• Anastasia (5/5): Passable - I informed the hotel staff I was coming later, when Icame, the main entrance door was closed (and it remained closed next day is well). I only found out that the entrance is through the parking when my tuktuk driver offered to help and call them. The parking valet was not ready to check me in( and of course I didn't expect that from him) , but there was no one else and poor guy was doing his best to figure it out. When I got into my room it was ok at best, bathroom relatively clear, walls all over the room were dirty, but the worst part for me were pillows that smelled like tobacco factory, sleeping was a torture as if someone is smoking right to your face.

• Santiago (10/5): Amazing, perfect stay - I stayed here for a few days before my departure flight and during my 6 week stay in Sri Lanka, this hotel was by far the best place I stayed in. The room was spacious and the facilities were good. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the staff were extremely hospitable. The lift was also quite convenient. Nothing!! It was really good.

• Daniel (6/5): A nice place. - The beds were comfortable We had an issue with a doorhandle. It was a bit difficult to explain the situation to the staff and to get the handle fixed. It got solved at the end. The curtains also needed to be cleaned, which we indicated and which was done.

• Sahan (10/5): Comfortable and private - The bed was super comfortable. The balcony was nice and private. Close location to the hospital. Bathroom was clean and had hot water. Room service was efficient and reasonably priced. Staff were warm and welcoming. Elevator was an added bonus to get to the upper floors. Provided extra amenities on request with no issues. Nothing :)

• Lahiru (1/5): worst customer service ever. - Location was good worst staff & customer service ever received in my life. they billed us each and every order right after they serve like saiwar kade. best part is they ask to pay upfront for our morning tea. also refuse to clean our plates whats they serve for us telling that service is not available at the moment & also ask us to keep plates on the floor. never met this kind of incident in my life time ever. Location was good need to improve customer service much more not the average par below the expectations.

• DORA (2/5): 泊まってはいけないホテル - 宿泊の際の値段詐欺に遭いました。 エクスペディアからは、５泊75＄（トリプルルーム）で予約完了しているにも関わらず、夜10時すぎにホテルの従業員がやってきて、トリプルルームだから１泊30＄（５泊なので差額分75＄を追加）払えと言われました。 予約時の料金の概要を見せても、エクスペディアのミスだと言われ、話が噛み合わないままとなった。 あきらめて１泊30＄を払ってチェックアウトしました。 ホテルの場所は、空港から1900ルピーで行ける所。だが、夜遅いと、辺りは暗くて近所のスーパーに行くのも危険である。 タクシーがないと出歩くのも難しい。また、数は多くはないが近くを汽車が走っている。汽笛の音がうるさく、部屋にいても耳障りであった。 部屋は、見えない所に、多数のクモの巣がある。あまり清掃が行き届いていない。 また、部屋の窓が開いており、多数の虫が部屋に侵入していた。カーテンで窓が隠れており、気が付くのが遅れてしまうと虫が大量に侵入するので注意が必要。同様に、シャワールーム・トイレの窓も開きっぱなしであった。 フロントの階からエレベーターに乗るためには、階段を８段程、上がらないといけない。
• Ian - 29 (10/5): Excellent hotel & fantastic staff - We stayed here on our honeymoon as a stopover to the airport and were extremely impressed with the hotel & staff. We weren't expecting much with us just using it as a stopover but the hotel is excellent. It is brand new, extremely well maintained and it has been kitted out really nicely. All the staff were absolutely excellent and made a massive effort to make our trip rememberable! We only had a limited amount of time and the hotel manager, Dexter, even took a trip out for us to buy us snorkels before we landed in the Maldives. The hotel is located about 30 mins from the airport and is within about a 30 second tricycle ride to the train station so the location is fantastic to get around Sri Lanka. I'd say the location is a much better stop than Columbo The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable and there was no noise so you'll get an excellent night sleep before or after your flight I would 100% recommend. Thanks again to all the team for making it a really enjoyable stay
