu olmasını beklerdim. Aynı zamanda fabrikanın arkasındaki barlarda gece hayatı giderek azaldı ve pazar günü gecesi her yer erkenden kapandı. Bunu hiç beklemiyordum.

- Kutal Erkmen (9/5): Her şey bir arada! Mükemmel. - Otelin dokusu mükemmel. Her şey hem göze hem de ruha hitap ediyor diyebilirim. Odalar eski ama oldukça konforlu ve yeterli. Lobi alanı mükemmel. Hem sosyalleşmek hem de tüm ihtiyaçlarınız için yeterli. Kahvaltının fiuyat ve performans dengesi çok iyi. Bahçedeki mekanlar çoğu zaman hayat kurtarıyor. Aşırı derecede konfor düşkünü olanlar tercih etmesin tabii ki. Burası hostel mantığıyla, daha hareketli bir yaşama ayak uyduran bir yer. Her yer oldukça temizdi ama eski yapının özellikleri gereği ilk bakışta öyle gözükmüyor olabilir.

- Jaime (9/5): - el ambiente del patio y la atención de los trabajadores muy bien. el café del bar demasiado caro para Georgia. la ubicación muy buena en un barrio muy interesante. todo genial aunque pedimos más papel higiénico y nos dijeron que ellos no se encargaban... un poco raro tratándose de una habitación con aseo privado, que debería funcionar como un hotel en ese sentido

- Barbara (10/5): Its a perfect hostel - If you are a traveler and you like hostels - this place is absolutely perfect. Clean, comfortable, big, plenty of showers and bathrooms, reception 24/7, pub in the lobby and right outside. It may be noisy until the pubs downstairs close around 00:00 and actually I didn’t mind at all :)
