- Davit (1/5): Misleading, Noisy, and Unprofessional – Avoid - Nothing This property is severely mismanaged and misleading. The restaurant repeatedly added items to the bill that were not ordered. Staff frequently argued with guests and created constant tension. Despite full prepayment through Booking, staff repeatedly demanded additional payment until I showed official receipts proving everything was already paid. From 8 a.m. onward, staff shouted loudly between floors, and ongoing drilling and renovation noise made rest impossible. Unprofessional, chaotic, and disrespectful to guests. Avoid.

It was a real pleasure to wake up to the view of the church in the morning. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful, and check-in was smooth and easy, even very early in the morning. One area that could be improved is the breakfast quality. We stayed for four nights but chose to have breakfast at the hotel only once, as the variety was quite limited and the food was not particularly tasty. It is also important to note that the hotel does not have an elevator, which may be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Здесь удобное расположение, рядом все достопримечательности старого города, магазины и метро Авлабари. Отдельно хочется отметить вид на завтраке и из ресторана отеля! Лучше просто не найти! Особенно вечером! Номера комфортные, с удобными матрасами и хорошим постельным бельем. В номерах есть все необходимое для отдыха. Завтрак вкусный, домашний, с большим выбором блюд. Отдельная благодарность работникам отеля! Благодаря им чувствуешь себя здесь как дома!)

- Dilshod (5/5): - Мы останавливались в этом отеле много лет назад, нам тогда очень понравилось наше пребывание, поэтому в этот раз мы намеренно выбрали именно это место. Было приятно, что отель пошел навстречу и разместил нас в 11:30. Хотим отдельно отметить молодого парня, сутки дежурившего на ресепшн (Илия). В целом весь персонал был очень дружелюбен. Разочаровала хостесс в ресторане на веранде, отказавшая нам в размещении во внутрнннем зале, сославшись на то, что все столы забронированы на 18:00 (мы пришли в ресторан в 16:00). Мы сказали, что мы просто хотим быстро перекусить, так как уже в 17:30 нам нужно быть в другом месте, на что последовал ответ, что все столы уже сервированы и ради нас никто заново их сервировать не собирается. Замечательное гостеприимство, конечно, которое позволило нам сделать вывод: мы в этот отель больше не вернемся и другим не советуем - умрете с голоду в угоду эффектной блондинке 😊. Руководству отеля дружеский совет: не нанимайте иностранцев, если не хотите потерять традиционное грузинское гостеприимство.

- Markus (8/5): - Perfekte Lage. Fünf Minuten zu Fuss in die Altstadt, und direkt neben der Metro Station. Fantastische Aussicht auf die ganze Stadt, leckeres Frühstück. Die Zimmer im Annex sind einfacher als die im Hauptgebäude. Empfehlenswert.

- Priwieziencew (10/5): definitely recommended - The hotel is walking distance from the old city and it has amazing views, its on a hill, we received a free upgrade and a room with balcony/city view. The staff was extremely helpful and very well English speaking there was no problem with receiving an invoice and calling a cheap taxi in the middle of the night to get to the airport (20 min from the hotel). The receptionist escorted us to the taxi to make sure everything is ok . The room is very clean and comfy, with wi-fi and everything you need, fridge and coffee and tea. It's also very nice stylish furnished with natural materials (wooden doors and old style furniture, marble in bathroom) and it's a beautiful building in general. We also went to the roof restaurant, which is a bit pricey but has also amazing views and good service and large choice of meals including Georgian specialities. We did not have breakfast as we left too early. In general- good deal for the price and a very nice place for a city break, with a romantic vibe. You just must close windows at night because you can hear the city vibrating down hill, even though the hotel is not close to a big road (which is nice- no pollution and you have fresh air ).

- Amalia (9/5): An excellent stay in a wonderful city. - The location is superb; the best at which I have stayed during my many visits to Tbilisi. The hotel is a beautiful old building with excellent views over the old and the new city. There is also an excellent restaurant with the best possible view. The breakfast is ample and with adequate choice, but it is not on a par with the other meals that one can have at the hotel. Still, the breakfast room has the same magnificent view and drinking your morning coffee there is a pleasure.

