• susanbX2646UX (6/5): Good hotel - The hotel is ideally located a short walking distance to the village of Tsilivi where there are plenty of bars/ shops and the beach. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff are efficient and friendly. Special thanks to George on reception who was always helpful and a pleasure to chat with. The dining room staff are also very hard working and a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was ample and plenty of choice. The hotel does not have entertainment , but if you want a chilled out experience, this is for you. A few negatives I’m afraid. The towel rule for the sun beds was not adhered to and we noticed people leaving towels down until mid afternoon! Rules are Rules but the staff do not remove the towels as per the notice.! The hotel does not provide a left luggage room, suitcases are left in the foyer. The toilets are not suitable to change your clothes if you have an evening flight, they were not of a good standard. The upgraded rooms facing the pool do not get any sun at all. The locking system on the bedroom doors are extremely loud and you cannot close the door quietly - consequently it is very noisy when people arrive into the night. Hope this helps you decide whether to book this hotel. It’s an honest review but everyone has their own personal preference.
• 186254John_B (10/5): Very nice tidy hotel. - Spent a week at this adults-only small hotel and a had a great time. Just far enough away from the noise of the centre, but a nice level walk to bars and restaurants. Good food and bar on-site with super staff. All areas very clean, tidy and well maintained. It was perfect for a relaxing break. Courtesy bus to the beach and back which is just a five minute drive away. Took a taxi into Zante town for 15 euros.
• 152stuartj (10/5): A wonderful relaxing holiday in a superb hotel - good location. - My wife & I arrived at the hotel at around 21.00 to be told our allocated room on the 3rd was not ready & we would need to spend 1 night in a ground floor room – so not to unpack. This was not an issue & we transferred to the 3rd floor the following day- we were given a bottle of wine for any inconvenience which was a nice gesture & there was no real inconvenience. The hotel was lovely - clean, well maintained, nice pool area, bar & breakfast area. We found the staff were lovely – always smiling & pleased to help – George on reception was great. Maid service was daily & our room was immaculate. We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis – breakfast is between 7.30 & 10.30 – so a good time-span; breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice & availability – omelettes were made on request by a lovely lady. If you want a sunbed beside the pool you need to be up early to place a towel on it – which we never did/ never do. The hotel has a notice saying if sunbeds are left for more than 30 minutes unattended towels will be removed – this doesn’t happen- towels were left on empty beds for hours. However, this was not an issue for us as there are additional sunbeds on the grass area & we always managed to get 2 there. We had a walk out most days into town, or to the beach & when we returned at around 4pm, there were always sunbeds available at this time beside the pool. The hotel has a spa that offer various treatments if that's what you want, but we didn't partake. The hotel is situated on a road that leads to the bars, tavernas & beach. It takes about 10 -15 minutes walk to reach the main area & another 5-10 minutes to reach the beach – so all in easy reach. We hired a car for a day which was fabulous - it's definitely worth doing in order to see this beautiful island - but take caution - some of the roads on the Western side of the island are really poor. Overall – a great hotel & a wonderful relaxing holiday & will definitely return to this hotel. Thank you Park Hotel staff for a great week.
• ericmG6583VP (8/5): First time at this hotel but we will return - Our first visit to this lovely small hotel. Staff are second to none we gave experienced anywhere else they go above and beyond. Breakfast was fine lovely omelette from the always smiling Mariola, some complained about no English bacon, hello you sre in Greece!! Special mentions go to Dimitris,Marion, Angelini. Rooms were kept very clean and the pool area was very good. We will be back
• simonmH8238XL (2/5): TUI to the rescue - We had read mixed reviews regarding this hotel but we are a couple who generally see things positively and don't like to complain, so we took a chance on the Park Hotel. On arrival at the hotel we were advised by the manager that we had been allocated one of the five best rooms in the hotel, with direct access to the pool area. This set alarm bells ringing as it seemed a little strange that this was the manager's first comments to us and I had read negative reviews on Trip Advisor about these rooms. We had booked a deluxe twin room with balcony and pool view, but what we were allocated was a double room, with a terrace and no pool view due to it's subterranean position. We were offered an alternative room, but only in four days time, which we declined as we did not want the inconvenience of having to pack up our belongings mid-holiday to make the move. Obviously this early problem set a tone for our holiday which whilst it did not spoil our overall enjoyment means we will not be returning as we feel we were not treated fairly, particularly when we heard reception staff selling room upgrades to other guests later in the week. To TUI's credit, they responded quickly to our complaint to them and agreed to refund the additional fees paid to them for the room upgrade. I would suggest any other guests who lost out in the room lottery and did not receive the upgrade they paid for to do the same and contact their tour operator.
• susanbU4660AB (10/5): Great hotel near to lots of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. - We have been here 12 days and are sadly leaving today. Lovely hotel. Modern and clean. Rooms very good. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Pools and pool areas clean and cared for. Breakfast lots of choice. Food and drinks in snack bar very good and reasonable prices. I notice some people have complained about salt water in shower etc. It really isn't a problem. Use conditioner in your hair and all will be well.. If f you have a problem with anything, speak to the staff, they will do their very best to sort it out. We would return. Thank you all for a lovely holiday.
