C’est le seul hotel jusqu’à présent ou j’ai étais obligé de payer en liquide pour faute de TPE à la sortie. Un grand merci a l’équipe de nuit, mais je pourrai pas dire la meme chose pour l’équipe d’accueil de journée.

Açık büfe kahvaltı fena değildi. Sadece unutamayacağımız bir oda tasarımı vardı. Mimarın kafası karışıktı sanırım ya da birden fazla tasarımcı çalışmış :)) ceviz kaplama dolaplara ya da ahşap oyma dolap kapaklarına bakmaya çalışarak sorunu kendi çapımızda giderdik ☺️ çalışanlar da ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü

Only 3 items on a 10 page menu were available when I tried to have dinner. Most annoyingly, the hotel have failed to respond when I informed them I had left my phone in the room and requested their help in retrieving it.

• Ahmet (6/5): Aynı fiyata çok daha iyi otel tercih edebilirdim - İş seyahati için Konya’ya geldiğimizde bu oteli tercih ettik. Check-in sırasında kahvaltı bilgisi verilmedi. Akşam üzeri 6 gibi check-in yapmamıza rağmen oda hazır değildi. Bizi odaya yönlendirdiler içeride temizlik devam ediyordu. Odalar aşırı ses geçirdiği için yan odadaki misafirin horlamasından uyuyamadık ve resepsiyondan önce kulak tıkacı rica ettik. Yok dediler ve elimizden bir şey gelmiyor dediler. Horlama sesini zorla dinlettikten sonra çok zor bir şekilde oda değiştirmeye ikna ettik. (İade isteyip başka otele gitmek istediğimizi söylediğimizde ikna oldular.) Ücretsiz vale hizmeti denmesine rağmen bir vale hizmeti göremedik.

• Sermin (8/5): İş için kısa süreli kalınabilecek bir otel - Otel’in kahvaltı restaurant bölümü daha çok esnaf lokantası tarzında. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği fena değil ancak görsel olarak düzen ve hijyen eksiklikleri var. Daha çok iş için gelen geçenin kaldığı bir otel konseptinde. Sauna, hamam bölümü girişinde soyunma alanı erkek, kadın ayrımı olmadan hemen girişte ve açıkta yer alıyor. Kadınların kullanımı için uygun değil. Otelin genel dekorasyonu koyu ve ağırlık veriyor. Oda yatak ve çalışma odası ofis şeklinde tasarlanmış. Genişlik açısından çok büyük. Ofis odası düşüncesi iyi ancak bir mahalle emlakçısı odası eşyaları gibi, yuvarlak çok büyük yatak odası konseptine uymamış. Konumu tramvaya yakın ancak çevresinde herhangi bir yer yok. Daha çok Business bir otel.

Bazı oteller görünürde temiz oluyor ama ince temizlikle alakaları olmuyor . Gherdan tam istediğimiz gibiydi .Çarşaflar mis gibi temizdi. Lavabo ve duş tertemizdi. Konya’ya tekrar geldiğimde kalacağım yer. Kesinlikle arkadaşlarıma da tavsiye edeceğim . Teşekkür ediyorum .

The staff, from front desk, restaurant, cleaning, bell hop, and health center, was excellent. They genuinely wanted to help you. We liked the operable windows for fresh air, though the AC was excellent on the hot days. The hotel restaurant was decent, and the room service option was convenient. We also enjoyed the massage and sauna. The sauna doesn’t cost extra. Everything was clean. We definitely plan to stay there again as we have family in the area.

Oda temizdi, banyo iyi durumdaydı. Biraz modern ile geleneksel arasında kalmış bir otel gibi hissettim. Yatak yuvarlak formdaydı,o da ilginç geldi. Odalar selçuklu esintili,ama kahvaltıda jazz müzik gibi...Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

• Maura (10/5): - It's a beautiful hotel with all the amenities anyone could want. The rooms were amazing and even had a separate office space attached, with a door. There was a steam room and sauna and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of foods. The staff was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Peccato per la puzza di sigaretta durante i pasti. Il divieto di fumo all'interno dovrebbe essere applicato con maggior attenzione. Zona tranquilla fuori città, comoda per le autostrade.

A bathroom fit for a queen with a powerful shower and lots of space. I couldn’t have the breakfast as I was an early check out but I will return to this hotel and try it then.

• Rafael (10/5): Too notch! - What an extraordinary hotel! Everything was top notch. Ample, clean lobby. Tables outside just to chill, with on-the-house tea available. The room was great, with separate full office in it! That’s a first. Everything looks sparkling clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The location was great, in a suburban area with light traffic, so it was the perfect stop in our road trip. The breakfast was impeccable, with huge variety and flavorful items. The reviews don’t lie. The place is outstanding!

I have been to many hotels around the world, and have found Dubai to have some of the best and luxurious hotels. I would rate this hotel highly. It's much more spacious abd cleaner compared to the hotels in Istanbul. The breakfast options were great. So many varieties for breakfast. Yummy and tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the fact that Mevlana museum abd the city center is 15 minute drive. Our rented vehicle had resolved that issue.
• Zlata (6/5): Great hotel, not so great customer service. - Good, new hotel, but unhelpful staff. Our internet didn't work so I called the reception a few times (around 10:00 p.m.), but no one picked up. Lucky we had our own internet. At check in, they did not give us any information about the room, breakfast, facilities, location, nothing, and when we asked they didn't give much. I understand that it may partly be a cultural difference, but that is something they will need to work on. Also, the hotel is far from attractions and the city centre so may not be convenient for those without own transport. Very good breakfast buffet.

• Mizuhouse (10/5): Wonderful staff, wonderful stay - Very pleasant experience. The hotel staffs were great, not just while we were staying there but even afterwards. The room was spacious and the sauna was wonderful. I couldn't understand the system and I don't speak Turkish. The service staff there didn't speak English but he took care of me very kindly. Amenities could be better and they were placed somewhat funnily. But overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
