- Macedo (10/5): - The breakfast was great and the room was big, comfy and cozy!
- Rosario (4/5): - The gentleman and the front desk was fantastic. The room was dingy and the shower was moldy and sticky. It felt very unclean.
- Marcia (7/5): It was comfortable but breakfast was a dud. - I liked the layout of the room. Also, the front desk clerk, Anthony, was extremely friendly, professional and helpful when we needed extra items for the room. There was no bedding or pillows for the sofa bed in the room and it should have been there. But we appreciated Anthony very much! The breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was very disappointing. Reviews said it was very good but we found it mediocre and lacking.
- MARYANN (10/5): -
- Kimberly (10/5): -
- Anne (10/5): -
- David (10/5): - It’s a great spot.
- Adrian (8/5): - Overall, the property met the general standards of a Residence Inn. However, I feel my room was forgotten if it was not used often by housekeeping. The top of the refrigerator had layers of dust, and there were many dead bugs and cobwebs around the room. Attention to the details of spots found on the walls is a matter requiring attention.
- Anissa (10/5): - The pool area was very clean, the water was clear, and didn’t smell of chlorine.
- joseph (10/5): - Anthony and the staff were amazing. Will definitely stay here again as we visit once a year.
- Samantha (10/5): - very good experience, crew very friendly
- Danny (10/5): It was good I just need my incidentals back, but it was good - Well they charged me twice booking said I get my incidentals back when I checked out but it was a good stay Where thing was good
- Keith (10/5): - It was a nice and pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone
- Robert (10/5): - Very comfortable, well equipped room. Had all amenities for an overnight or long-term stay. Clean and new. Complimentary breakfast was a bonus.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - My stay was amazing! Would recommend to anyone staying nearby.
- Chunxiao (8/5): - A good stay for family.
- Dennis (10/5): - Was very well located and easy to get into the city from here. Safe and quiet area. The room was great; would highly recommend
- Janise (9/5): Superb - Rooms were big and bed was comfortable. Housekeeping girl was super freindly. They put us on the 3rd floor and we had 3 toddlers in 2 rooms, well someone complained that they were loud and front desk called up, mind you it was only 5pm.
- Guilherme (8/5): Great location and price, hidden away in a nice area - Location, room size, aroom amenities Dusty, cobwebs, ac vents black
- JULIE (6/5): - The location to shopping and dining was excellent. Close to my daughters home. Please update the furnishings and charging ports. The carpet looked newer, but I was unhappy with the couch.
It was sunken in was years of usage. Breakfast was lacking quality, it wasn't very good. The staff was friendly.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Friendly staff - I took a Redeye and arrived hotel around 6 am. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in my right away.
- Chunli (10/5): Exceptional -
- taperlight2018 (10/5): People Make the Difference - I have stayed here many times. These are the friendliest bunch of people I’ve ever met. Hats off to all of them and whomever is responsible for hiring them. Gotta give a shout out to Marion in the kitchen. He is the absolute best and maybe the biggest Eagles fan I know. 😀
- Marilyn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nakiä (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shanta (10/5): Exceptional - Everyone was pleasant and nice Not enough towels in the pool room
- Martin (9/5): Comfortable place and the staff was very accommodating with quick follow up on needs. - Well maintained. The breakfast on Sunday had a lot more assortment in foods available. During the week, the selection was reduced. Very little fresh fruit during the week.
- Matthew (8/5): Ok - Great stop the children from picking an touching the food.pay more attention to the children paying with the food
- Rakea (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christian (10/5): Excellent Stay. Close to everything. Would definitely stay here again. - Staff friendly and clean facilities. Everything was exceptional. No complaints.
- Lydia (4/5): Not up to par - There was garbage in the hallways. The heat didn’t work well in our room. The breakfast was average
- Bessie (5/5): Passable - Location There was no room on the top floor and the dog barking over top of me
- Kennyra (10/5): Had a great time - Clean Nothing
- abh345678 (6/5): average at best - Friendly staff, but an about $300 a night (including fees and taxes), I expect more.