• 854fayem (8/5): ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay (12th–19th September) - We had an amazing week at this hotel! The weather was absolutely beautiful, and at around 45 minutes from most places on the island, it’s a great base for exploring. Hotel & Room: We stayed in a deluxe junior room on the ground floor. The room was spotless, comfortable and very well maintained. There are quite a few mosquitoes in the evenings, so repellent is a must. Housekeeping was excellent — the staff were friendly, respectful and often left lovely towel designs on our beds. Each morning they were out early wiping down the sunbeds from the morning dew. Food & Drink: Breakfast was a highlight every day. Mariola and Alex couldn’t have been nicer, and Mariola’s omelettes became my favourite part of the morning! While breakfast isn’t allowed outside, the open doors make it feel airy and bright. The hotel restaurant’s menu is varied, reasonably priced and delicious — you could easily eat there every day without feeling bored. Atmosphere: The lack of hotel entertainment was perfect for us — it kept the pool area calm and relaxing throughout the day. Although there are a few “sunbed hoggers,” we never struggled to find a place. George at the front desk was fantastic — funny, friendly and always happy to help. The maintenance team also deserves a mention: pools were regularly checked, grounds were immaculate, and sunbeds were always neatly arranged. Extra Services: The laundry service was a pleasant surprise — €20 for a large bag washed, dried, (possibly ironed), folded and returned to our room. Incredibly convenient! Things to Do: We hired a vintage beach buggy to explore the island, visiting Cameo Island, Michalis Sunset Taverna, Lidl and a nearby beach. We also went sea kayaking with Kostas from Adventure Zone — an unforgettable experience with stunning photos to remember it by. For food outside the hotel, Calypso Restaurant (just 10 minutes down the road) is a must for Sunday dinners, fajitas and banoffee pie! Overall: September was the perfect time to visit — not too busy but with sensational weather. This hotel offered the right mix of comfort, friendliness and relaxation. We’ll definitely be back!
• Shellygriffiths (10/5): Perfect getaway… couples & adults experience - Booked for a week, me, husband, son (24) & girlfriend(20). First impressions, beautiful hotel. Modern interior, perfectly cleaned by the hard working staff. Shout out to George on reception- fab guy! Our rooms weren’t quite ready as we had an early flight out so we grabbed a drink and had an explore. My one comment- twin beds? Really? But this is a thing in many EU countries. Soon rectified by some furniture moving. Aircon and other facilities brilliant. We asked for extra pillows. Safe was free. All information in room, all staff really helpful. Drinks: reasonable priced, a frosted glass for every beer (happy husband). Cocktails WOW! Food yummy. Sunbeds- same old. There is a sign saying 30 minutes & towels moved but they don’t. Luckily I am a 6am girlie so we were usually first out. Saying that, so much planned we only spent 3 days at the pool chilling. Smoking allowed around pool- really wish a non smoking area was provided as it stinks & lingers if you don’t smoke. Spa: Do book a massage with John. Back felt amazing and so relaxing. Location wise; 20 minute walk to the beach. Nearest shop 5 minutes (check out the fruit here) Laganas 30 minutes by taxi (reception will book €32-35) Zante town 15 minutes taxi €15 Lots of bars/restaurants short walk away. Gym: outside and not the best, I did some running and felt safe (get out early as past 8am the heat will get you!). There is a table with “stuff left”. This included hats, books and sunblock- what a great idea. Also inflatables. Always lilos and rings for floating on knocking about. We had such a lovely, relaxing holiday.

• Z4172CZscottr (10/5): Superb - Best Hotel in Tsilivi - Superb fourth visit to Park incredible facility and management team cannot rate highly enough. I have a medical issue with my spine and the bed was adjusted immediately and replicated on our next visit. Breakfast is superb with such variation for all diets big or small. Cleanliness is second to none. Apologies again for little Doris dropping the wine! Again cannot rate highly enough and will return asap, if I could rate 5 star I would Trip Advisor wouldn’t allow it.
• 16sands (10/5): 10 day stay - Great hotel , staff very friendly , nothing too much trouble, breakfast was excellent from cooked, pastries and fresh fruit , housekeeping team keep everything spotless , ten minute walk to all the restaurants and bars, twenty minute walk to the beach, only negative ,there were three of us , but only one card allowed for the bedroom , George in reception did explain it was due to fire regulations, will return , thank you to all the staff you were amazing I wish you continued success
• davidpX7559JT (8/5): SUNBED MAYHEM - What a great hotel lovely big room pool/garden view balcony , really good breakfast . So pleased to see notice’s on arrival saying if towels are left unattended for more than 30 minutes they would be removed , what a load of twaddle it is , there are about 100 beds for 160 guests and if you wanted a sunbed you needed to have it on a bed by 8 am , we ended going to the beach most days and paying 25 euros a day for beds as I refuse to be involved in the fight mania for sunbeds , some people didn’t even bother turning up till lunchtime or late afternoon on their “Reserved “ beds If you are going to have notices like that then ENFORCE YOUR RULES for goodness sake
• Passport56396311429 (8/5): Great Stay - Very pleasant stay at Park Hotel & Spa. Very clean hotel, friendly staff and great food. We stayed for a week at the beginning of September and enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival, we were made to feel very welcome by the staff. The room was as shown in the photos - it was very spacious and modern. We had a few problems with the travel agent during our stay. However, Ilias and his team did their best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They definitely succeeded, making us feel at home. The pool area was great, plenty of sunbeds and having two separate pools meant there was always space to have a swim. The food was high quality and a nice option if you wanted to stay by the pool during the day. The cocktails were also lovely - Alex made a great tequila sunrise! Thank you to all the staff during our stay; especially Ilias, George, Alex and Dimitris!
