When clicking the buttons, they don't move. My room was soooo hot. It remained on 78 degrees after attempting to lower it. I was very hot and uncomfortable. I literally got up to get ice to rub on my skin in order to bear the heat.

- MrJosherrific (10/5): Even the AC Deserves a Raise - I travel pretty often, and this was one of those stays that just made everything easy. The Hilton Garden Inn was clean, welcoming, and had the kind of staff that makes you feel like they actually enjoy helping people. The room was spotless, the shower had actual water pressure worthy of applause, and the AC kept the room perfectly cool despite the Texas heat trying its best outside. The hotel is also in a super convenient location — close to restaurants, attractions, and easy to get in and out of without needing a GPS spirit guide. Big shoutout to the team for creating such a chill atmosphere. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Arlington!

- suavesgirl (4/5): Just an average hotel.... - I was kinda surprised by this experience. This is my second time at this property, and the first was average, but the location is great. This time, upon arrival, the room was ready. It was 4 pm, and I'm a Diamond member (no acknowledgement) at all. The front desk was just mild. Had more fun with the guest over the weekend. The breakfast was unorganized on Sunday, and on Saturday night, the kitchen was closed because they said someone called in sick, so no food for the night. He didn't apologize, just went back to serving drinks. Overall, I am sure my family would book again, but I would know what to expect. I am looking for something different as the vibes just gives we are here, and it's not special or the type of Hilton I am used to.

Water in the room was sold for $2 per bottle Apart from how nice the building is, nothing!!

The shuttle they offered was a life saver. - We came to see Bruno Mars in concert and were worried out taking a uber because of prices and as soon as we checked in they let us know they had a shuttle available for a round trip for only $40. It was perfect and the staff were friendly as well. Correy our driver on our way back to the hotel and he was amazing! Would definitely use this shuttle again and come back to this hotel.

- V9191MFjoyceb (10/5): Great Hotel - My husband and I traveled with another couple and we reserved two rooms. I was very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The hotel grounds was lovely and well maintained. Our room, lobby, breakfast area, and common bathrooms were all very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shout-out to the maintenance guy who seemed to work all hours, day and evening. When our friends' room key stopped opening their door, he repaired the issue in less then 10 minutes by charging the door lock mechanism. I would highly recommend this hotel.

- Pritpal (10/5): - The rooms are very clean and the facilities are extremely new. I like that the room was comfortable, and both cooling and heating worked very well. The Internet was good and I really appreciate that the TV was modern with streaming service services. You don’t even have to log into HBO with your own credentials because it’s part of the connected service. Staff were very friendly and I’d recommend this place to anybody visiting

Cece was extremely rude interested phone before we even checked in and this morning while checking out she was rude once again. She let us know our card was charged for a market purchase that we did not make. Then said she would have the manager take it off, as of this evening my card was charged for that fee that I did not do. The only friendly front desk worker I did not get her name but she was at the desk after 3 and has blond/brown hair. Not even managers ever looked our way to say hello or ask how our trip was going.

I’m not sure what free breakfast they mention, because breakfast was not free. This was disappointing to many guests we visited with. It ended up being fine, because the staff was very compromising, so we wouldn’t end up paying full price for a 7 year old to have a bowl of cereal. I’m not sure it would be like that all the time. Also, pool was too cold to swim in. The indoor pool was why we chose this place in December, but it wasn’t heated. The second night, it was closed due to maintenance…maybe they were fixing the heater?

- Karibeth (9/5): Great location and friendly staff - Friendly and courteous staff. Check-in was a breeze and the room was well appointed. The breakfast was delicious and a good variety of options. The breakfast attendants were accommodating to our requests. Convenient location to the places we needed to visit while there. We could hear through the walls in our room the other occupants but it was not too terrible as they quieted down pretty early. Parking was a bit of an issue but nothing super inconvenient.

Best part is the option to take a shuttle to the game. Cory got us signed up for $40 a person will take us and pick us up. Way better than dealing with parking! He was very helpful! Highly recommend.

I only took a picture of the two dead bugs we found in the closet. The beds were So stiff it felt like we were sleeping on the floor

Love the indoor swimming pool, clean room, lovely lobby, we enjoy the bubble piece in the lobby, nice place all around. This is my 2nd time staying at this property, lovely place to stay would highly recommend. My only reservation is for the price for 2 nights we really feel like breakfast should be included like most other Motels, this property requires the Guest to pay for breakfast. This might be a deal breaker in the future.

The facility was clean . They had someone in the lobby who provided a shuttle to the game . Despite it being very busy the staff was greeting everyone ,they were upbeat and were excellent with the customers . I regret I didn’t get their name because they deserve recognition. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like . I will stay there again.
