- David (10/5): A memorable stay in Balikpapan - We really enjoyed the friendly and attentive staff, who were happy to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The breakfasts each morning that were included in the room price were delicious. The rooftop terrace was a colourful and scenic area to enjoy the extensive variety of good quality food and drinks. We also enjoyed tasty dinners on the rooftop terrace in the evening. Views of the night sky and city were lovely to see as you dined there. The location was good. The bed was very comfortable. The manager was very approachable and helpful. He and his staff made for a very good team in the running of the hotel. This of course helped make our stay so enjoyable and memorable. Testimony to this is that we are coming back to stay again. All good.
- amirhasma9 (10/5): Great breakfast ever with hospitality service from hotel teams - Actually I stastfy with hospitality on the Roof top terrace and garden crews, especially Putri and the Manager who always provide me extension power cable for my laptop The food was nice and tested for Indonesian people Several times i stay at this Neo+ Balikpapan for my busines trip for couple days, the room is good and the location is strategically and downtown Nex trip i would prefer and recommended to stay here again

But parking is a bit limited, though valet parking is provided. There is a renovation going on so a bit noisy from the room during daytime.

- Linda (10/5): Excellent value! - Balikpapan is a huge city and the staff at the hotel were so helpful in helping me organise my way to seeing things. They really do go out of their way! The hotel is on a busy street with places to eat but it also serves lovely food in the restaurant. The room was very spacious with lots of English speaking satellite channels.facilities such as a hairdryer are available on request. For my £17, breakfast was included, which is buffet style with lots of choice. Free water and hot drinks in the room with other free refreshments in the lobby. Excellent value!
- ESTHER (10/5): - El hotel es muy nuevo con un diseño muy moderno que no pega nada con el entorno pero la verdad es que está muy limpio, el personal muy atento, te facilitan taxis mediante aplicación móvil por lo que sabes lo que te va a costar antes de pedirlo. Desayuno muy variado y bueno.