• SteveSurtees (10/5): Relaxing vibe - If you’re looking for some sun, peace, no kids charging about, clean rooms, good service and a week or two to chill out, this is the place for you. It’s close to the small town - 10 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars. 20 to the beach. The hotel itself has no entertainment in house, which is great as that’s usually irritating. Plenty of good food and drink available all day and the staff will look after you well. Rooms aren’t huge but they are perfectly adequate and are well maintained and clean. WiFi is excellent. Local restaurants are excellent. Some you ought to book a day ahead (you can do that o line easily) as they get busy and there are queues to get in at a couple of them. No idea why there are queues as they aren’t massively better than many of the others. We ate at half a dozen and didn’t have a bad meal once. Estia was our favourite, just because the family which run it are so attentive and offer that next level friendly service the others maybe lack just a little. We went on a couple of the trips. The jeep safari was great, if a bit longer than it needed to be with a coffee stop for an hour first thing then another hour for lunch. They could’ve been shorter and allowed more time to see the island but that’s a very minor niggle. It was fabulous and very enjoyable. We did the Turtle boat trip as well. That was good although we did feel the boats all congregating around the one big turtle we came across was a bit wrong - especially after the talk we were given about not upsetting the turtles. Tipping is appreciate but not expected. We would return.
• 895sherrees (4/5): Booking stated a 4 star hotel and very disappointed. The hotel does not reflect the website pictures, especially rooms. - Disappointing. Feels like a motel and not 4 star. Exterior is lovely but pool area and rooms did not reflect website. Our initial room was tiny and drab and we asked to be moved. We even considered finding a different accommodation. Staff are friendly and doing their best. The pool is small and crammed with sunbeds also on the grass outside our room. Will not be returning, totally not worth the price by Greek standards.
• martindunville (10/5): The most beautiful Hotel - Finding the right words to describe this beautiful hotel is always difficult, but it always leaves us wanting more… firstly it is always kept to a very high standard with cleanliness, the food choices for breakfast are excellent and the food quality is always good. The staff are always polite and friendly also most helpful. The location is ideal just sitting a short walk into the town where there are great bars and restaurants, We have been coming here for many years and have never been disappointed.. If you are looking just to chill it’s perfect and if you like to get out and party it’s also a perfect location. If you like to explore there are lots of car and bike rentals around , the coastal line and mountain are breathtaking. Thank you to the manager and all the staff again, hopefully back again next year .
• Maps51390741427 (10/5): Excellent staff and lovely peaceful stay - Excellent staff and lovely peaceful stay. Only 20 mins walk from the beach or you could use the shuttle bus the hotel offer at select times. The town and tavernas are also only 10-20 mins walk and Sandra’s bar is a great pit stop too, and only 5 mins away from the hotel! Very friendly in there, and over the road from Sandra’s you have a fabulous super market selling all the essentials you need or might have forgot to pack like me! If you do decide to have a meal in the hotel at the bar, the portions are very great value for money and we often shared a plate as we found out on the first day, the snacks are a good meal on their own. If you are a gym user the hotel only has a small selection of equipment, but we did notice a full gym down on the corner by gyroland. The hotel does not offer any entertainment, which is exactly what we needed but you can easily pop out and find it within 15-20 mins. You can easily hire quads, cars or even scooters to explore the island and the hire shops are easy to find!! Down on the beach if you like a bit of a rush, you will find jet ski hire, parasailing, and inflatable fun and the more mellow peddle boats are available to hire too. Just remember to take some water to wash the toes :) as the showers were out of order the majority of time. Honestly the local people and staff in the hotel were just super I cannot praise them enough, and the food - we never had any complaints and all was cooked to perfection I hope you all find this review helpful :)
• U6576JQlauram (10/5): Fantastic holiday at the Park for the 5th year - Having been to the ‘Park’ for the last 5 years what can we say everything from the owner Ilias to all the great staff who assist in the running of this hotel (Andrea, George, Alex, Demetris, Fotis and the housekeeping ladies) nothing is too much trouble. The hotel has such a relaxing atmosphere and the rooms are spotlessly clean. At breakfast there was always an excellent choice of food with Mariola cooking eggs to order. Food was served in the bar area, until 8pm, which was of excellent quality and large portions. We have never experienced not getting sunbeds around the pool during any of our visits. Very good Spa facilities too. We will be back!
• Odyssey07930624800 (2/5): Awful smell/cleanliness - While the hotel does look beautiful on the outside it was our room that ruined the experience. There was mold everywhere including the lamp shame, AC, drains and balcony (from the AC leaking) - see photos attached. We complained multiple times about the smell in our room but nothing was done until the 4th complaint. Please note I am not typically one to complain and this is my first time writing a trip advisor review. The smell was so bad we struggled to sleep and it made us feel physically sick. We asked if we could move room and were told no (understandable if they didn’t have any other rooms avail able but not when you knew this was not the case) The only upside to the hotel was George on reception who was always smiling, kind, thoughtful and helpful.
