- Poonam (8/5): - The staff’s behavior was disappointing. I felt that my mother and I were judged based on our dressing sense and clothes, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I have stayed at Radisson hotels many times before, but I have never experienced this kind of treatment. Unfortunately, the staff’s attitude was not professional or respectful. Even after checking out of the hotel, they didn’t allow us to sit for some time. In the restaurant as well, they didn’t allow guests who were already staying with you.

Gym is OK, spa I couldn’t use as it was every time booked out long time befor.. Only location is a little less to do, but right on the other side the main street are some very cool bars and good music or as well food.

Not upto the mark. Typical brushing under the carpet. Staff were helpful though. Superficially looked clean, but if looked closely and you can see dirt and switches coming out and all. The glass overlooking the road was not clean either (birds dropping all over)

When we checked in only 1 staff was at reception handling everyone so it took time to get keys as I ch eked in around 17.25 . Bed was not at all comfortable need hard mattress, gave blazer for iron but the ironing was so bad as it looked like they brought without ironing and also the service was delayed as generally high end hotels services are fast which was lacking . Needs improvement.

It was a leisurely breakfast the way it ought to be! I thought Army Veterans get concession in Radisson Group. The reception staff did not know and did not respond.

Noise from the wedding events meant we couldn't sleep some nights and the swimming pool was ooo on event day's upsetting the children. The pool wasn't very clean or set up to be used.

- Nicole (8/5): Nettes Hotel, verkehrsgünstig gelegen. - Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr kuschelig und bequem. Der Ausblick ist wunderbar. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbufett ist fantastisch! Man muss beim Einchecken eine Kaution bezahlen, d.h. das Hotel blockt auf der Kreditkarte etwa 30% mehr als die Übernachtungskosten tatsächlich sind. Man bekommt das beim Check-Out zwar zurück, aber in meinem Fall hat das System meine Buchung nicht gefunden und der ganze Prozess hat 45 Minuten gedauert. Zum Schluss habe ich das Geld bar erhalten. Glücklicherweise musste ich nicht dringend zum Flughafen.‘