The set up of room 137, a wheelchair accessible one bedroom suite, is awkward. The bedroom and bathroom door swing into the bedroom so you can’t get by without closing them. The HVAC was either on or off, no heat and cool settings, so when we set the thermostat for 70, the AC would pop on (this was in November). The temperature in the living area was freezing and in the bedroom warm, so we had to leave the door open between the two rooms negating any privacy for the people sleeping on the pull out sofa.
The bathroom was located in the bedroom, so the people sleeping on the sofa bed had to walk through the bedroom to go to the bathroom. This is not how the hotel shows these rooms set up on the website; I think it was because the room was wheelchair accessible it had a different set up.
The overhead light in the bedroom was broken.
The safety lock on the inside of the door was broken.
The shades in the room are motorized, but we only found the remote the last morning.
One afternoon there was a pile of dirty sheets and towels in the hallway on the floor.
The towels are the pool were stained. The lift to help people with disabilities get into the pool did not work while we were there (I asked about it multiple times over three days).
At breakfast, they didn’t have oatmeal one day and ran out of coffee one day. The plates are plastic and styrofoam.
No one at the hotel wears a uniform, which is fine, but they also don’t wear name tags so it’s unclear who is working and who is a guest.
The pool is great for kids. Parking is free and easy. Although I hated the breakfast food (everything had sugar in it, was super processed, and full of sodium and there was only black tea, no herbal) it’s nice that it’s there and free. Though they offer wheelchair accessible suites, but I hope I can find a better option nearby.
- Rakea (10/5): Exceptional - The breakfast was great it was nice and clean and they made sure that everything was refilled when it got empty and the employees was nice and made us feel welcomed
- Lynda (10/5): - We brought our dog and they provided a room very close to the outside door. The rooms are large and very comfortable.
- Duke (9/5): Would highly recommend - Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
- Heather (10/5): Was perfect for what we needed - Clean, comfy and staff was great There was a wedding and they were outside partying late right outside our window and it was loud. I called the desk and within 5 mins they were gone and it was quiet
- Guy (8/5): Very good -
- Lisa (3/5): Poor - Close to my desired location Multiple light bulbs out , very poor lighting in general , had to move a lamp to see while I was working , refrigerator made loud noise all the time, thermostat would go from 63 to 70 with no option in between
- Rhyan (8/5): - Sidewalks are not roller bag friendly. Broke mine. Several large spiders in room.
- Korey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kyoung (10/5): Exceptional -
- TUV212 (10/5): Great stay - Stayed here for a nearby wedding. Room was clean & hotel seems relatively new. Bed was comfortable. Sunday buffet breakfast was good - lots of options & staff was frequently checking to replenish items & coffee. No complaints about our stay. Would come back.
- James (9/5): Superb - Nice facility great staff over all a great time Was not able to use fire pit and tables as it's kinda a small area and one family took up entire space. pool water was super cold! And a lil cloudy
- Pamela (8/5): - .
- Maritza (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and the rooms are spacious
- Dan (9/5): Very recommended - Big and comfortable room Breakfast was basic and OK
- Kammy (10/5): Excellent time for a baseball family. - The location was excellent, the staff were helpful, especially Keith at the front desk in the evening. The pool was not working.
- Robin (10/5): - Very nice hotel. Clean. Good for the money. Room was no e and bright. Will return
- Daniel (10/5): - Clean property, awesome staff.
- Jeff (10/5): Exceptional -
- Victor (8/5): - very nice hotel clean and quiet
- Maria (9/5): Quiet budget stay, not luxurious. - Really convenient location for our visit, but off the highways and quiet. Very clean and property was well cared for. Staff very friendly. Beds and pillows not the most comfortable.
- A6904NDronh (6/5): dont eat here - I stay at this hotel every other week and have been doing so for the past two months. The hotel is great. The rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is terrible They mostly serve omelettes that were premade by the time they’re out in a big container. They’re already cold and half of them are not even cooked thoroughly where the cheese is melted. Once on a Sunday, they brought out the waffle machines, i’ve only seen them once out of approximately a month of continuous time I’ve been here The staff does not seem to care about the customers. They are not rude, but just don’t seem to care. I’ve asked for a frying pan because the rooms are not all equipped the same way and had to ask several times before I could get A pan to make eggs because the breakfast is so terrible
- Shareena (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bill (10/5): - Very clean and nicely kept. People were all friendly. Rom was very nice and comfortable.
