• Manuel (6/5): - Aunque es un hotel viejo creo que podrían hacer la experiencia mucho mejor por el costo que tiene la habitación, el servicio de las personas del día dan mucho que desear unicel ante un señor que atiende en la no he es muy bueno y amable en general podrían mejorar mucho y más por la excelente ubicación que tienen .

• Sergio (10/5): - Respondo está encuesta solo para decirles la gran decepción que tengo con ustedes, pedí una cancelación de una estancia en este hotel que no entiendo por qué me la reservo dos veces el mismo día y me responden que el hotel aplica una tarifa de cancelación equivalente al monto de la reserva y el gerente del hotel me comentó que el hotel no tiene nada que ver en las reservaciones que hice directamente con ustedes es decir ustedes son los que están aplicando está tarifa y se la atribuyen al hotel y eso es sumamente incorrecto

• Nestor (6/5): Estadia de una noche - Hotel comodo para una noche. Un problema el tema de las regaderas electricas ya que se botaban las pastillas y olia a quemado. De ahi en fuera la habitacion comoda y cerca de lugares de interes.

• Igor (8/5): Old style in the hearth of Polanco - The location of the hotel is ideal to go around in Polanco. Near the park, near the restaurants and the nightlife. Quiet and safe, the Hotel is a bit "old" but clean and the service is puntual and not invasive. No brakfast available but you have a lot of cafes and patiseries at 2-3 minutes walking distance. The room's toilet have no window ant his keeps the humidity level in the room quite high. Very clean but a little bit old fashined.

• Edgar (8/5): - The people at the front desk don’t like customers coming from expedia; they complained about loosing money. However, the hotel is very clean and well kept. The location is amazing. So, I do recommend this hotel.
• Gunnar (2/5): - When I arrived I was told that my reservation was not there, they made me fill out some paperwork and told me they would make another reservation for me. In the end they accepted that they had my reservation with Expedía, but that they would not use it because they charge them commission.

However the front desk staff is unhelpful, rude and unfriendly. I was very surprised as Mexican customer service elsewhere is excellent. Mexican are always keen to help.

• VERONICA (2/5): - The front desk person is very rude, towels, sheets, pillows are very old and in bad shape. For the ice machine you need to use your hand to get the ice not safe to drink at all. Room very small, full bed and quicks all the time. T.V very small, I will never stay in that hotel again. It is so sad Expedia recommend it. My latest experiences with Expedia were very bad.
