Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I has a personal touch and that old European style
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Service and the fact that it was infront of Loumars were the only positive things here. Mabaho yung mga gamit nila, yung unan at kama specifically (amoy kulob). If tatanungin niyo ko make this place your last resort for a hotel.
- Raquel (2/5): Totally disgusted. - The place is very filthy and with horrible smell.
After 1 hour of our check-in we decided to check-out as the place is not suitable & safe for my kids. The ceiling is about to fall down, the lavatory is too dirty, there is a live wire & the room was awfully smelly and smells like a drainage piping left open. There is no hot water & finally the toilet wont splash.
Decided to book for a nearby hotel.
You can check the picture for your referrence.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Lots of ants and insects. The bed sheets and pillow cases smell spite. It is too far in the city and not recommended for those who commute.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - No running water bad lock staff was rude no TV bad lock on door was in room for two our found another hotel to stay in need a refund
- Ninia (4/5): Not Value for Money - The hotel room is too small and there is no hot water considering that Tagaytay is a very cold place.
- Rach (8/5): - Relatively clean room. Adequately-sized bathroom with heated water. Staff were accomodating of our requests and queries.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Stinky Place - The worst hotel that i've stayed.....i dnt want to elaborate more....it's a good thing my husband and I just stayed there for 1 night..... i can still smell the stinky bedsheet...
- maria cecilia (6/5): - Clean and nice room, accommodating staff, yummy breakfast
- tonjel (6/5): Served its purpose - Room was fine really booked for aircon which was good breakfast was very below average
- Mercy (6/5): Nice exterior/interior, noisy but helpful staff! - It was along the highway so expect too much noise from the vehicles passing esp the loud motorcycles.
Staff were helpful with our queries but they need more trainings.
Table inside Room 18 needs to be fixed, as it is moving while we eat. No mini-bar, no coffee/tea making machines. Hard to lock the door.
Comfortable stay and linens are clean BUT inside of their pillows are full of molds when I inspected.
- jaynie (2/5): Lies lies lies all are lies - In my booking it says 1 king sized bed, but we were given queen sized. The staff says they really dont have king sized bed. Rest room is flooding it's really gross. The room locks are busted we have to put a table to block the door to feel secure. We regret staying in this place. Not worth your money
- Ammar (2/5): Bad hotel - This was one of the Worrest hotels I have been to.
The restroom very filthy
the sheets, linens and towels smiled very bad
The noise from the next door restaurant music was very load all night long
The frond door don't have threshold bags and winf were coming to room all the time.
