• Christopher (10/5): Amazing stay - The staff were absolutely amazing, extremely friendly and helpful. The spa was amazing and I had it to myself. The room was very clean and the surrounding area was very very safe. Nothing at all.

• Trevor (1/5): Terrible - DO NOT get your clothes washed!! They lost half my clothes and gave me random people's clothes as a result. After an hour of trying to find what clothes were mine in their mess, I managed to get some back. However the clothes were soaking and with new stains. Hotel rooms have no privacy as the window faces a residential area within a few metres. Shower head didn't work, walls are paper thin, pool is 15€ an hour, location is very poor. DO NOT get your clothes washed!! They lost half my clothes and gave me random people's clothes as a result. After an hour of trying to find what clothes were mine in their mess, I managed to get some back. However the clothes were soaking and with new stains. • Журина (2/5): - Неплохая мебель ремонт Полотенца серые не потому что цвет а серые от износа халаты не предусмотренны хотя заявленны по просьбе халаты дали но состояние такое же как и полотенца белый цвет ппевращен в сепый холодильника не было вообще ковролан грязный и вонючий расположение неудобное рядом ничего нет надо идти или даже ехать до аптеки до супермаркета

• Olga (10/5): - Отношение, быстрое заселение хотя нас было 24 человека, удобные кровати, вкусный завтрак, бассейн и караоке и сауна прям в отеле за низкую цену. Интересная мебель в отеле. Просторные ванны с окнами. Номера большие. Не очень чистые ковры в номерах

• Mr. (1/5): - Все хорошо 👌 есть пару изъянов по персоналу. Попросили оплату сделать при выезде, так как был момент то что счет можно до обеда или выезда оплатить в любом отеле,что начали приходить просить оплату с 4 утра, приказ управляющего был , к постоянным гостям такое отношение.

Le personnel était étrange à garder mon passport tout le long de mon séjour car je l’ai oublier lors de mon enregistrement et ne m’as en aucun cas prévenu que je l’ai oublié alor que j’ai parler avec la réception à plusieurs reprise c’ est au moment de mon départ que je me suis rendu compte que je l’avais perdu apre l’avoir chercher partout je suis aller les voir en dernier recours Et le réceptionniste me dit qu’il as alor que je suis aller le voir de nombreuses fois chaque jours de mon séjour. Il fesais un froid glacial dans les chambre alor que j’ais demander plusieurs fois a mètre du chauffage . La douche Sal . Les équipement vieillots. Le spa est payant 40 dollars pour 2 heures et sous réservation . Nous avons réserver et une fois dans le spa le sauna ne marche pas la piscine glacial le sauna a peine chaud les vestiaires sans lumière les toilettes avec des du caca partout sur la cuvette . Les serviettes des clients précédents n’avais pas était ramassé des cheveux long sur le bord de la piscine tout était vieux et délabré . Se spa était clairement pas utilisable… pas de savon ni gel douche rien …nous somme donc aller à la réception et l’employé nous as répondu que depuis dix ans personne ne s’était jamais plaint cette employée qui devais avoir 20 ans travaillait il ici depuis ses 10 ans ? Apre insistance il nous propose une réduction de 15% 😅 fuyez cette endroit vous serez déçu ce n’est pas comme sur les photos . Seulement l’aspect extérieur semble beau mais a l’intérieur c’ est une autre histoire … la porte de la chambre je n’en parle meme pas avec un écart de 0.5 centimètres entre les deux portes on entend tout ce qu’il s’y passe dans les couloirs quand un autre client ouvre sa porte avec l’appelle d’aire on entend notre porte comme si quelqu’un l’ouvrait en pleine nuit

• Søren Bakke (9/5): Rigtigt behageligt ophold - Virkelig lækkert sted i Bishkek. Værelserne er utroligt behagelige. Det lå i en lidt kedelig del af Bishkek.
• Cornelia Maria (4/5): Matig verblijf in matig hotel - De accommodatie is niet heel goed bevallen. Ik kan geen echt pluspunt noemen. Het personeel was ongeïnteresseerd en niet echt behulpzaam. Het Turkse stoombad werkte niet terwijl we er wel voor hadden betaald, maar dat interesseerde ze niet. Lieten ons met veel te veel tassen naar boven lopen en boden niet aan zelf iets te dragen.

• Анна (7/5): В целом если приехать на небольшой срок, то можно остановиться. - Дружелюбный персонал, удобный номер В номере был чайник и мини-холодильник (правда, морозил он очень плохо: за три дня молочка пропадала). Уборка в номере по требованию, в ваше отсутствие без вашего ведома никто не зайдет. Тихий район, вдалеке от шума машин Еще хочу отметить, что здесь можно оформить необходимые для бухгалтерии документы (квитанцию о проживании и чек) - это для тех, кто едет по работе. Для меня этот фактор стал ключевым при выборе жилья Два основных минуса: очень плохая звукоизоляция. Я жила две с половиной недели, нормально спала половину из этого срока. То есть ваш сон будет зависеть от порядочности соседей: слышно все. Напоследок мне еще и провоняли комнату сигаретами, якобы из дворика тянуло, хотя по ощущениям как будто кто-то в соседнем номере покурил. Второй минус - очень старое постельное белье. У меня в номере было две кровати, два раза меняли белье. И всегда оно было с дырками. Мне это не принципиально, но объективно это очень портит впечатление

• Sarah (6/5): A misleading hotel name - beware. - Attractive building architecture. Large room. Misleading advertising, I wouldn’t have stayed here if I knew it wasn’t a real spa. The spa is in a separate building, it cost many more $ to use and you have to book in advance.

• michaelds (10/5): Малък, но грандиозен и луксозен хотел. - Много хубав и достъпен хотел. С жена ми бяхме по работа в Бишкек и точно такъв малък хотел с всички удобства и паркинг търсихме. Много сме щастливи, хотелът напълно отговаря на всички стандарти. Стаите са просторни, банята е удобна, съотношението цена-качество е супер. За в бъдеще също бихме отседнали тук.

• Sahy (5/5): Passable - Some basic amenities are missing. And hotel needs some serious maintenance. Room seemed nice but everything was worn out and not clean. There was some odd smell.

When i confronted regarding it they said „well yeah everyone thinks its included but its not“ Hello? obviously its false advertisement then. We only booked it for the spa and then didn’t event went as they need 2h to heat up everything. The room was terrible.

• Gaia (2/5): Would not book again - The rooms were fine The "spa" is not even in the hotel and is not included in your stay. It's dingy and worn down. The whole place feels old and cold, barely anyone around.
• Jordan (5/5): Passable - Not included in the service. The pool and spa are not located within the hotel premises, and their operating hours are from 10 AM to 10 PM. When I checked in at around 9:20 PM, I was informed that the pool was already closed, even though it was still within the scheduled time. Additionally, the opening time of 10 AM feels a bit late for guests who may prefer to start their day earlier. I believe earlier access would be more convenient.
