• chloe (6/5): Expérience sympa pour 1 nuit - La tente est vraiment top et spacieuse Malheureusement, il est presque impossible de dormir sans boules Quies, qui sont d’ailleurs fournies par l’hôtel. La route principale est juste à côté, et on a littéralement l’impression de dormir avec les camions. Avec les bouchons d’oreilles, c’est déjà un peu mieux. Le restaurant a aussi été une vraie déception

• Marthe (9/5): - Wir haben ein schönes großes Zelt mit Blick auf den Dschungel gehabt und konnten aus der Hängematte Tiere beobachten. Das Zelt ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. In der einen Nacht drehte der Wind und auf einmal konnte man die Straße sehr laut hören anstatt die Wellen. Dafür wurde grundsätzlich vom Hotel Ohrenstöpsel im Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt mit denen es ging.
• Elke (9/5): Aanrader! - Deze glamping behoeft een beetje uitleg. De locatie heeft zijn voor en nadelen. Het ligt op 4 min lopen van het prachtige strand midden tussen de mangrove jungle. Het park is prachtig mooi en ruim opgezet in het groen. De nadelen zijn dat het naast een groot resort ligt die elke avond muziek draait tot 00.00 uur. Wij vonden het gezellig want het gaf ons een camping gevoel. Kom je voor de totale rust dan zou het kunnen storen. De bedden waren echt heeerlijk! Net zoals de warme douche met goede waterdruk! De tent is gewoon erg sfeervol en comfortabel. Je merkt wel dat het hier en daar onderhoud/vervanging nodig heeft. De omheining rondom het park, de terreinafscheiding tussen de tenten, buitenmeubilair. Restaurant was prima! We raden deze plek toch enorm aan! Een paar ligbedjes bij het zwembad zou niet misstaan

• Charlotte (9/5): Un dépaysement total - Les tentes au milieu de la végétations sont un dépaysement total. Elles sont spacieuses, climatisées ! La piscine est super, le personnel gentil ! Et chaque jour une petite attention dans notre chambre. Seul bémol : le restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est très bon mais le dîner n’est pas du tout à la hauteur de l’établissement et c’est dommage.

Nous avons vu un raton laveur dans l'arbre juste en face de nous ! Et des iguanes. Magnifique petite piscine. L'hébergement est attendant à un beach club. Pour se baigner, il faut en passer par là. Ambiance djeuns avec lits de plage et parasols collés, musique. Et surtout obligation de consommer, comme les gens qui ne logent pas sur place.

• Urte (8/5): Nice geataway to jungle vibes - Nice getaway from the city, you can feel a little bit jungle vibe. The staff were friendly and helpfull. A lot of reviews were about the noise, but we didn’t hear any cars or road noise. The surroundings were a little bit trashy. The camp itself is already a bit outdated. Beachclub is a toral disaster - trashy, smelly, noisy and even you have a free access to it, you still need to pay for a sunbed.

• Robert (9/5): It was a fantastic experience and our group of 5 sincerely thank all the staff at Serenity Glamping! - Our family camped at Xpu-ha beach for 3 months in early 2003 and a couple of months ago we thought we would do a family reunion there. The glamping idea seemed appropriate and it turned out to be a fantastic experience! We had 3 king rooms, close to each other per our request, and each was clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service including full turndown and fresh amenities (and towel creatures!). The tents were spacious, well appointed and each had AC that worked well and each had a small fridge. Some reviewers commented on noise and there is slight ambient highway noise, but the Glamping staff provide earplugs (which we never needed) and aside from adjusting to the crickets, birds and coatimundi sounds it was not an issue. (We’ve done all-inclusives and thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility of THIS location!) We did not eat dinner at the Serenity Restaurant so can’t comment, but despite negative reviews the restaurant breakfast was actually not bad, costing about 150 pesos for a reasonable breakfast and 70 pesos for coffee (but free refills!). Xpu-ha is a spectacular beach that's about a 5 min walk from reception. The walk is shaded and pleasant. Once on the beach you will be treated to beautiful white sand, gentle surf, and a vibrant coral reef. The Serenity Beach Club is for the Glampers and we never had an issue getting 3x plush loungers for our group of 5, no matter what time of day. The club restaurant is a little pricy but not exorbitant. I cannot say enough about the staff, specifically, Alejandra and Victor but generally all - lovely people who were happy to chat, provide expert advice about the local area, and in general ensure our trip was the best it could be. My overall impression is it was a fantastic vacation and I would return to this resort in a heartbeat. The beach is unparalleled, the rooms are adorable and the staff are lovely. The location is remote while also being within 20 minutes of vibrant central tourism locations. There was absolutely nothing to dislike - thank you Serenity Glamping!