- Laquanda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Harry (8/5): Good value - Hotel was outfitted with a Level 2 charger only one port worked and the remaining port Stopped working during our stay
- Kennay (10/5): - This was an awesome area. The place was clean the staff was friendly an amazing. My family enjoyed the pool and although there were a few kids the staff didn’t mind. I would definitely recommend and will be going back!
- Audrey (10/5): - Impressed
- Kwesi (8/5): - Keith was very helpful and professional.maser checking in a breeze.
- Rhyan (10/5): - convenient, but would like an earlier breakfast for a working person
- Sue (9/5): Great but pool was not that clean so didn’t go in - Very good plenty to choose from. Hard boiled eggs were very rubbery
- Heather (10/5): Great room. Comfortable bed. - Quality room. Clean. Large. Nothing
- kelly (10/5): - Great place always. Nice staff
- Russell (10/5): - All good and clean
- Michele_b63realtor (10/5): Wedding family get away - We traveled to this property for my sons wedding with my family, and could not be happier with my experience. The staff were friendly and helpful with all my extras I requested. The manger front end manager night time front desk and housekeeping were amazing . So convenient that the hotel is pet friendly and the breakfast that’s included helped make everything easy . I would highly recommend this property and could not be happier with my experience
- Sherelle (10/5): - .
- Rhyan (8/5): - Convenient
- Rhyan (10/5): - Convenient
- Maryann (7/5): Good - Everything was good. Food good. Asked for extending time 1 hour & got that. Daughter called to extend another hour she was running late to pick us up. At 1 o’clock someone was at door to say about leaving & phone rang asking why we were not out of room if we were staying another day. I had to pack up room fast my husband is not able and I got everything down to lobby by 1:30. He forgot his cane I went back to room and key had been changed. This was very stressful on a 83 year old. No appology. See above.
- Chante (9/5): Superb - I love how peaceful & clean it was & I love how they serve some good breakfast. NA
- AbsolutelyDubrovnik (6/5): Noisy hotel staff - Standard room but in need of some maintenance. ( shower enclosure, drawer wouldn’t close had been taped)
No safe in room
Reception area and kitchen / restaurant morning and evening incredibly noisy - not guests just staff talking in very very loud voices between each other - not acceptable.
- Rick (10/5): - This is a quiet property close to shopping. The service was great. Rooms are very comfortable.
- Joseph (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sally (10/5): Perfect stay - Beautifully appointed and comfortable. Felt more like a home than a typical hotel room. Liked everything.
- Yolianis (10/5): - Good breakfast options, nice facilities.
- Thomas (8/5): Very good -
- Philip (9/5): Superb -
- Navigator19094607233 (4/5): Will not go above minimal, terrible attitudes of management - I wish I could give a better review, the room was perfect. We were a large wedding group and found out the people who booked as part of the wedding paid more! Then my mom who stayed in a handicap room could not sleep properly with the furniture provided and when we asked and then begged the in charge person “Ashley” if we could bring one of the larger chairs from lobby up to my handicapped 75 year old mother, her answer was flat out NO. When I asked why and explained the situation she would not budge. We asked for her to call a supervisor and nothing! So my mom had to sit on a hard chair for her 3 day stay! What has this world come to when even comfort hotel employees have no Empathy
- JULIA (10/5): - Loved the facilities and amenities available for use. Very family-friendly, friendly and pleasant staff. Room is a good size with full kitchen and dishware, and pull-out couch bed. Pool water temperature could have been a bit warmer.
- stm5468 (10/5): Another nice Mariott night - Quick overnight for a family event in town.
Another clean, quiet & comfortable Marriott.
Nice hot breakfast options.
Every employee we encountered was polite and engaging.
No issues & recommend this hotel.