• Priscila (10/5): - Ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo, la colazione meravigliosa, la struttura un lusso , molto tranquillo e la gente veramente rispettosa, il personale una meraviglia , l’ultimo giorno partivamo molto presto prima che cominciasse la colazione e il capo dell hotel ci ha lasciato una mini colazione pronta , purtroppo non siamo riusciti a prenderla per che abbiamo avuto un problema con il volo e siamo usciti di corsa , ma sì per caso lei legge queste review le ringraziamo moltissimo , noi eravamo a la Junior Suite con Jacuzzi , veramente vale moltissimo la pena pagare un po’ di più , volevamo un Ferragosto di relax e belle viste e in queste hotel l’abbiamo trovato tutto , grazie mille , se torniamo a Zante Torneremo da voi ♥️

• ianrY3602XE (10/5): Ignore the bad reviews - I think some people don’t understand holidaying in small Greek islands sometimes. These are not purpose built tourist destinations with perfect roads and drinking water. They are natural, authentic beauty spots and with that you have to accept a bit more rough and tumble. The hotel is a 4* by Greek standards. Big enough rooms for two people, with mini fridge and good quality aircon and sizeable balcony. Yes the water is salty and the drains can be a little smelly, but see above. The pool area is on large grounds and we didn’t struggle for a sunbed despite in high season. Breakfast was ample and the chef Marion’s is a very nice and relaxed person, making eggs and omelettes. Walking isn’t a problem for us, 10 minutes into Tsilivi and a further 10 to the beach. Water Park and MyTours yellow boat trip recommended. Would definitely return. I’ve holidayed in Greece a lot and I think Tsivili is the best all round option in terms of destination.
• 381millier (2/5): Do not recommend - I would not recommend this hotel. Firstly our room was not ready when we arrived, and then the room smelt terribly of drains and sewage. This was an ongoing issue. The pool turned my cream swimming costume completely green after one short swim. I have worn this swimming costume on several holidays and never had an issue. Not enough sunbeds for everyone so we hardly went to the pool. Lots of rules around the pool, no food to be consumed other than food purchased at the bar which is also not something I’ve seen before. The hotel runs a shuttle to the beach, but this is only twice per day and only fits 6 (!?) people!!! So we often did not get a space on the bus despite trying to book over 24 hours in advance. It is a long walk to the beach in the heat otherwise. Staff are okay, they do not go above and beyond. Breakfast was the worst hotel breakfast I have ever seen, most of the food was really not nice. Definitely not a 4* hotel, I have stayed in 2* hotels which are much better. Had a great time on the island as a whole, dod some great excursions but the hotel was a real let down.
• 210475 (10/5): Lovely Hotel - Just arrived home from a wonderful stay at this hotel. Ideally located 15min walk to Tsilivi resort centre 20min walk to the beach. Hotel provides a complementary shuttle bus to the beach. All staff work extremely hard and are always very helpful and very friendly. The hotel is spotless. Breakfast had lots of choice for everyone. The pool area is lovely with a fantastic menu at a good price. The cocktails were amazing. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and cleaned daily. We arrived back to the room on a number of occasions to a lovely towel arrangement, we had a swan on one of the days. A big thanks to the Manager and George for bringing us a bottled complementary drink while waiting for our transfer in the heat. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

The hotel was generally okay, friendly staff, nice breakfast but Definitely not a 4*. We found it very hard to sleep as the doors were so paper thin, it was bascially as if it wasnt there so whenever someone opened a door, flushed a chain or walked by you'd be woken up. The beds we hard, and sheets too small. The room smelt of sewage really bad, and it hit you when you walked in. We didn't sleep well at all. the hotel was average and passable, but to no standard 4*
• G5939OMandrewl (4/5): This is not a 4 stars hotel at all, perhaps 2 - 3 stars. - This is not a 4 stars hotel at all, perhaps 2 - 3 stars. The 4 stars is quite convenient to extort EUR 10 a night in "tourist tax", for which you have to pay cash only (???!!!) and they refuse to give a receipt. The pictures are deceiving as the cute garden sofas e.g., have a view of a parking lot and the roaring cars passing by all the time. The water in the shower and taps is very salty (a Greek island thing), and the fruit juice in breakfast is also salty, which I have never seen before anywhere, not even in other Greek islands. The personnel are very attentive (George, Petros and Dimitri for example), but be very clear that this is NOT a four star hotel. Not terrible, but poor.

Our room was lovely, nice decor, we didn't have a pool view but that of the back, wasn't too bad. Breakfast was excellent alot of choice. Pool bar service,excellent, and gorgeous meals. Pool area, lovely, plenty of sunbeds. Walking in to the town was a short distance, just be careful as the pavements are a bit hit and miss. Had a fabulous week, could have stayed longer.

Spotlessly clean and great room service. A lovely breakfast served with a wide variety of choice. Pool area is lovely with lunch and snacks readily available along with alcoholic and soft drinks. Just 7min walk from Tsivilli centre where there is a wide range of bars and restaurants serving 1st class food. Turtle spotting and cave trips available for just 27 Euros per person. A truly amazing experience

Spotlessly clean hotel, the staff obviously work very hard to keep the high standard. Room was a nice size (shame you only get one room key but no problem with that). It was a pleasure to lie by the swimming pools, the beds were so comfortable, plenty to choose from and not squashed together. You could hear the hotel music but just nice and quietly in the background. Breakfast was a pleasure, peaceful & plenty of choice. Food at the pool bar was lovely, we had lunch there everyday. Spa worth a visit (we also had one free 10 minute massage per room) One of the most relaxing holidays I’ve ever had so looking to return to this hotel very soon 😁

We enjoyed a treatment in the hotel spa, cocktails at the pool bar and a daily delicious breakfast. Easy walk into town with a plethora of restaurants to choose from, all serving delicious Greek food at reasonable prices. The hotel shuttle to and from the beach each day was very useful. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast had something for everyone but as mentioned before the coffee wasn't very good but have found that in most of the hotels we have stayed in the Greek islands....it has a very relaxed vibe around the pool with a great play list at just the right volume, plenty of sunbeds aswell. 10 minute walk into town with plenty of bars & restaurants to choose from. The staff are lovely & friendly & bar area very pleasant & friendly...will definitely return if we visit Zante again!

