• Antti (2/5): Halpa ja sen mukainen hotellikin - Pysäköintihalli on ahdas ajaa hieman jäykemmällä autolla. Pysäköintihalli oli täynnä roskaa siellä täällä. Hotellin lattia tuntui olevan korjauksen tarpeessa käytävällä (lattia ei tuntunut vakaalta kaikkialla). Yhteinen parveke naapuri huoneen kanssa, jonka miehet polttelivat tupakkaa ja puhuivat puhelimeen pitkälle yöhön. Äänieristys oli mitätön, jos kieltä olisin ymmärtänyt, olisin kuullut puhelimen päässä ollevan henkilönkin äänet ulkona puhelimeen puhuvan puhelimesta sisälle huoneeseen. Pistorasia ei pysynyt kiinni seinässä ja ne olivat huonosti sijoiteltuja. Suihku toimi heikosti. Ilmalämpöpumppu ei toiminut eikä kaukosäätimessä ollut paristoja. En menisi uudelleen mistään hinnasta ennen isoa remonttia.
• Linda (6/5): - Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer was ergens achteraf, net als het hotel zelf. De kamer rook muf, er stond ook geen raam open. De badkamer had schimmel en al het hout was overal kapot/opgezet van het vocht waarschijnlijk en daarna beschadigd. Het ontbijt was wel prima, berekend op minimaal aantal gasten, maar we kwamen niks tekort. Uitchecken verliep wederom met respect, vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

• Aymeric (10/5): Séjour général. - L'établissement est simple et facile d'accès; avec parking inclus en sous-sol, donc commode pour automobilistes. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est complet. Bon séjour, car calme; à refaire si nécessaire!

• Patricia (6/5): - Wollte ein ruhiges Zimmer unter,m Dach ...bekam ich dann auch...leider hatte noch jemand die Gleiche Zimmerkarten nachts um 4,30kam ein ganzer Pulk lärmender Leute und meine Tür mit Sperrkette würde unsanft aufgerissen....statt leise abzuziehen wurde laut gegrölt .Im Zimmer nebenan war wohl ein Analphabet(in)zugange....es roch nach Zigarettenrauch und durch gefühlt ne halbe Flasche Parfum sollte das wohl überdeckt werden.(:-(((Ewig lange Duscherei von x Leuten.... Die Einrichtung im Eingangsbereich und auch im Frühstücksraum hat mir gut gefallen.Der Kaffee im Riesenbottich hat um 8.30schon nicht mehr geschmeckt......Kuchen aus der Packung der Rest Standard.Check Out um 12,00prima.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Ab Mitternacht entsetzlicherLärm durch Putzleute - Leider war die letzte von 3 Nächten eine Enttäuschung.Nachtschichtmitarbeiter wirkte nicht sehr engagiert. Kam 22h von meiner Veranstaltung zurrück und konnte nicht mehr in das Zimmer ( Keycard musste an der Rezeption neu konfiguriert werden) Mitarbeiter gab mir neuen Schlüssel und redete kaum. Im Hotel gab es eine Hochzeitsfeierbund. Musste 30 Minuten einen Parkplatz suchen, um nicht im Halteverbot zu stehen oder nachts im Dunkeln weite Wege durch das Gewerbegebiet zurücklegen zu müssen. Am 13.4. musste ich um 6h nach Hause fahren. Die laute Musik, die bis nach Mitternacht durch das Hotel schallte, war nicht das Problem. Problematisch war, dass sich zu der Musik nach laute Geräusche von herumgeschobenen Möbeln, mit und ohne Musik durch das Gebäude schallte Diese Schiebegeräusche durch herumgerückte Möbelstücke 00-2h nachts war der Grund , dass ein Schlafen nicht mehr möglich war. Die Hochzeit war schon beendet. Als ich dann meine Koffer packte und reisefertig um 2.30h an der Rezeption stand, sah ich, dass ein Putztruppe sehr laut mitten in der Nacht aufräumte.( Gespräch/ Staubsauger/Möbel ) Ich erzähle dem Rezeptionisten vom Grund meiner vorgezogenen Abreise, hätte Anteilnahme, Entschuldigung, Interesse am Gast (vielleicht auch eine Tasse Kaffee als Geste der Entschuldigung) erwartet. Statt dessen stand er auf, ging zu den Putzleuten und sprach mit ihnen. Ich bin dann 600 km ziemlich unausgeschlafen nach Hause gefahren. Schade! Das Trippinn war andere Nächte super Adresse
• markuslX3717VY (2/5): Needs Urgent Renovation – Disappointing Stay - Unfortunately, my stay at the Trip Inn Kongress Hotel Rodgau was quite disappointing. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation – the rooms are outdated, the furniture is worn, and overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The service was mediocre at best, with staff that seemed indifferent rather than welcoming. While the breakfast was okay, it was nothing special and did not make up for the overall poor experience. Unless major improvements are made, I would not recommend staying here. There are certainly better options in the area.

