- Kenneth (8/5): Nice! - Beautiful place in a great location. Had a bit of a problem with the shower leaking all over the bathroom floor but otherwise the apartment was great.
- Ivo (4/5): Would neither return nor recommend. - Good location The whole unit is in dire need of deep cleaning: Dirty floors, worn filthy furniture (armchair, sofa et ), dirty kitchen & utensils, disgusting shower-stall. Yucky freezer needs to be defrosted. Extremely loud music outside (measured at 80+ dB); music band played twice during our stay until midnight, could not stay inside, the ground-floor unit serves like the perfect amplifier. Heading for the loft-side bed we had to carefully bow through a stone arch to not bump our heads. We did not always succeed 🙁. Dangerous climb up to the loft (unsafe stairs). Hard-to-hold-on wiry railing with sharp edges (cut my palm during the first climb). Ground floor AC was cleaned by owner but remained intermittently noisy (had to be switched off at night) throughout our stay.

The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The host were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea.
- ROBERTO (8/5): - Centralissimo e molto comodo per chi è in macchina perché c’è un garage ( a pagamento) a 100metri. Il monolocale ha tutto l essenziale ed è dotato di un cortiletto esterno. Dotato di 2 condizionatori nella zona notte e nella zona giorno. Non troppo luminoso e difficile da arieggiare.

Room (the ‘Studio’) was spacious and had a full kitchenette.l, main bed comfortable, and our toddler was happy on the sofa bed. Set on a quiet, private and secure courtyard area. Hot water hit and miss, curtains not proper blackout, and all needs a lick of paint, showing some signs of wear everywhere, but undoubtedly excellent value, given the rates generally in Ortigia.

My husband and I stayed in the loft and our two friends stayed in the other two apartments. We had our own bathrooms and privacy but we could also open up the space to hang out together. It was perfect. The stairs to the loft bed are bit tricky to get up and down. Design over function.

- Jack (10/5): - Getting to this apartment is challenging, but it's worth the effort. The owner was very helpful, providing instructions for self-check-in and where to park my rental car. The apartment is very comfortable with a full kitchen and espresso machine.
- Abhilash (9/5): Modern and well located - This modern place consisted of a large bedroom and a bathroom. There was a door from an internal courtyard into bedroom. The place was clean with good lighting. The room had a high ceiling and a high window let in good light. The furnishings were modern and clean. The air conditioning was effective. We did not meet the owner but had a pleasant interaction with him over WhatsApp. The place is well located in a nice area of Ortigia, near the Duomo and plenty of restaurants.

- Elif (5/5): Not clean - only location and patio The communication with the host was pretty difficult. he didnt send the check-in and address info to us via booking so we went the address thats mention on the account which was wrong. Thanks to neighbors in the next building we could reach the host. The room was not clean enough and during the entire stay its never been cleaned. Because you have to pay 30 eurs that I’ve never seen before. The room is not new as its pictures and with the white lighting we felt like we re in a hospital.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Central location, exceptional service - Extremely central apartment, you really feel like you’re in the middle of Siracusa. The upstairs area of the apartment was hot but we got a fan upon request which solved the problem. The host could not have been more helpful and communicative - he kindly came and collected us from the parking garage. Note for guests - make sure you have parking organized before you arrive! Plenty of room, full kitchen, right next door to restaurants and a bar that can be noisy, but adds to the ambience.

Parking is a 15 min walk away and costs 10 euros a day ( public car park ) - enter parking at second entrance the one with barrier not first. First is ticket purchase and second is pay when u leave. Our car was fine but car park full of homeless 😞. The room was lovely and clean will all anyone would need. Location is perfect. Owners helpful and welcoming 👍😊

- Simon (8/5): Great location & comfy bed - The flat is in a great location, a minute's walk from the Cathedral square which is lively and stunning. It was clean and well-equipped, the bed was large and really comfortable and Ignazio, the owner is great; with plenty of useful tips about the best places to go. It's not easy to drive there unless you have a very small car, so after dropping off the bags we chose to park in the main car park on the edge of Ortigia, it was only 10 Euros / day and a 10 minute walk through the town from the flat.

Was very spacious and extremely comfortable. There was some confusion about the cleaning fee - Hotels.com need to make clear about this - that it is included.

Brilliant modern design in a historic building, very chic and comfortable. Hosts Iggnatzio and Vera are caring and attentive, really enjoyed their wine trip and Mount Etna.
- Carl (8/5): Very Nice, but.. - The room we stayed in was a ground floor room with a door directly onto an alley. The room had been recently renovated and was very nice. We visited in March and the weather was cold. The AC unit did not provide heat regardless of mode it was placed into (possibly user error). The unit does come with very nice fuzzy blankets to snuggle up in. The unit has moisture issues. This results in an annoying musty smell and the needed dehumidifier runs constantly disturbing what would otherwise be a peaceful stay.