The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the village centre - it's an easy walk to a wide range of excellent tavernas, and easy to get back to the tranquility of the hotel.
• 422macr (6/5): We wouldn’t return… - Our first and last stay at park hotel Tsilivi, a lot like other reviews I would not regard this hotel as 4 stars, 3 yes but certainly not 4. Upon arrival we were greeted by a nice man on reception called George who was a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay, alongside him was another man (Greek) who took control of the conversation, who I can only assume is the owner or definitely the manager of the hotel who instantly came across as hostile and unhelpful. After checking in we were satisfied with our room and I’d say it was clean and suitable for our stay, and we then browsed the restaurant and bar which were equally pleasing, but I would say the pool lacked expectations on cleanliness and wasn’t true to the photos we had viewed online on the website, the size of the pool was adequate although there was a lack of sunbeds around the pool, and the majority are situated at the back of the site on some shaded grass which had the look of sitting in someone’s back garden, it was also a struggle to get a sunbed in a morning, particularly in a suitable place, I know you cannot expect a beach view in this area but the surrounding of the pool was particularly bleak, built up with surrounding hotels and high fences, but I understand you can’t have everything. Going back to the rooms, our main issue was the sound proofing, we were on the first floor and although we couldn’t particularly hear anything from the adjoining rooms, our door into the corridor was as if it was made from a sheet of paper, we were getting woken up every single night at all hours from people returning to the hotel talking in the corridors but the sound proofing was so poor it was if the door was wide open. I know the hotel cannot control how loud some guests may be, it was shocking even how audible people walking along the corridor could be and completely destroyed the quality of our sleep. The bathroom was generally suitable, a sink basin and a walk in shower, the water pressure was ok, however the shower never kept a constant temperature and even when set to just be luke-warm, it was suddenly turn scolding hot to the point you’d need to step out of it to avoid burning yourself. We will certainly return to Tsilivi, but sadly not to the park hotel and spa after this experience.

It's like a home from home - Had a room overlooking the pools, which was large and bed extremely comfy. Cleaned daily.Loved sitting on patio and just chilling. Pools were fantastic and always plenty of sunbeds, as well as being clean and well maintained. The staff are just amazing and always so helpful and kind. The owner Ilias and his wife have exceptionally high standards and go out of their way to ensure you have a relaxing holiday. It is always good to back and see the many changes that have been made over the years. They now do snacks and meals, which are available until 8pm. Absolutely delicious, especially the pancakes with chocolate sauce

It's in a quiet location on the edge of town, within easy reach of the restaurants and bars, and about 25 mins walk to the beach. The rooms are comfortable and the whole hotel is immaculate. There are lots of options at the breakfast buffet and everyone works hard to make the stay comfortable. The pool area and gardens are lovely and there are usually plenty of beds and loungers. My only negative is that it is impossible to close the bedroom doors quietly. Given this, the corridors are noisy, not helped by guests clattering up and down at all hours. Of course there's the usual Brit thing of reserving sunbeds at 6am, but that is no reflection on the hotel. If I was coming to Zante again, then I would definitely choose this hotel.

• kevinjD559SM (10/5): Fantastic week's stay at the Park Hotel - We have just returned from a week's stay at the Park Hotel in Tsilivi. This hotel is fantastic and we are in the process of booking again for next year. The hotel rooms, public areas and pool area are kept spotlessly clean. The staff are first class and everyone is friendly. Special mention to Demitri and Alex who worked so hard in the breakfast room and snack bar and George at reception who always greeted you with a smile. We did have a minor issue with our room on arrival but the manager Ilias and George resolved it quickly without any fuss. They couldn't be more apologetic and it was refreshing to see how they value their customers and want things to be perfect. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold food. The food at the snack bar was superb and a good range of dishes to choose from. Food and drinks are priced fairly at the hotel. The pools are of good size for the hotel and we didn't have a problem finding a sunbed. We walked into Tsilivi for evening meals and it was only about 10 minutes to the centre. Here you will find endless restaurants serving delicious food and a variety of bars and shops. *please be aware the tourist tax can only be paid in cash* Thank you Ilias and your team for making our stay a memorable one. We look forward to seeing you next year.