• MARTIN (8/5): - The hotel is on an industrial estate and seems popular with workers in transit. The communal areas look very smart and give off a good impression but the rooms are a different story. My room (119) was small, dark and gloomy - the walls were painted dark blue. Everything looks worn, run down and dated. The so called restaurant and bar opened at 7pm and only offers three varieties of pizza - as soon as you had eaten it was closed and you were told to sit in the lobby. Scruffy individuals were hanging around outside the entrance smoking and drinking bottles of beer. Underground car park was grim. OK for a one night stopover.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - After check in we got a room for one with a single bed, however I have booked one double room with a double bed request. Then we went down to the reception to ask for another room, but the double room we got this time wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests so we had to go and try again. The third room was the right one, and receptionist said it’s not visible from there if the room is already cleaned so apologised for this inconvenience. The room was clean and quiet, bed was comfy, bathroom was also okay except the shower curtain, as it was white, but mouldy on the bottom.
• Wolfgang (8/5): Günstige Unterkunft, gute Verpflegung Preis OK - Die kostenlose Nutzung der Tiefgarage und das Frühstück hatte mir gefallen.
• Karl (6/5): - Einrichtung etwas überaltert. Schränke wackelig und stellenweise Defekt. Keine Klimatisierung, Badewanne ohne Duschabtrennung. Das gesamte Badezimmer wird Nass. Pluspunkt - Kostenlose Tiefgarege. Es ist eher als Montoirzimmer-Hotel mit gutem Frühstück zu sehen. Zum Schlafen, wenn das wirklich in den überhitzen Zimmern möglich ist; und zum Frühstücken ist es Okay. WLAN Abdeckung ist akzeptabel. Rührei - perfekt. Kaffee am morgen erher Schlecht, hier habe ich schon erfahren das dass wohl ein Historischer runing Gag ist und der Kaffee hier nie wirklich akzeptabel ist. Ich habe das Gefühl das dass Hotel nur auf Sparflamme betrieben wird und keine Investitionen mehr stattfinden. Personal gerade so niedrig eingesetzt das es i.O. ist. Mehr ist nicht zu erwarten. Das Gebäude hat gute substanz. Foyer und Frühstücksraum wirken Mobilier - Moderner. Hier wurde in jüngster Vergangenheit wohl Investiert.
• Jens (6/5): - Es handelt sich um ein Hotel, wo eher Arbeiter und Monteure übernachten. Mehrsprachige Gespräche von Fenster zu Fenster bis in den Abend. Zimmer müssten renoviert werden. Schmutzige Tapeten und wackelige Badarmaturen. Frühstücksraum sehr sauber und das Angebot zum Frühstück sind gut. Ein Hotel für maximal 2 Nächte .

• Nicole (6/5): - I tried to contact several times by email about shuttle service or transportation but never got a response. Ended up taking the s-Bahn an hour from the airport and had to walk twenty minutes with all my luggage through the streets of the neighborhood. There was no A/C only an oscillating fan. I could not get the shower to work. The lamp didn’t work consistently and the small table kept falling over. The carpet had several dark stains that looked like vomit was cleaned up but never shampooed. The “restaurant” was to open at 6pm so after I showered and napped, I went down expecting to be able to order and substantial meal. The only thing they had was pizza!

Comfortable beds staff lovely good breakfast infact nothing bad to say at all ghauda behind the bar is a star. What a breathe of fresh air when you meet her. Would definitely go back

• Ruth (2/5): - Teppiche mit Flecken übersät, Wände, Decken, Silikonabdichtungen im Bad und Türen stark renovierungsbedürftig. Elektrogeräte defekt. Duschvorhang spackig. Alles in Allem stimmte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht. Das Einzige, was angenehm war, war das Personal, welches freundlich war.
• Jürgen Andreas (8/5): - Der Lüfter im Badezimmer war defekt und hat ziemlich laute Laufgeräusche gemacht. Am Morgen ist das warme Wasser ausgefallen, da war duschen mit kaltem Wasser möglich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist minimalistisch.
• Gerhard (6/5): - Die Zimmer sind Renovierungsbedürftig und zum Teil in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten 3 Zimmer für eine Übernachtung im Zuge unserer Fahrradtour gebucht und aus diesem Grund für uns ausreichend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und für jedem was dabei.

• angelikaSolihull (2/5): A bad trip to the 90s - We had stayed at this hotel 20 years ago and what was good then , has deteriorated. The room decor definitely hasn’t been updated . The carpet is stained and the hallway stinks of vomit. I can’t even begin to list everything that’s wrong with this hotel. The only positive was that the bedding was clean. The bed was very soft. Just a few examples. Peeling paint, terrible shower, stained carpet, ancient slightly unsavoury sofa in the room. The breakfast too was a throwback to the 90s. Dried up scrambled egg,stale bread rolls, cheap jam and a few bits of cold meat, curled at the edges , not a piece of fresh fruit in sight, coffee out a flask… The whole experience was unpleasant, we had stayed in a similar hotel on route for a slightly cheaper price and this was so much better on all levels!

• Andrew (8/5): No thrills spacious room - A perfectly acceptable, no thrills hotel, short walk to restaurants. Staff at the check in very warm and friendly. We used it for a one night family stay on drive through Germany. There was no air-conditioning, one fan was provided, the rooms and corridors were very hot. No kettle or coffee in rooms. Room was spacious and we had 2 double beds for a family of 4, very comfortable.
• Stuball1 (2/5): An Absolute Dump - I was put up at this property by Lufthansa (shame on them). Th room I was given had no air conditioning and the door lock was broken allowing some drunk to walk into my room while I was trying to get a few hour sleep. The room was clean, BUT (1) the desk lamp was broken, the bathroom exhaust fan sounded like it was having it death knell and there was no bottle opener to open the bottled water provided The there is the 'so called' restaurant. The atmosphere was non existent. The waitress mad it clear that one could only go the 'buffet' once. The only good thing about the buffet was the fresh lettuce and cucumber. There was a cooked vegetable serving that was tasteless and watery. There was a meat of some sort in a white sauce that was inedible. There was also some badly dehydrated sausage. Oh the hotel has only one English television station, no computers in the lobby and no power adapters to be loaned to guests. The only good thing about this place is leaving it.
