A/C was very loud & didn’t cool room very well. Second night was a bit cooler. Little sleep & uncomfortable temperature The Shower had very low water pressure & took a while for water to warm up.

• Suzanne (10/5): I had an Amazing time at the hotel and I was very pleased. - Ms. Nicole at the front desk treated us with excellence. The rooms were exceptional and the breakfast was amazing. The location was very close to shopping and food. I would definitely stay here again and refer others to stay here. I only had one bar of soap for the sink. It would have been nice to have another one for the shower and maybe a bench for the shower. I know there is bodywash but some people like a bar of soap.

• A (8/5): Staff was very nice, Hotel was very nice. - It was a very nice hotel. But a couple of things could have made it better. First thing, the fire pit on the outside of the hotel was not working. The employee came out to try to get it working and he could not Also, the room needed to be dusted, by the towels & on the top of the coffee pot. The last thing, in the bathroom, by the sink floor, a boarder / trim kept falling off. One of the bars on the tub area had chipped paint. see above.....Firepit not working outside, room needed to be dusted, trim falling off on bathroom floor
• Philip (10/5): - This location was convenient being near the 249 SH and the unit was spacious with all the conveniences of a full kitchen. I will stay again.

• April (8/5): Not their finest moment - Very good. Everything was nice and clean. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the door locking mechanism I guess had worn down batteries. I had to go back to the desk 4 different times upon our arrival because the card would not open the door. I initially thought the cards had gotten too close to my phone, however that was not the case. The breakfast was sad. The choices were minimal. I have stayed have before in the past, and I have always been pleased. It is why I continue to come back trip after trip. After this trip, I may try another hotel next time.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel stay - I was there for a family event. The room had a dry musty odor, the dead bolt lock was broke and the tub stopper was broke filling the tub while showering. The breakfast was not the best. I would suggest the room are checked prior to guest arrival for any malfunction. The staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel just needs a few updates.

• Crisselda (10/5): - I love that the pool has a small splash pad area of the pool. The outside area is beautiful, with a fire pit and cafe lights. The also sell convenient items, such as detergent, goggles for the pool, and good options for snacks, drinks, and meals. They have washers and dryers on the first floor. Only thing is that the washers are not cleaned daily so you can smell the mold. The room was amazing with a kitchen, dishes, pots and pans, and a dishwasher. The stock the bathroom with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, hand soap, and makeup remover wipe. Only thing was that there was mold behind the shampoo holder, but everything else was very clean. I would definitely go back.
