• Yavi (1/5): Bad - Nothing. The place was a mess. I know we booked last minute but the place is bulls**t, the photos you see are definitely not what you get. Ceiling is covered with moisture and the room stinks of it. The bathroom looked like a prision's one. Doors broken, humid bedsheets, dust.. everything was disgusting. When we checked in the lady at the reception gave us one towel but we were two people so I asked if we could have another towel as we were two and she said no. Super disappointing experince, don't book here, for the price you pay [even though is a low price] you can find something better.

Everything else is terrible Terrible property with mould on the walls, the “shower” was literally a bucket and a pot, floor was stick, bed linen smelly, no towels, toilet barely works, no toilet paper, mouldy aircon, etc etc etc

• Lloyd (3/5): No towel in room, No Soap and no TP. Horrible apart from air-conditioning. - Air-conditioning in room. There is NO TOWELl in the rooms(WTH),so I had to humilate myself by calling out to room opposite after my shower, and they got towel from front desk. Thank God they were there as walking naked to the front desk is probably something no one wants to see. The front desk thought it was funny. When I persevered why there is no towel in rooms, they said Oyo No towels,Oyo No towels. Also, there is no soap for some ungodly reason. Also, there is no toilet paper. So, in short, as long as you don't use your room for showering, going to the toilet, or not drying yourself after shower, you'll be fine. Also, as long as you don't mind, staff laughing at your expense. They obviously don't like customer's. Who needs customers in this modern age. I would have rated good if they simply had towel in room,soap in shower and toilet paper. Not hard really.

• Kaur (1/5): Bad - We had a bad experience in this hotel. We booked 2 rooms. It showed differently in online pics. When we entered the room it was in bad conditions.I already uploaded pics. The bed was briken, everything broken. We were very disappointed .even no hot water, bugs in room. when we told the reception staff they said we didn't have enough room. I wanted to ask you if you don't have any room why you booked or confirm the booking? We stayed only 1 night and we paid for another night as well but we didn't stay. We will never recommend it.

When I said that there was no hot water and wifi in the room, he said there is nothing to do with a smile on my face. employees are very uninterested, don't stay here it's a waste of your money
• Irina (7/5): Good - Great location, right in the center of Kuta. Cheap price. Good view from the balcony (my room was in the third floor) and a big balcony. Clean white sheets. Staff helped to carry my suitcase up to the third floor and back. A normal place for a couple of nights. Old simple hotel. You shouldn't expect much for that price. Very old bathroom, old furniture, but everything works. Not perfectly cleaned, but ok.)

I’ve booked a room in that place when I showed up (after had a very long day)the owner told me they were full. They even didn’t apologise and Told me to find something else saying it was bookings fault! I think they give your room to someone else if they come before you . So be aware send always a message to the property to make sure they have your booking on!

• CHONG (4/5): Poor - Cheap and service was normal. But the room was dirty and room was not daily clean. First day was toilet bowls can’t flush, the second days totally not water. Overall all water very little.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Ensamresande i Kuta - Vid incheckning var det problem att få nyckeln. Eftersom det inte fanns dator att tillgå kunde inte hotelet se min bokning och ville därför inte ge ut nyckeln utan istället ifrågasatte min bokning och de dokument jag visade, vilket var bokningsbekräftelsen från hotels.com. Efter diskussion med 2 personer fick jag ut nyckeln och en person förde mig till rummet och lämnade sedan en toalettrulle och en handduk vid ett bord intill ytterdörren. Rummet var som det som visades på bilden, dock var toaletten i sämre skick. Hotelrummet var för det mesta rent och det fanns en egen balkong med utsikt över innegård.Balkong dörren var dock lite rostig och fastnade i ett visst läge. På rummet fanns även fläkt sittandes i taket över sängen. Det ska tilläggas att AC inte fanns att tillgå. Toaletten var mindre ren och i ganska dåligt skick, generellt det man förväntar sig av en äldre toalett. Det var helt okej tryck i duschen och det fanns tillräckligt med varmvatten för att kunna duscha varmt. Det fanns ingen duschkabin eller ett drapperi, alltså blir det blött på hela toaletten när man duschar. Övriga kommentarer om rummet är att det var stort och rymligt och det fanns flera små bord som man kunde lägga delar av sin packning på. Ytterdörren gick i baklås om man låste den innifrån vilket blir ett problem eftersom man blir inlåst. När det hände mig fick jag gå ut på balkongen och ropa på hjälp. Det tog dockinte mer än 1 minut innan en person från hotelet kom upp till min våning och öppnade.
