• Golan (9/5): Great weekend at Jerusalem - Great room/suite very well equipped, huge bed, espresso maker, small balcony etc. Room is being served and refreshed few times a day Great rooftop pool for hot days Saturday morning is very very crowded at the dining room, not fun. Rooftop cafeteria food and beverages level should be elevated significantly. Parking cost in the hotel parking is outrageous and hotel should come to agreement with parking lot owner. For now suggest to park in the public parking nextby

• Vardit (7/5): שהות נעימה, אך לא נחזור. המחיר של מעל 2000 שח ללילה ללא ארוחת בוקר אינו מוצדק - המיקום טוב. הנוף מהבריכה על הגג מהמם והופך את השהות בה לחוויה מיוחדת ביקשנו חדר בקומה גבוהה ככל האפשר בטווח סוג החדר שהזמנו. יש 5 קומות כאלה. קבלנו בקומה שנייה ללא נוף. חנינו בחניון הצמוד בבניין המלון. כשיצאנו ממנו לאחר שעתיים וחצי חוייבנו במחיר יום מלא, ללא יכולת לשוב אליו. פנינו לחניון וטענו שהדבר כתוב. לא מצאנו שלט כזה. ידוע לנו שמדובר בספק שונה מהמלון, אלא שזה חלק מחווית השהות במלון. ובעיקר - שילמנו מחיר גבוה מידי לחוויה ממוצעת.

• Milly (8/5): - מלון מאוד יפה, חדר נוח ומפנק ארוחת בוקר מעולה. בריכה חיצונית ופנימית קטנה. לא היינו בטיפולי הספא אז לא יכולים להעריך. מיקום נחמד, נוף מהחלון שלנו לאתר בניה של הרכבת הקלה. היינו בסופש אז לא היה רעש. חוויה נחמדה, לא שווה את המחיר אין הקפדה על אי עישון באזור הבריכה. היה בלתי נסבל.

• ZevUslan (6/5): Isrotel has a theft problem. - Isrotel has a theft problem: on two occasions in Eilat and in Mitzpe Ramon we had pocket sized items stolen (a kindle in Eilat in January 2026 and a iphone battery charger in Beresheet this month). Reported, denied at each hotel. Reported to Isrotel management, no response. Be aware of theft of small items by cleaning staff in Isrotel hotels that they do not want to acknowledge.

• TexasBe (10/5): Beautiful hotel and impeccable service - This is a beautiful hotel with impeccable service. This was our first time to stay at the Orient. Having little knowledge about the rooms, we opted for a Templer room because it was the least expensive. We were in Israel for 10 days and the room was small for the amount of luggage which we had. While it would be perfect for a week-end visit, I suggest booking the classic Orient room for a longer stay. We were able to move to a classic room which was much more comfortable given the amount of luggage which we had. One day we had the breakfast buffet which is excellent and plentiful. My only criticism would be that I found few breakfast options if you simply wanted coffee and a pastry, however the hotel is very well situated on Emek Refaim with several coffee bars nearby. On Friday night we had the Shabbat dinner which was outstanding. Although the buffet is not inexpensive, the quality of the food together with the variety made it well worth the cost. The Turkish steam and sauna were very good as was the indoor pool. The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to be away from areas which are heavily trafficed by tourists, yet only an easy 3/4 mile walk from the Old City.
