Dianna (9/5): - The property was everything we expected and more. Location was great. Very clean and spacious. Employees wre wonderful and very helpful. Since it's an old bldg the plumbing isn't all that great, but workable.

Ke (9/5): We have a good time during stay. - The suite has a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The self-service luggage storage is also very convenient. The backyard has a cozy, relaxing vibe. Good location. Overall, we were satisfied with Roami and the suite we booked. The only thing that could be improved is equipment maintenance, as there was an small issue in the bathroom.

Juan (9/5): - I hated the pillows. Don't like how the bed was set up. The room itself was excellent! I drove two days to get there, tired as hell, and not given the chance to check in early. So, I had to drive around town for 5 hours until check in time. Did not appreciate this at all. No human contact at the front desk.

Surprise à notre arrivée, un groupe de jeunes fêtards était dans le hall d’entré. Ensuite, le code de la porte de notre appartement ne fonctionnait pas. Aucun personnel sur place. Contacté par téléphone, une personne a pu faire le nécessaire. Le salon et la chambre du bas donnent sur le rue Carondelet. Équipé de simple vitrage, impossible de dormir. Toute la nuit le tramway, les camions et les voitures circulent. Encore une fois, contactés, leurs services devaient nous recontacter pour nous proposer une solution sans retour…

We arrived to find that it was two separate apartments. I was very upset with this situation. We had no linens for the sofa bed. One of the bedroom ceiling fans did not work. Was very upset!

Gina (9/5): - The location was great...walking distance to all you would want to do, but on a quieter street. It was also spacious...and has all you could need. The check in process was a bit odd...but the company was responsive. It is one of these places that is run by a small centralized staff if people, but no one is at the building...everything is handled with codes... If you need a human present this may not be the place for you That being said... the person behind there chat was so responsive...so quickly I wondered if AI was answering me It could also do with a little bit more attention to the cleaning.

EJ (8/5): We would stay there again. - Although the property is getting a bit tired and needs some work, we loved the apartment. The bedrooms are built in a way that they are very quiet, cozy & homey. We loved the brick walls. Beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything necessary. We loved the view. The courtyard and the public places were beautiful and comfy. Some of the living room furniture was not so clean. There was dust under the beds. Some cupboards were starting to fall apart.

It was also great value for money and close to the charms of Bourbon St. Online check-in was painless and messages were quickly and helpfully followed up on. We used the luggage storage on the last day which was easy and convenient.

Judy (10/5): Great experience would recommend to anyone visiting New Orleans - Loved the secure entry and the large apartment. We had two rooms and one had problems with the water heater the first night. It was promptly fixed.

Samuele (7/5): Nice, but might not be worth the money. - The apartment was spacious and beautiful and the location was fantastic--relatively quiet and walking-distance from bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions like the French Quarter. The cleaning could have been more thorough as the bedroom walls were coated with a thick layer of dust and one of the nightstands had sand (or salt) all over it. The Wi-Fi was also very slow and spotty. The apartment was missing a lot of basic necessities, such as a hairdryer and a sponge (they provide dishwashing soap but no sponge to clean the dishes).

I didn’t like that there weren’t anyone at the front desk and complete lack of security. The biggest draw for my family of 4 was lack of enough towels. We were only given 2 face towels and none were stocked in the community center.

TAKASHI (1/5): 泊まらない方が良い - バーボンストリートまで徒歩圏内予約完了時にいきなり掃除代金が90$近く上乗せされていました。予約完了後はキャンセルできず、詐欺だと思います。また、チェックインは無人で送られてくるメールに添付されたURLからセルフチェックインすると暗証番号と部屋番号が送られてきます。私は自分の携帯で手続きができず、2時間近く無駄な時間をつかいました。また、一階の部屋でしたが、真夜中に何度もフロントのドアを開閉する音で目が覚めてしまいました。個人的に最悪のホテルです。普通のホテルに泊まるべきでした。

Taishi (4/5): - The location is very convenient, and the room itself is relatively quiet. We also found it quite easy to find parking on the street right outside the building. We had a very frustrating experience regarding the amenities. The listing stated a baby crib was available, but after booking a non-refundable stay, we were told it wasn't guaranteed. We spent weeks stressing about buying a crib for our 4-night stay, only to find a crib was actually there when we arrived. Better communication is needed. Furthermore, check-in was delayed until 4:50 PM (past the 4 PM time) because they were "cleaning," yet the room was dirty. We found a juice can and trash under the bed, the floors and nightstands were sticky, and there was so much dust we were sneezing constantly. The washing machine smelled like mold, and the blankets had heavy stains. Maintenance is also an issue: the tub faucet fell off, and the dishwasher runs but doesn't actually clean the dishes.

There was no staff to talk to upon arrival and the key codes for the doors do not work properly!! We had to stay in the street and in front of the room for too long to get in.

Trash under the bed from previous tenants, stickers from garbage on bathroom mirror, unwashed sheets (hair and fuzz from previous tenants at foot of bed under the covers), stains on furniture in living room. False advertising- booked a 4 bed 4 bath condo with one living room, was placed in 2 separate 2-bedroom apartments. When I contacted the property, they said that the room I paid for and booked doesn’t even exist. Non-refundable. Customer service was not accommodating. This place is a scam, do not stay here.
Robert (7/5): Not as good a stay as last year, but may stay again if price goes down ! - Great location. Front door security feature. Nice outside sitting area just before the gym. Room is spacious and contains most of what you would require for an extended stay. We stayed a year ago for a month as well so I will compare the 2 stays: The photos are the toilet brush container, what was found in the oven day one, and the dust in the stairwell that wasn’t cleaned during our total stay. Not as clean, the extra items stands were not always full of products and most days were not re-filled. They took out the monitor at the front desk where you could speak to a person if you required something. I think new manager and cleaners from last year. The cleaners were all nice but didn’t speak English. Last year I was able to text Roami and received an answer to my text almost immediately…this time I would text through Booking.com as I did last year, but didn’t receive an answer.

The chairs at the table are metal patio chairs so if you were trying to work remotely for an extended period of time was not very comfortable.

The check in was less than ideal. The code that was sent didn't work. This wasn't uncommon as 3 other guests had the same issue. There is no one on site to help you. We had esims that only had data so the number provided we could not contact via phone. We sent text via whatsapp but as it was after 4 no one was available. Not ideal for guests from overseas.