- Denis (5/5): - Bonne literie, chambre spacieuse. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue et wifi. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à l’étage inférieur avec vue sur la corniche du bâtiment voisin et pas de wifi.
- Анна (10/5): Мой любимый отель с потрясающим видом - Останавливаюсь в этом отеле, когда приезжаю в Тбилиси. Здесь номера с ремонтом и всем необходимым, отличное соотношение цена/качество. Виды на завтраке и из ресторана просто ваааааааууу! Есть собственный музей в настоящем доме 17 века.

- Viktória (6/5): - The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the city center and with a beautiful view. People with limited mobility should be aware that the road slopes down towards the bridge/city center, and on the way back, you have to climb a small hill. It gets quite hot in Tbilisi in the summer, so we were very grateful for the well-functioning air conditioning. The breakfast looked promising in the pictures, but unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The selection was not as wide as in the pictures and the quality of the food was questionable. The biggest issue was the lack of fresh bakery items: there were only three types of pre-sliced bread (white, brown, and toast). The bread was so dry that it could only be eaten toasted; otherwise, it was hardly enjoyable. For sweet pastry, there was a packaged chocolate croissant, which was inedible – dry, with the chocolate filling hardened into a solid block. Our hotel room was on the -2nd floor, which could only be reached via a spiral staircase through dark, labyrinth-like corridors, as there was no lift. The breakfast area was on the first floor, also inaccessible by lift. There is a lift at the reception, but it is only for access to the restaurant and staff members. As a result, moving around the hotel requires climbing multiple flights of stairs, no matter where you want to go. The windows, doors, and overall furnishings appear to date from around the 1960s. The door could only be closed with force, and all wooden furniture emitted a strong characteristic smell. The bathroom door sticks on the flooring and can only be closed quietly if lifted slightly. The bathroom was quite small, and the toilet was difficult to access. We were greeted with a partially used roll of toilet paper, and each time we had to request additional paper separately. The windows facing the city were not insulated properly, which made the room very noisy. We had a room with a city view, and every night there was loud music coming from a nearby bar until at least 6 a.m., making it impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. The breakfast staff appeared joyless and uninterested. With the exception of the reception and two cleaning ladies, almost all the staff members were unfriendly. Overall, the service and atmosphere did not meet our expectations, and we would not choose to stay here again.
- ELENA (10/5): отличный отель в туристической зоне - Проживали в отеле одни сутки перед вылетом. Отель находится в центре туристической зоны. Все достопримечательности города "под рукой", включая безумные виды с балкона номера, по крайней мере из нашего. Особо отмечу искреннее радушие и отзывчивость персонала на рецепции и вообще всех сотрудников. Спасибо Михаилу за интересную экскурсию в старинное здание. До этого проживали в двух отелях, но теперь будем останавливаться только здесь. Ну может завтрак чуть разнообразить. Но из того, что ели завтраке, все было свежее и вкусное.

- Feruza (10/5): Думаю, каждый год приезжать в Тбилиси и останавливаться в этом отеле) - Отель находится в самом сердце Тбилиси. Здесь протекает одна из длинных рек Европы - Кура. С балконов отеля видны Успенский храм Мехети, памятник Вахтанга I. Атмосфера отеля очень комфортная - деревянные полы, мебель напоминают домашний уют. Завтраки вкусные и сытные, но особенно приятно пить кофе и смотреть на удивительный городской пейзаж. Уже 6-ой раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Персонал отзывчивый и услужливый, особая благодарность Анне и Мише) Нет такого
- Scott (8/5): Great view and staff - The view is excellent from the apartment with balcony! Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Lights on the balcony were too bright and couldn’t be turned off. The divider that cuts the balcony in half makes the other half useless. Suggest putting curtains in the bath area and removing the divider on the balcony.