Ilas the Manager was always arrived and spoke to everyone which Is a lovely touch. The hotel is spotless everywhere . When we 1st arrived sunbed was easy to get one, but then sad to say from 7.20 people would be saving beds knowing signs are up. Quite sad 😔 so sunbeds where hard to come buy. The hotel is in perfect location about 15-20 min to bars everything you need . To walk to beach is 25 mins all depending on how you walk. Big bonus hotel do a shuttle service .. . Breakfast is perfect everything you need . 1 thing like to say is a better coffee machine . Big thank you Ilas and his wonderful staff best ever . We would definitely be returning next year . ANITA X
• Relax15227191283 (8/5): Lovely stay with a few annoying policies - We had a lovely 7 days stay at the hotel, and the hotel staff couldn’t be anymore helpful, but there are a couple of things that let it down as follows: - The hotel only allows one room card, which is ridiculous when there is two in the room who may be out at different times. -The policy relating to whether you can keep the room on your final day is ridiculous, you can only find out at 8am on your day of departure and when we tried to find out we’re told to come back in 30 minutes to then be told that we could not keep the room. - Make sure you have Euros for the tourist tax as this has to be paid in Cash and not on a Card. In summing up a lovely week, but unfortunately let down by the points raised.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was relaxing and the hotel itself is spotless. The location is walking distance from town, so we would eat out then come back to the hotel for a drink before bed. There is bar food available, which is excellent, but we went elsewhere for variety.
• D3034AMsarahk (10/5): A Must Stay Hotel - After a week away with my partner staying in this hotel I could no fault it. It is an adults only hotel which ranged in ages of customers. The room and hotel were exceptionally clean and tidied daily. Ilias the owner should be proud of himself for the hard work he and his staff put into this hotel. George, Damitri and Alex made our stay at the hotel memorable, they are friendly, speak very good English and love making the customers feel at home. They are very knowledgeable about the island and where is good to explore. Let’s talk about breakfast. There is a very large selection of food available from English breakfast to local sourced fruits. The chef also makes fresh “to order” omelettes which went down very well with Richard. Breakfast certainly sets you up for the day! The Spa area downstairs is a must visit, but you need to book in advance the treatment you would like - reception will happily arrange this for you. The drinks and snacks are reasonably priced and even brought to your sun lounger. We did not have any “sunbed” wars, there is enough spots for everyone. The hotel is a 3 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you to Zante Town for €2. The walk into Tsilivi is less than 10 Minutes which as you walk along the road you see orange, fig and lemon trees and the beautiful smell of Jasmine is also present. We were very sad to leave and will be definitely returning. Ilias thank you!

• TLS1519 (6/5): Lovely hotel but not a 4 star - We had a great holiday here, the location of the hotel is spot on and a short walk into tsvilli. The pool area is nice and relaxing and the choice in the snack bar is excellent (payable but reasonably priced). It’s a shame the breakfast didn’t have the same choice. Bacon was only on every 3 days or so and it was limited on food choice. The coffee and orange juice was disgusting (both from a machine) and had a funny taste so I only drank water at breakfast. There was no air conditioning in the public areas of the hotel hence it was too hot at breakfast and couldn’t sit in reception as it was too warm. Air conditioning in the rooms took a bit to cool once you accessed the room too. Please turn on air conditioning in the main summer months!!! We were made aware by the female member of staff when she noticed we had soft drinks that were bought from the shop and told us this wasn’t allowed and they are watching for it. The hotel was spotlessly clean and beds were very comfortable. Tsvilli is a lovely place with lots of nice restaurants in town.
• CharlotteR434 (2/5): Take notice of the bad reviews - This is Definitely not a 4* hotel. Not even by Greek standards. On arrival you are met with a dark reception area and rude staff. The lounging areas were also dark. The ‘tourist tax’ has to be paid in cash (??). We didn’t have any and offered to pay by card. This was refused and we were told to come back with cash! We were told where our room was and sent on our way, if it wasn’t for the domestic staff, we would have been wondering around for ages. The corridors are very dark…like most of the hotel. As someone else has mentioned, the doors are extremely noisy, so anyone coming in late or going early wakes everyone up. The room was supposed to be a superior deluxe. It was small and cramped. The balcony was over looked by 4 others with no privacy walls. We also had the bars loud speaker right under us. When we asked to be moved, we were told there was nothing else available. Their tea and coffee facilities were lacking. You have to have bottled water for the kettle as the sink and shower are salt water!! As I said, the shower is salt water, so if you have long think hair, good luck. The photos are nothing like what you are actually met with, there is a lot of photoshop and filters. They also don’t show the Hotel balconies over looking the pool from another hotel. The breakfast was basic. There were fresh eggs being cooked to order, but the sausages were basic hotdog style sausage cut up and fried, or wrapped in puff pastry. The fresh fruit consisted of a bit of watermelon, if you get there early enough. The only fresh thing about the other fruit was that it was fresh out of tin! Although I have never had tinned pineapple that looked so insipid. We had two occasions when unwrapping the bed at night, we found the sheets were not big enough for the mattress, leaving about 6 inches of uncovered mattress at the bottom. There are plenty of sun beds, but they make no attempt to stop people putting towels on them early in the morning..or stopping them being dragged across the pool area at 6.45am! There were many times in the day when towels enjoyed a day on the beds with no one using them. People were stopped from eating or drinking anything that hadn’t been bought in the hotel. They were being stopped and having it take away from them. Your also not allowed to have fun! We saw someone being told to stop using a small blow up ball. The shuttle bus to the beach goes 3/4 times a day and has to be pre booked, so make sure your organised. Then we come to the Spa!! Well, there was a lovely door with SPA written on it, but that’s about it! Apparently it was closed, but they couldn’t say how long it had been closed for and of it would be open again while we were there. After pressing the issue, we were then ignored by the staff!! So if your looking for a 2/3 star hotel that you don’t intend spending a lot of time in, this is a great one. However, if your expecting 4 star and a spa…go somewhere else!