O estacionamento nao oferece nenhuma segurança e o hotel ignorou minhas pontuações e nao devolveu nada do valor sendo pago assim pelos 7 dias de diárias que nao usufrui. Eu odiei o local, sujo, feio, as paredes sao de lona, o quarto é super escuro.Tentei cancelar nao deixaram e ainda paguei por todas as diárias sem ficar nem um dia pq era a política adotada deles e mesmoo eu falando que as fotos nao condizem com o local. O estacionamento nao oferece nenhuma segurança e o hotel ignorou minhas pontuações e nao devolveu nada do valor sendo pago assim pelos 7 dias de diárias que nao usufrui. Liguei no Booking várias vezes expliquei a situação e nada foi resolvido, só tive prejuízos.

• Mota Eguren (6/5): Desilusionadas. - La cama divina super grande. La decoración está bien para ser una tienda Pésima ubicación. Al lado de la carretera se escuchaba un sinfín de coches. Te recomiendo que imagines que son las olas del mar, pero no lo son. La ducha caliente es inexistente. Y el servicio de desayuno debe mejorar. Muy mediocre.

The place stayed cool the whole time, every room has AC unit which is awesome. Very clean. Never felt humid and never smelt anything weird . • Deborah (9/5): Une très belle expérience, nous sommes revenus deux fois pendant le séjour et avons bcp aimé ! - Le lieux est très mignon, les tentes sont pratiques, l'intérieur est spacieux et moderne avec une belle déco authentique, cela respecte toutes les promesses. Nous avons adoré la mer, trop belle et le beach club associé. L'accueil était sympa et à l'écoute de nos besoins. La clim fonctionnait bien et la piscine était top. Nous avons adoré aussi les coati que l'on croise le matin au petit dej et qui se balade en tribu. Petit + : on a fait griller des marshmallow le soir avec le brasero, c'était une belle expérience. En voiture : lieux assez centrale entre Tulum et Playa del Carmen donc pratique pour les excursions. Le petit déjeuner inclus est nul, très basique, autant ne pas le payer et prendre directement à la carte ce qui nous intéresse car de toute façon on fini par le faire. Le bruit des voitures (car proche de la route quand même). Sinon RAS. Sans voiture, le lieux est loin de tout.

• BA585 (7/5): Kann man mal machen, aber zu teuer. - Das Rezeptionspersonal war mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Shampoo und Duschgel hervorragende Qualität. Sauberer schöner Strand. Matratze war bequem. Design der Anlage war schön. Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank vorhanden.. Die sehr gute Bewertung entsteht nur auf Grund des extrem freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Rezeptionspersonal. Strand zu weit weg. Preis-Leistung meiner Ansicht nach nicht annähernd in Ordnung. Im Angebot waren es für das Doppelbettzimmer immer noch knapp 80€/Nacht; Ohne Frühstück! Keine kleine Handtücher. Zu dunkel in der Nacht / zu wenig Licht im Zelt. Keine gute Hand-/Badetuchhalter im Bad, nur zwei kleine Haken. Restaurant Abends komplett geschlossen. Laute Musik bis nach Mitternacht von weit weg zu hören. Schnellstraße hört man auch deutlich. Für den hohen Preis erwarte ich deutlich mehr Ausstattung. Auch war z.B. kein Fernseher im Raum. (Braucht man zwar nicht zwingend, wäre aber schön gewesen um die Musik und Straßengeräusche zu übertönen. Beachclub ist meiner Ansicht nach preislich auch zu teuer.

