- Chu Yee (10/5): - Great experience! Perfect central location near the metro and shops. The room has a nice minimalist vibe and great lighting. The family room is actually more spacious than the photos show, plenty of space for four of us. We had a very comfortable stay. Highly cost effective!

- Anja (7/5): Great location, modern and minimalistic stay - photos are not 100% accurate - We loved the location in the middle of Chinatown since it is not too far from the center and bay and there is so much to do and see nearby. The AC was super efficient and powerful (also in the lobby) which was really comforting when coming „home“ from a hot day outside. The pictures on booking are very promising and look very luxurious. However, the room itself was not that fancy as on the photos (as they are only a few on booking.com unfortunately). It may vary between different room classes for sure, but anyhow - the room was modern and was fine for us. Due to the old building, the windows are not that soundproof so you can hear the traffic noise (also the garbage service at 4am) very loud. The same applies to the indoor doors - hearing your neighbors is standard. Important remark: Our room was directly above/facing the street so this might also differ from other rooms. The staff wasn‘t extra friendly (no greeting back, no smiles when checking in/out etc) and more distant, which was uncommon for us.

- Kelly Bong (4/5): Unwelcoming service but value for money - Location, spacious, 2 very friendly female receptionist. The thinner one of the receptionist was very fast to react to my call request. Third floor’s hallway smells like unflushed toilet, the smelly air went into my room and stinks. Worst part is that the bald receptionist guy with bulging eyes was very rude, talks like he’s the boss and unwelcoming. I will only come back if the male receptionist stops working here.

- SATOMI (9/5): 立地は重要～ - チャイナタウン駅までは5分ほど、ホーカーや有名なカヤトースト、バクテーのお店も徒歩で行け、立地抜群です。コーヒー紅茶やお水も毎日補充してくれました。 室内で私達がいいと感じたのは、ベッドの頭上が、化粧品やコップ、携帯、充電器などなんでも置ける棚のような造りになってて、これすごく便利でした。 ホテルの看板が小さすぎて、見落としそうでした。

- Manfred (6/5): Singapur kompakt - das Hotel liegt mitten in Chinatown und es gibt alles in der unmittelbaren Nähe: religiöse historische Gebäude aller Religionen, Einkaufsmöglichkeit und ein unüberschaubares Angebot an Restaurants und Bars bedingt durch die Lage im Touristenzentrum wurde es erst gegen Mitternacht ruhig; vorher der übliche Partylärm, lallende Nachtschwärmer und die Müllabfuhr, die sich um alles kümmert. Für mich war es Teil des Erlebnisses.

- Lucy (6/5): Good location - make sure you book a street facing room with a decent window and view - In a good location in China town, handy for the MRT, bus etc. Reception staff helpful as somehow we had made more than one booking (tried to book direct but never heard back but seems they had taken the booking anyway) Had a studio room, not knowing this meant we didn;t have the lovely big shuttered windows onto the street - information on site not clear. Gap either side of bed was v v small, and hard to move through to get into bed. Felt expensive (we had stayed in a much flasher hotel nearby for not that much more money)

- Sir Mean (5/5): - The location is convenient. The facilities in the bathroom is lacking. The towel rack in our bathroom was flimsy and actually can be easily removed. The service desk was also quite rude to us while we politely asked for refill of water bottles (and if it's chargeable to the room; it wasn't) as we do not feel comfortable drinking from the tap. They asked us if we 'actually' finished the water bottles given for the day, and if they are satisfied with our 'yes, we did' - only then they gave us new ones.

Het pand is een authentiek "Chinatown"gebouw. Het is een prima hotel indien je eisen niet te hoog zijn, schoon, basic maar prive.

Not a good value for money in our opinion. For the price we paid (almost 200 AUD) we expected more luxurious facilities. The hotel from outside looks great, although inside felt quite dark with narrow corridors and a small foyer/reception area. No breakfast included.

- Clara (1/5): - The location was great. It easy to move around and find restaurant nearby. Plus, its walking distance to everywhere. Bed was spacious and there were 4 pillows provided. The noise pollution was extremely high during my stay. There was ongoing construction next door, and the street was lined with Chinese restaurants, so it was inevitable to hear loud chatter from customers smoking outside. My room faced the roadside and the staff working area, which made things worse. I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep for two consecutive nights because of traffic noise from late evening until early morning, combined with staff activity on my floor early in the day. The receptionists were unfriendly and unwelcoming; none of them smiled. In fact, one of them – the bald gentleman – even burped loudly at the reception desk, which was very unprofessional. I’m also unsure if the air conditioning was locked, as I tried to increase the temperature, but it remained stuck at 20°C. The toiletries weren't marked so I do not know which one is shampoo or body wash. There is no bidet.

Facilidades disponíveis no quarto: chaleira, insumos para café /chá, secador de cabelo, kit higiene. O recepcionista nos recebeu falando todas as informações muito rápido parecendo narrar uma corrida de cavalos, o turista que tem alguma dificuldade em entender inglês como eu não entende nada. O quarto é um pouco pequeno mas tem todo o conforto necessário. Para passar uma noite teve um bom custo - benefício.

Pokoje są wygodny, obiekt sam w sobie jest łądny (shop house) i na tym mi zależało . Jest winda. w łazience by się przydał mały remont (słaba wentylacja powoduje zniszczenia farby). Koło godzina 1sza w nocy przyjeżdża śmieciarka i robi dużo hałasu. Są restauracje na ulicy co jest plusem ale podczas weekendu jest głośno (imprezy)
