• Gabriela Wurzinger (10/5): Really happy we chose Baan Nuk Anong - We loved staying here! We planned to stay for a week and even added two more nights because it was really nice. The location is great, because it's quiet, if you have a scooter; they arrange it for you, it will be delivered and picked up at the hotel, great service, for 250baht/day. The room is nice and clean, the common area offers tables, water heater, toasters, microwave plus coffee, sugar etc. They even sell water, drinks, soy milk, some toiletries at the reception, for good prices. It's not luxurious but really really nice and the price is really really good (even better when booking directly). There really isn't anything to criticize (especially when you consider the price).

• Parola (10/5): Ci vivrei! - Posto bellissimo! La camera è accogliente e pulita. Ottima ospitalità, tutto il personale accogliente e disponibile. Nella zona comune sono messi a disposizione il bollitore, caffè, thè, latte in polvere, acqua, pan carré, tosta pane, microonde e bollitore e a colazione anche le banane. C'è la possibilità di noleggio auto e scooter, le biciclette sono a disposizione gratuitamente. Hanno una lavanderia dove, se ci si lava i capi in autonomia, si possono lasciare stesi.

• Sorin (8/5): - A good place to stay in Chiang Rai. The staff is very friendly and helpful with information for visiting the city. They also support with hiring scooters. Rooms are good, with all we needed for our stay. We could also leave our bags for free there while we were out visiting the city.
• Sparsh (9/5): - It is a bit outside the city centre but if you have a scooter it is really okay as there is not much to do in the Chiang Rai city centre anyway lol. The room was really nice, really good for the price we booked it at. There was free coffee in the morning. They also rent scooters there but idk if it was a hotel thing or a chiang rai thing but the scooters seemed a bit more expensive compared to other place. Normally I was used to paying 100-150 THB for a cheap 125 but the cheapest option here was 250 THB for a 125 also I think. Other than that overall a really smooth and comfortable experience. We wanted to extend more nights but it was fully booked out so we had to move. Expensive scooter rental lol

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas compris, mais il y a des fruits, du pain et du café à disposition gratuitement. Il y a un resto juste à côté où le couple est adorable et on y mange très bien

Personale gentile e disponibile, sono stati tutti molto accoglienti, in generale si respira un'atmosfera serena. La cosa più bella è stata le biciclette che mettono a disposizione dei clienti in modo gratuito, non guidando il motorino, mi è stata molto utile per girare anche i dintorni di Chiang Rai, la città è piuttosto pianeggiante quindi non è faticoso usare la bici. In generale è super consigliato Nulla

• Shaelyn (9/5): Very homey budget hotel - Something about this place just feels homey. It's tucked away on a side street and there is a delicious restaurant a few minute walk (some of the best food we had in Thailand) the staff are friendly and they have instant coffee and tea available all day and free toast in the mornings. They also have a fridge in the lobby that you are allowed to use.It's nothing fancy and the rooms aren't perfect or luxury but for the price this place is %100 worth the stay. There was small leak in our roof when it rained but really didn't bother us at all.

Te dan el contacto de un alquiler de motos, que te lleva la moto al alojamiento sin coste. También tienen servicio de lavandería y agua incluida durante toda la estancia. Hay un restaurante muy cerca, en la misma calle que es de lo mejor. Las camas no son muy cómodas. Se notan los resortes del colchón y para una estancia larga es muy molesto.

There is a big desk suitable for work and fast wifi (in room 208 it was 50 mbps, but in 107 it was over 100 mbps which was really great!) I stayed there twice. - Lack of privacy in the 200-s rooms: all the rooms of this floor have a window facing the gallery where people go here and there, especially in early morning when the staff are cleaning and making noises. - Also I had to move furniture and place the table closer to the power sockets. (But in room 107 where I stayed after that both things were good!)

• Irene (10/5): Great place to stay during in Chiang Rai - Very clean room, friendly staff, cute cats and dogs around. Facilities were superb: coffee, tea, ovaltine 24/7, bread everyday 6-10am. Communal kitchen with microwave, electric kettle, water refill (hot and cold), fridge (office hour). The room (deluxe room) was spacious, fridge, fan, AC, 2 tables, chairs, soap and shampoo, also hot water for shower. Everything was perfect for us because we were on a motorbike, so no problems wirh location. Quiet area, which was a plus for us. Wet market is 2 KMs aways, which is still walkable (15-20 mins). You can also rent a scooter here. Located a little bit far from center, but wasn't a big deal for us, because we like the quiet area.

L'hôtel est au calme complet, on entend juste les oiseaux chanter Attention, l'hôtel est à 30min à pied du centre et le lit est très dur.... Mais à nouveau, pour le prix c'est convenable !
• Nathan (7/5): Good - A very affordable stay. Room was nice with good aircon. Power and water were done from when we woke up until about 1pm one morning so have to bring the rating down for this. Also the location is not great, about a half an hour walk to centre, a 15 minute walk to any supermarket.

You can used kitchenette at the lobby with tea and coffee available for free, as well as toasts. Microwave oven you can use to worm your own dishes you can buy at reception too. N/SA

Really nice hotel and amazing for the price. Didnt have any bicycles available for hire. The bathroom door didnt shut fully so a smokey smell would come through the bathroom window into the room in the mornings.

• Juliana (10/5): Best place in Chiang Rai - Fantastic place, so clean, comfortable, and quiet, soooo much better than similar places we've stayed in around Thailand and Laos. Internet wifi was great, I'm a digital nomad and was able to do my video conference calls with no problem. They offer free water, tea, coffee, and bananas and bread in the morning. 30 minutes walk to the blue temple or to the center. Staff was super helpful. Totally recommend.

• Pablo (10/5): Great cheap and relaxing stay in Chiang Rai - The mood in this property was very calm and peaceful, the stuff was amazing and helpful, they show us the nearest interest spots and how to get there. We rented a bike with them and it was quick and easy. Also the money value of the place couldn’t be better, one of the best of Thailand. If we ever come back to Chiang Rai we would for sure stay here! Nothing to complain about for this price.

I loved that the room came with a fan and air conditioning. Plus the windows had screens on them so I didn't have to use the AC because I could just leave the windows open with the fan on at night. I really appreciate that. I wish they offered more fruit in the morning and a better bread for toast.

The facilities for eating downstairs were very helpful if you're on a budget, plates, cutlery, microwave, kettle etc for eating the bags of curry you find being sold around the place. A little bit outside the main area, no problem if you have a scooter or are used to walking.