- vpCIC (10/5): The best hotel to stay at outside of Philadelphia! - The best hotel to stay at outside of Philadelphia! We loved our location, it was so convenient for all the areas we traveled to. It has a LEEDS Award which was fantastic. The breakfast was great and all the employees were soo nice and helpful. Since we were on a road trip, I had to do some laundry and that was so good to be able to do that. They even allow dogs and we gave a good boy🐶🥰Della our front desk manager was excellent! I give this hotel a “10.”
- Mehmet (2/5): Shameful for the Marriott name - Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds.
One of the ladies at reception was fun.
Being able to play basketball in the courtyard is fun. Housekeeping is a disaster. The room was not properly cleaned - there were shaved hairs left in the bathroom sink. Room was cleaned on second and fourth day, but then they never came again for the other four days I stayed there. I told reception on the evening of day six that the room wasn’t cleaned, and they said they’d have it sorted, but still nobody came! So reception either forgot or holds no power over housekeeping - either way a gross failure!
Breakfast was extremely poor. You could basically only eat dry scrambled eggs and super extra crispy bacon. The menu and quality of food needs vast improvement for a hotel in the middle of nowhere.
Hotel bar is permanently closed. Unbelievable.
The swimming pool was so dirty that we didn’t want to walk past it a second time.
Fire pit was covered and was inoperable. So why is it included in the amenities?
- H9200KGdavida (10/5): Great Staff - The staff were really helpful and accommodating to our needs. Well equipped comfortable and clean room. Hotel is in a great location for eating out and shopping with very easy access to both. We have stayed here in the past and will plan to come back in the future.
- Margaret (10/5): Excellent Hotel and Staff - Location, breakfast, staff and room. We had a great stay. They replaced the real coffee makers with small and very strange single service coffee makers. The. stoves have coil type burners and if you try to sauté something the oil runs to one part of your pan. Very strange to have such old style stoves, but you get an oven. Check how far your room is from the elevator as it can be a very long walk. Also check if you are on the traffic side. Not that bad though for traffic noise.
- melodyk975 (10/5): Great Property and Amazing Staff! - The hotel is beautifully maintained. The location is very easy to get to and there are lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. My absolute favorite part of staying here is the staff. Ty (Tyron) and Ian are so friendly and kind it makes staying away from home feel more comfortable.
- Charles (10/5): - I loved the primarily black staff
- peggy-rdpm (10/5): Great experience - Very pleasant experience
Staff pleasant and friendly
Great breakfast. Many options
Room was clean and it was an enjoyable stay
Area is nice. Shopping close by and many restaurants
Would definitely return to this hotel
The pool and gym was also nice
- Jan (5/5): the state of the hotel was disappointing compared to previous stays - too dirty and unkept in common areas
- X5471MQkevinb (10/5): A must stay !! - The staff is Amazing !! Friendly, helpful, and always available… The rooms are clean and up to date… The bathroom is wonderful.. Glass showers…. If you ever so happen to be in the area, this Residence Inn is the place to stay.. By far the best hotel I’ve stayed so far..
- Rasheed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (10/5): - location and amenities - excellent fitness center
- Michelle (10/5): it was absolutely wonderful - location nothing
- ctlin7 (6/5): Great staff, subpar room - The overnight staff Kirah and Wilmore were extremely helpful and jumped to action right away when we thought we had lost our black backpack in the room. They were professional and delivered great advice during the ordeal. I want to recognize their customer service because they went out of their way to make us feel important and heard. They should be promoted because they are responsible and took the time to help us find our bag.
The rooms/housekeeping were less desirable. It was not properly cleaned. (kitchen floor had stain) and the shower pumps were broken and unfilled in 2 different rooms. One bathroom did not have back-up rolls of toilet paper and only had a thin roll remained.
Breakfast was subpar. Friday morning service was bad. Food was not refilled and coffee pot was empty. Service personnel was watching TV, not checking on the customers or food. Saturday morning service was much better, by a lady named Precious. She was a great host compared to the Friday morning's person who was not attentive.
- O'neisha (10/5): Exceptional -
