The coffee was always available and hot. The exercise room was quite nice with good treadmill's. Happy with most everything. No real complaints. It was very close to a Tram stop or just a 20 minute walk into the city center. The house was fully equipped and Clement was very responsive and helpful. Maureen (7/5): Overpriced but we booked last minute - Restaurants on property Bathtub wouldn’t drain - had to ask front desk for help and they were resistant to helping. Thankfully they did get someone to come fix the drain while we were out at the event we were in town for, but getting the support was slow - seems like they’re understaffed, the maintenance and housekeeping had already left by the time of day we asked for help and the front desk staff didn’t offer much encouragement that the issue would be resolved. Mostly I felt that $320 / night felt really high for the quality of the property, location next to the freeway, and the issue we had with the bathtub drain control being broken.

Chih Yuan (8/5): - We stayed in this hotel for only one night(2026/Jan/14-15) but are so impressed by the hospitality of the receptionist, especially the male who is very gentle and willing to help for the requests we raised. He really does a great job and deserves praises.

Melinda (7/5): Soccer Families: Good Experience! - Nice location! Close to shopping and downtown Woodinville and Bothel area parks. Enjoyed the wine tasting shops directly across from the hotel parking lot: Try the Wine and Pie one! Best red blend and coconut cream pie. Also tried their brandy flight: super tasty! Great restaurant options and easy access to the soccer fields. Pet friendly, and we enjoyed walking the pup nearby (a cool little nature boardwalk trail by the high school). The heating element in the room: way too hot and we ended up using the AC a couple times. The rooms were smaller than we've experience with Hampton/Hilton. Didn't like the cheap toilet paper. The soap dispensers in the bathtub fell down on us while using.

Matt (8/5): Great location. Comfortable room and bed. - Excellent location just off the freeway in Woodinville. Was unable to keep the fan running without turning the room into an icebox. AC worked great though! Without fan noise, there was nothing to dampen the noise from those leaving at 4&5am.

Jimison (8/5): - Staff were great, super friendly and helpful. The property needed a deep clean and a little TLC. Examples- Baseboards and door plates were dirty/dingy, the shower had some pink hard water/mildew, and the corners and edges could use a good scrubbing. Lastly our bed squeaked quite a bit, made it a bit awkward.

David (10/5): Excellent hotel with good staff in a greatb location - We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful from the start. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The hotel has a good pool and gym also. The hotel is in a good location to explore the local area or drive to Bothell or other areas of interest including Snoqualmie Falls. Nothing

Christopher (8/5): - Everything with my stay was great except the elevators. They they screeched and knocked each ride. On the last night, one of the elevators acted as if it was trying to move before the doors closed. The floor shifted and it made a loud vibration noise. Then the doors closed and it went down. I felt very happy to make it to the bottom at the normal pace and not an expedited one.

We were able to check in a little early, which was exceptional as we needed to get ready for a wedding . It was very quiet at night, and there were no guests running over our room. Breakfast had many options available. Would stay here again if in the area

TIE LIU (6/5): - good breakfast, quiet AC; bed is ok; blanket for sofa bed isn't warm enough; vanity is good but toilet and bath room is very tight and inconvenient, there is no space to put a trash can, and the door hits any way; don't like the sliding door which doesn't close completely or tightly and makes noise when opening and closing; picture windows are great but face to trash trunk, and with no sound isolation so can hear traffic noise all night long; noise from neighbor came through the door between the two rooms which was very disturbing and annoying
