La cama era muy incomoda y sonaba por todos los lados,no habia sofá era otra cama grande en la salita de estar y habría que renovar tanto estropajos,cubo de la fregona,echamos en falta trapo de cocina...y algo mas de limpieza mucho polvo y telas de araña.

O pequeno almoço é simples, mas tem o essencial. Tem uma boa relação qualidade preço. O bungalow podia ter micro-ondas. Manutenção dos bungalows.

El alojamiento estaba bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y agradable. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención recibida por parte de Paula, quien fue muy amable, cercana y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo momento, haciendo que nos sintiéramos muy bien atendidos. Además, el desayuno ofrecido en el bar fue otro punto positivo, ya que resultó variado y abundante, perfecto para comenzar el día con energía. En conjunto, una experiencia muy positiva que sin duda recomendaríamos. Como aspecto a mejorar, señalar que el baño presentaba algunas baldosas algo deterioradas. No obstante, se trata de un detalle menor que, en nuestro caso, no ha tenido demasiada importancia ni ha afectado de forma significativa a la comodidad de la estancia.

- António (8/5): Good balance for a short stay - The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and we were even offered some snacks, pastries and drinks on arrival. There was plenty of parking space inside of the property, which was useful as we traveled in a multiple car group. The "houses" are very well sound and light proofed, so one can sleep in complete calmness. There were also not many other guests so the whole place was very tranquil and calm. The breakfast is good, with the usual items (breads, croissants, ham, cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries, juices, milk, coffee), and there was a staff member preparing the coffee drinks on request (lattes, half-and-half, etc.). The pillows are extremely thick and tall, which make it almost impossible to sleep in any other way than on ones side. Sleeping belly up causes neck pain. The mattress were different from bed to bed, some were good, others led to back pain complaints in the morning. One could tell the "houses" have been there for some time, as they show signs of degradation, such as the toilet starting to sing into the floor, and the mold on the shower silicone joints.

Pequeno almoço terrível, moscas por todo o lado no bar onde se comia, mosca morta inclusive nos ovos mexidos… Mobiliário a precisar de reforma. Casa de banho a precisar de retoques. O próprio bungalow necessita de pintura exterior.

- Tania Roque (7/5): Foi uma boa estadia e recomendo a quem procura descanso num ambiente tranquilo. - Gostei bastante da experiência, o parque é calmo, acolhedor e foi ótimo poder levar os meus gatinhos. O bungalow tem o essencial para uns dias, simples mas funcional. O staff foi simplesmente impecável — todos super simpáticos, prestáveis e acolhedores, desde o dono até aos funcionários. A piscina fica apenas a alguns metros, é grande e está em ótimas condições, perfeita para relaxar e apanhar sol. No geral, foi uma boa estadia e recomendo a quem procura descanso num ambiente tranquilo. O único ponto menos positivo foi o calor — as ventoinhas disponíveis não foram suficientes em alguns dias muito quentes. Um ar condicionado portátil faria bastante diferença no conforto.

- Ângela (5/5): Bungalow T1 - Localização. Pequeno-almoço. A TV não liga, porque nâo tem sinal e a anomalia não foi solucionada durante a minha estadia. A internet estava com um sinal muito fraco e quando dava estava sempre a cair a ligação. O sofá-cama da sala está em muito mau estado. A temperatura no interior do Bungalow era demasiado alta, por isso, deveria ter aparelho de ar condicionado móvel, pois as 2 ventoinhas que lá estão não resolvem o problema. Base de duche e juntas dos azulejos com falta de higiene fungos e humidade. Problemas no piso a nível dos azulejos. Não ter micoondas. Tendo em conta a qualidade/preço e os problemas acima mencionados considero que o valor cobrado por noite deveria ser mais baixo. A estadia ficou aquém das minhas expectativas.

It is amazing value for money We were travelling with two dogs. Unfortunately our dogs don't like cats so it was abit awkward as there are several cats living at the campsite. But it didn't spoil our trip and hopefully one of our dogs barking at the cats didn't spoil anyone else's relaxation

- Sofia (9/5): Superb - Comfortable little place, warm and with good environment. They allowed to park the car next to the chalet. The kitchen was well equipped. Linen and towels were ok. Toilet clean and warm. The sofa was a bit dirty. The cutlery also. The pillows were very big.

To our surprice the fridge was complete with beer, juices water etc all free of charge. Information given by Booking is not correct and should be updated. For example they do accept creditcards, breakfast was included in our price.

- Mary (8/5): Very good - Very quiet and peaceful. Great value for money. Breakfast was very good and staff very friendly and helpful. We had a dog with us too . There were only 2 rings to cook on . Would have been great to have an oven or a microwave oven.
- João (10/5): Fantástico para conhecer o Douro - Zona e parque de campismo fantástico, apenas deveriam indicar que a piscina não é dentro do parque e deviam colocar A/C na habitação porque há dias bastante quentes nesta região.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Bungalows nuevos y muy limpios. Con todo lo necesario. Había leído buenas críticas y no me defraudó. Desayuno muy rico . La gente muy amable, por ponerle un pero, no me gustó la rigidez de no poder dejar a mi perrita , cachorro y pequeña, suelta, y que los gatos campen a sus anchas sin correa. Tuvimos la mala suerte de coger una tormenta de viento muy fuerte y por la mañana había un árbol enorme en el suelo, menos mal que cayó hacia el lado contrario sino nos hubiera caído de pleno encima de la cabaña.