• AlltheDees (10/5): Brilliant hotel, fantastic staff, relaxing holiday! - We have been to the Park Hotel many times in the past so this review is definitely overdue. I’ll start off by saying that there is nowhere else we would stay when visiting Zakynthos! Our experience has always been amazing and this year was no different. The management and staff don’t just run the hotel, they genuinely care about what they do and their guests. It is evident in every aspect of how the hotel operates - nothing is too much trouble! We were greeted warmly on arrival by the Owner and his reception team (Natalie & George), every time we visit the Owner has something new to show us and we always love to see the changes he has made since our last stay, he is clearly very invested in providing the best experience he can. The location is a short walk from Tsivili and the facilities are second to none. The hotel interior is very tastefully decorated with a modern yet welcoming look, full of neutral tones, tiling and the odd splash of bold green – just perfect. The rooms are spacious and the feel of the main area follows through to the bedrooms with comfortable beds, good storage, a lovely bathroom, plenty of plugs, mirrors, a fridge, tea/coffee facilities, a hairdryer and even an iron, I should also add that the air con is brilliant and the addition of a sofa is a nice touch. Hats off to the housekeeping staff who clean every room on a daily basis and change towels every two days, although it’s worth noting that if you want a change of towels at any other point during your stay, you simply need to ask. They are lovely ladies, always smiling and they do an excellent job, everything is spotless, always! The bar area is really lovely, with high stools, sofas and also external seating area which is beautiful in the evening overlooking the pool for a pre-dinner drink. The barman Fotis is really friendly, polite and above all welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. All drinks are branded which is always a good sign and we loved to start and finish an evening with a drink at the bar and a chat with other guests. The pool areas are simply the best, lots of sunbeds so no battles there and they are super comfortable too! The Park has two pools, a larger one and a smaller one, the smaller of the two has a jacuzzi function which is an added luxury. The pools are never overcrowded with inflatables or people which is a welcome change and as this is an adult only hotel the general vibe is ‘perfectly chilled’. The pool bar area is tastefully done, with helpful staff, Ledana (hope that is spelt right) and Dimitris (again hope spelt right) were polite, efficient and friendly. The food at the pool bar is also top notch, really good quality and perfectly cooked and presented, hats off to the chef! We ate there every afternoon and I don’t think we had the same thing twice as it’s a pretty extensive menu and reasonable too. The gym area is also an added bonus if you are someone who likes to ‘keep moving’ on holiday! Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:30 in the restaurant area which is light and airy with a brilliant selection on offer, hot and cold foods and a chef who rustles up omelettes/eggs of your choice. Everything is fresh, tastes great and is replenished constantly. The foyer of the hotel is comfortable and spacious and we often sat on the sofas after breakfast and read for a while. There is a library area in the form of an ‘modern art work’ mounted on the wall, where you can borrow/take a book to read while on your holiday and also leave your book when you are finished with it, I really like the idea of recycling books, also great if you forgot to pick one up at the airport. This hotel also boasts a spa which is serene and very reasonable priced, I would definitely recommend a massage to kick off or round off your holiday. What about the beach I hear you ask, the Park Hotel is approximately 10 mins stroll to the beach BUT if you don’t fancy walking, the hotel offers a shuttle service three times a day. Tsivili offers a wide variety of lovely restaurants, bars, shops and delicious ice cream parlours along the main strip so there is no shortage of things to do locally and all within walking distance. If your feet are weary or your belly is too full after an evening out, you can also take advantage of the horse and carriages in Tsivili to deliver you safely back to the Park Hotel for a nightcap. For us, the Park, it's owner and staff really are the best, it’s like a luxury home away from home and staying there always feels like we are visiting old and very dear friends. The vibe is really relaxing for guests and the staff go out of their way to deliver the best service. The Manager is also always on hand to assist and goes above and beyond! During our recent visit there were night storms and it was the manager who made it his priority to ensure the pool was cleared of leaves/debris, it’s this pride and care for the high standard of his hotel and his guests that shines through. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Park Hotel, Tsivili for so many reasons – book it, you won’t regret it!!
• Mothecrazygirafflady (10/5): Chilled vibe hotel with truly amazing owner and staff - We have just returned from our second visit to this hotel. We asked if we could upgrade from the twin room we had booked and we were offered a very spacious room at the front of the hotel for a small extra charge. The owner Illias even gave us a complimentary bottle of a rather deilcious red wine because we had stayed here before. Owner very polite and friendly and even remembered my partner Nick's name everytime we saw him! Also added bonus of a Nespresso coffee machine in the room and pods can be purchased from the local supermarket which is a three minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is on the outskirts of Tsivili away from the noise of the main strip and is only a ten minute walk until you arrive at the busy end of Tsivili. The beach is around a 20 minute walk but there is a free bus shuttle service three times a day which is ideal when it is very hot or you have plenty to carry! The pool area is so peaceful and relaxing and the bar and food prices are very reasonable. We had three lunches here and really enjoyed them. The breakfast is a buffet service and I thought there were plenty of options and eggs are cooked to order which is a nice touch. The staff are so lovely and I must give a special mention to George on reception who always greeted us with a smile and a hello everytime we saw him. Our rooms were cleaned daily and towels also changed daily and the maids were very friendly and helpful. I hope we can afford to come back to Tsivili in a couple of years and I shall definitely be booking here again if we are fortunate enough to return.
