• Ramana naidu (1/5): - Only locations The real situations in the house is not like in the picture very old facility.so it's not fair for the customer.i hope they wil post original photo rather than make it look nicer compare to the reality.
• Maxim (1/5): Overall, the apartment was very poorly designed and not suitable for comfortable living. The layout was impractical, roo - Only the location was good. The apartment looked great in the photos, but in reality almost everything was broken or in poor condition. The balcony door didn’t close, handles were broken, and one toilet seat was damaged. The apartment was very dirty—lamps and shades had yellow stains, and even the pillows were visibly stained. The layout was extremely inconvenient: rooms were small, and the second bathroom was located on the balcony, with doors that didn’t lock and a very low ceiling. Overall, the design and condition of the apartment were simply terrible.

• Nika (1/5): Its worst ace to stay in your holiday . - Its not looks like in pictures , some furniture and toilets is broken, heater not working , someone will wake up you in 5 am morning to open door.they took security deposit and after check out they send you other apartments picture and asking what js this for not giving you money. I record video before entering and after leave for take my deposit back and wait 16 day plus i called and wrote them 100 time.i will share pictures what was not for our apartment and we explained them that it was not our
• Eylem (4/5): - Die Agentur (die Mitarbeiter) sind sehr bemüht und freundlich. Allerdings ist die Unterkunft sein Geld nicht wert. Man traut sich nicht in den Betten zu schlafen, da es fast schon durchbricht. Die Wohnung wurde geputzt aber war nicht hygienisch sauber. Wir mussten selbst nochmal putzen. Jeden Abend haben wir neue Kakerlaken in der Wohnung entdeckt. Ein Schranktresor war vorhanden hat allerdings nicht funktioniert. WLan ist die letzten 3 Tage ausgefallen, wurde dann auch nichts mehr gemach, hat man so stehen lassen. Wenn es regnet, dringt Wasser durch die Balkontüren durch bis ins Wohnzimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad ist im oberen Stock, hat eine so niedrige Decke das man gar nicht aufrecht stehen kann, egal wie groß man ist. Die Umgebung ist super zentral, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Then we asked for a refundada at least for the remaning nights but they did not accept. They even charged the tourist taxes that has to be paid in case you stay. We are still fighting for a refund.

No electric socket working in kitchen. No plugs for the bath. No instructions for the property.

You must go to the office located at 15 minutes by taxi from the apartment, once there the staff is very rude. The apartment was not the one shown on pictures, it was rusty and old. • Irina (2/5): - Terrible place . The pictures that they have in Expedia don’t match in reality. Expedia customers don’t reserve this place.
• Ann (6/5): - The property was ok overall but the advertising says that it’s sleeps 7 but there is an upstairs bedroom that has a very Low ceiling adults can’t stay up on that room. Also, you need to go to a secondary location to pick up your keys and check-in, which is not convenient for travellers visiting a foreign country. Overall a little dissatisfied as one adult had to sleep on the couch.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Das gezeigte Apartment liegt NICHT im Bari Gothic! Es liegt im Stadtteil darüber! Weder die Anzeigen von Google Maps noch im Text stimmen! Die Bilder sind von 2 Apartments gemischt! Das mit der Badewanne ist das 4 Schlafzimmerapartment! Die Nebenkosten sind noch Kurtaxe und 90€ Reinigung, Müll und Geschirr muss selbst gespült und weggebracht werden. Late check out kostet den halben Apartment Preis auch wenn keiner danach kommt.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Lägenhet centralt - Läget är väldigt bra, men inget mer.. inget boende om man vill ha lite bra komfort eller kunna fixa lite käk hemma. Sängarna var stenhårda, ett rum på loftet gick inte att använda då taket var mycket lågt och rummet väldigt varmt.
• 43 Year Old Mom (2/5): Not as advertised - Online pictures lie - IT'S A DIVE. PICTURES POSTED ONLINE ARE STAGED/PHOTOSHOPPED; they removed all of the art, rugs, throw pillows, even bedding. I'm not one to write terrible and crabby reviews; this unit was not worth $$; hope this review saves others. We stayed 3 nights Aug 2017. 10 minute cab ride to pick up the keys, which was not disclosed to us until standing outside the building and called the emergency number. At check-in, charged an undisclosed fee of $$ + $$ deposit (still unrefunded after a week leaving the unit). Unit is up 3 flights of narrow stairs; elevator is 2 man +1 suitcase. Air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and a bath. The 3rd & 4th bedroom, kitchen, dining, living, 2 baths do not have air conditioning and there is no circulation. 4th bedroom is a joke. An average sized female, I had to crouch to not hit the ceiling. Upstairs + no air conditioning meant kids slept on the downstairs couch to stay cool. Moldy shower curtains, leaky faucets, unmounted shower wands. 3rd bath had no shower curtain, just the door to the room. Washer/drier unit locked shut (service call to unlock). The power went out (only in this unit, not the building; service call). The wi-fi worked intermittently at best (service call). When I called for service all these times, staff hung up several times before even saying hello (I was not ranting, just asking for service) and at times they didn't answer even the emergency phone number. Would not recommend, obviously, or stay there again.