• VALERIE (8/5): - Le concept tente tout confort. La plage à proximité. Le cadre verdoyant. Pas de service de restauration le soir. La zone hôtelière voisine Puerto Aventuras vous refuse l’accès si vous n’avez pas la preuve d’une réservation de restaurant faite à l’avance... Le petit déjeuner inclus ne comprend que quelques produits sucrés, le reste est en supplément.
• Inga (7/5): Тихое зеленое место для спокойного отдыха. - Тихое место, много зелени. На крыльце - гамак, в нем очень здорово отдыхать. На территории есть небольшой бассейн. До пляжа идти по жаре минут семь пешком. И надо еще минут пять, чтобы дойти до места, где приемлемо купаться. Я не нашла магазин, где можно поблизости купить продукты. На пляже есть пара скромных ресторанов и крошечный магазин, но в нем продают только сигареты, чипсы, воду. В ресторане отеля выбор блюд очень ограничен - шесть или семь наименований. До любых достопримечательностей или в аэропорт надо ехать на такси, В Мексике это довольно дорого.

• Jesus Salazar (8/5): - El lugar es agradable y cómodo, no se siente mucha privacidad por el hecho de ser glamping, pero una vez que te acostumbras es igual que cualquier otro hospedaje...
• Polgár (9/5): Superb - Nice, clean and large rooms with AC, pool is great, beach is 3 minutes walk, very helpful staff. Trafic is a bit loud sometimes, but they give earplugs. Overall, it is a nice place to go. The breakfast that was included in the price was poor; only toast, butter, milk, fruits and muesli is available, everything else you need to pay for. The morning staff was often overloaded and they had no clean cups/ cutlery, waiting time for service was long, the toaster was not prepared, run out of juice etc.
• Dominick (9/5): Retreat - The place was beautiful base on Tents, but luxury. Definitely will come back again, love to be surrendering with nature and the beach is gorgeous. Staff was really helpful and friendly. The yoga room needs a little more improvement, it was dirty, but we could use it. For a glamping place is well equipped and organized, they also have a pool, very impress. The yoga room needs a little more improvement in accessories, equipment, and the floor. other than that, was very useful. The Restaurant hours were limited, so if you stay make sure you have reservations because there are no more restaurants around it. They need to improve more the menu and the hours for their guest. They don't have a bell boy, you have to carry your luggage to your room, so if you travel with more than 2 could be difficult to carry them in the ground, because they have stones.
• Benjamin (10/5): - Lovely feel, grounds and staff plus a pretty stretch of beach. Earplugs are provided for road noise which seemed minor except aroun 5am.

• Susan (8/5): - Our room could not have been better. It exceeded my expectation. The restaurant was a disappointment. I'm an early riser and waiting until 8:00am for coffee was inconvenient. Also the breakfast menu was limited and not great.

• Anna (7/5): Wouldn’t stay again - Beautiful cabanas in the jungle, the amenities are great Too many screaming kids for a peaceful place like this, the restaurant menu and service was not good (quality of food was like a school canteen and the way overpriced) and there are no other options around. there is no music anytime of day, feels very dead. Serenity Beach club food and drinks are extremely overpriced as well for what you get. Music is not good either.
• G1072LRfranciscom (2/5): Worst place in Tulum - The photos were decieving. It shows that its nice and clean, but once you get there it’s the opposite. The whole place is dirty as if living in a garbage dump. The walls that seperate the rooms to the outside is made of tinfoil and plastic. The photos make it seem like you have beach side view but thats wrong. You still have to walk about half a mile to get there. And when you do, it is very filthy and packed, it is not a private beach, anyone can come in and use the same beach. There is no private parking, and the parking lot is just a terrain with holes everywhere. We could not stay there, it did not feel safe for me and my family. We tried getting our money back but they refused. Do NOT stay here.

• Danilo (6/5): Pleasant - The glamping is very nice. the tents are big and clean I've had for 6 days the exact same breakfast as there were no choices. Although the beach bar has reserved beach umbrellas for the glamping guests, there are some strange rules if you want to sit in the first few rows in front of the sea.