• josephd_Scotland1984 (8/5): Lovely 3rd visit to the Park Hotel - An honest review as we have come to the hotel as a couple for the last 3 years. The hotel is lovely, clean and mostly well maintained, although a bit tired in some areas. George and Andrea on reception are both very polite, friendly and helpful and George has good banter with guests. There is now music at the pool which is great but at times it can seem a lack of atmosphere. However if you are here to relax and not interact much with other guests then this won't be an issue. The sunbeds at the pool are comfy but a little tired. It was very busy the first week so could be quite difficult to get a sunbed unless you are at the pool area before 9am. However both pools are cleaned and maintained nightly. The hotel restaurant is nice with good choice and food has always been lovely and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly, chatty and helpful especially Alex, Dimitris and Lediana. They are a credit to the hotel. Photis is also great in the bar area in the evening but again there is no real atmosphere or entertainment in the hotel at night. However it is nice to sit and enjoy a quiet drink. The rooms are ok but quite basic. Nice balcony overlooking the pool. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. Good air con, hairdryer, small fridge, tea and coffee and ironing facilities. Could be doing with larger tv's in the rooms as they are small but can live with that as watching TV is not high on the priority list while on holiday. Shower is OK but is salt water. However for the duration of our stay there was a strong smell coming from the drain in the bathroom which could be quite overpowering at times. Our only real issue is the noise of the hallways. The corridors amplify any noises with the room doors closing, suitcases being wheeled and the maid service can also be very loud in the morning. This echoes throughout the whole corridor so is hard to get a restful sleep with the doors slamming every few minutes. Be prepared to be awake from around 6/7 am. The breakfast is fine but didn't use it much. Decent variety of pastries, bacon, eggs, beans, etc. The omlette station is great and fresh but breakfast bar could be doing with more fresh fruit and fresh fruit juice selection as the machine concentrate juice is very sweet. The owner is also present at the hotel most days and is friendly and chatty. Complimentary bottle of wine due to our 3rd visit which was a nice touch. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the main strip which is great and lots of great restaurants and bars to choose from so hotel is in ideal location. Overall a nice, relaxing 2 week stay at the hotel. • Robin (8/5): - We loved the service and how kind the staff was. However, housekeeping was very loud in the morning. Not only with their carts, but also yelling to each other across the hallway. It woke us up every morning. We do recommend the hotel. It’s never too crowded, which we love. Also the village Planos is fine if you don’t want to drive for dinner. We had a good time!
• Lydell (2/5): - The management/owners are very rude. The rooms and property are not what they appear to be in the photographs at all. They are dated and from the 80/90s. They have updated a few areas of the property and have highlighted those and taken well executed night photos of those on their page. They will provide only one room key. They wifi is horrible. The robes are old and dingy, the showers are corroded from the salt water they use, the usb charging stations don’t work. The power goes out for hours and you may not have AC. Activities like the pool table are coin operated and you have to pay to play. The pool closes at 7 pm. Way too many concerns to write but that is the majority. Good areas are the breakfast, swimming pool and lobby.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointing 4 star hotel - The hotel is very much below its assigned category of 4 stars, and much below the price you pay for it. The rooms are just plain, ok: not extremely cosy, comfortable or clean. The quality of the food is very mediocre, and you find yourself not wanting to come back to the buffet yet another day (the variety is also not great). The staff really does a bad job. The waiters barely smile and they have no style or professionality. One day we left the towels on the floor so that they would get changed, and the staff put them back again on the hanger, from the dirty floor! Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel! Final detail: not only the WiFi is extremely poor, but they give you an account per person (you can connect only one device, forget your laptop or tablet) and the account expires every few days and you need to extend it at reception! Really poor stay, I would not recommend it at all.

• Giuseppe (8/5): Albergo a Zante - Nell'isola di Zante (Zacinto), gradevole hotel nella frazione di Tsilivi. Piscina, piccolo giardino, camere climatizzate e gradevole soggiorno. Turismo non stanziale, in maggioranza di persone del Regno Unito. Personale gentile ma necessità di conoscere qualcosa di lingua inglese. Colazione internazionale con presenza quotidiana delle specialità greche, yogurt, miele e dolci e robusto comparto del salato. Nel pacchetto acquistato abbiamo optato per la formula mezza pensione e da un quattro stelle mi, ci aspettavamo maggior cura nei cibi alla cena, pur comprendendo di dover soddisfare gusti molto diversi, inglese, italiano, russo etc. Sicuramente da rivedere la carta dei vini a disposizione, molto ristretta e con ricarichi notevoli in rapporto alla qualità offerta. In sostanza, in relazione al rapporto qualità prezzo, un buon servizio in un ambiente curato e questo va sicuramente bene. Offerta una serata con danze greche che ha consentito di socializzare fra clienti che altrimenti non hanno occasione di coinvolgimento. Il mare non è vicinissimo, qualche chilometro, ma per noi che avevamo già deciso di girare le diverse offerte dell'isola in tema di spiagge e arenili nessun problema. Buoni collegamenti pubblici e bella la zona pedonale di Zante. Molta offerta di bar, pub e ristoranti anche in zona. Insomma un buon ricordo.
• winter11 (6/5): Posto tranquillo - Posto tranquillo ma meglio avere una autovettura per gli spostamenti. Buone le camere e la zona piscina, vario e abbondante il cibo anche se non sempre adeguato per un hotel a quattro stelle. Prezzi in linea con l'offerta dell'isola.
