- Graham (1/5): Never again - The bed was very comfy, unfortunately this was the only positive. Sheets not clean, walls were stained, mould on wall and tiles in bathroom, toilet not flushing, didn't sort key card out, didn't get up in morning to refund deposit and let us out - we found the key to gate and finally found someone to help. We would not stay again.

- Tiara (3/5): Poor - Nothing. I accidentally booked this accommodation and not enjoying a bit staying here. Bed smells, dirty, and hard. Towels dirty, did not use them at all. Toilet dirty and smelled. The whole room smelled as if someone just smoked when I don't smoke. Location so sketchy it doesn't even look like a hostel, more of like a warehouse. Not recommended at all, stay here if you don't have a choice.
- Awang (2/5): Maybe not suitable for me and friend due to location and cochcroch in room - Just checkin for 1 hour for toilet and moved out 5 coachroch inside toilet floor and bad location at small road
- Anish (4/5): Low mid if you ask me - One thing I mostly liked was the people that worked there. Very nice and wholesome. They helped us if possible Airco was very good There was dust everywhere and the streets were sketch. Lots of rats. Also, cleaning wasn't that good and there was lots of noise.
- Khizar (9/5): Nice and economical stay with 20mins walkaway from Grand Mall and Thamrin City Bus Stand. - The room was good and was able to reach Main road in 5 minutes from where I can take bus for other places.

- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - Good location to all the street food and city mall.. staff friendly and helpful comfortable bed and hot water with excellent WiFi. I recommend this place excellent value too.. All's good nothing bad to say.

- Maud (5/5): Not excited - The price I don’t know if it was, but it looked and felt not clean. Room looks more beautiful on the pictures.
- Júlio (1/5): Dirty, bad place and bad staff - Nothing unfortunately When I arrived the staff was sleeping and I passed more then 10 minutes in a street screaming for ther attention. The bathroom floor was very dirty, with black things. There was hairs in the desk and in the bed. There was no hot water in the shower. They did not receive credit card, only cash.
- Emilia (1/5): Bad - The staff did not speak English, the rooms were dirty and without windows. Moreover, there were bugs on the bathroom floor. We would not return there again.
- Balaji (7/5): Good cheap accomodation - The staff didn't speak english but were very hospitable and friendly. The rooms were small but comfy and the shower had hot water. Only one power socket in the entire room
