A welcome platter of fresh fruit and cutlery on the table was just so refreshing and the staff was so kind to me. Will definitely go back to stay in the future. Everything was great.

Bizim kaldığınız oda 812 numara idi duş alırken su giderken değilde odaya doğru gidiyordu rahat duş alamadık odayı su bastı belirtik haberlerinin olduklarını söylediler fakat bu durum konaklama yapan için iyi bir durum değil.

• Lely (10/5): Can I call it my 2nd home? - I really don't know where to start! I feel like it's my 2nd home already!! Maybe start with the bed? I tried this hotel twice. And I always slept like a baby! Very comfortable mattrass. For me, the bedding and towels are just good quality. Next perhaps.. the room size with the price tag they put, is a very good deal. Plenty of space to move around. The shower is simple, but works well with hot n cold water. The AC worked perfect! Availability of Hairdryer, safe deposit box, clean and modern toilet, adds up to make me wanting to go back there again and again when I visit Yogya next time. Hospitality is also great! Very warm, welcoming, polite and helpful staffs. Also very decent price of room service menu with good food selection. Oh yes... The homeband in rooftop/skybar was also a plus point btw! The view outside from the rooms during both stays 😁 not too bad, just not meeting the level of the room's comfort. I wish the TV was internet tv. Where I can sign in with my netflix and youtube account. That would be heavenly!

• Rob (7/5): Prima plek om in de buurt te zijn van een fantastisch tempel complex en ballet. - Voor ons was de ligging bepalend. Je gaat hier niet naartoe voor het uitzicht. Prambanan is 15 minuten rijden en het station voor de volgende dag was ook close, dus top. De foto's op booking zijn erg goed genomen ik vond ons uitzicht ook wel grappig (zie foto). Het personeel is daarentegen super en alles is schoon en fijn dus een geen "no go". Prima plek voor een of twee nachten.

Friendly stuff even offered us a connected rooms cause we were family of four, wich was really convenient. Rooftop has a nice bar and a pool with great view. Location was (for us) very convenient because we don't like the noisy center and it was close to Prambanan temple. The food was also very good, compliments. All the stuff was really nice. Recommended. I smelt mold/moisture under the shower, so it must be checked, where this is comming from. I also found a baby cockroach in my room, wich I really hate, but I quickly liquidated it. :)

We specialty loved the gym with musculation apparel, teadmills and one bike. The breakfast was delicious with a big variety of dishes.

• Pratap (4/5): Too much out side disturbance - Helpful staff, clean rooms. Too much outside noise and disturbing due to the main road traffic and railway tracks nearby. The hotel doesn't seem to have sound proof windows which lets all the outside noises and disturbance in.
• Patrick (5/5): Very disappointing! - The hotel has a good location. Not too far from any activities. The room was cleaned and the bed very comfy. The staff is very friendly and polite. To begin, I would like to express my concerns regarding the suitability of this hotel for foreign visitors. While it is a reputable local establishment, primarily catering to Indonesian guests, I believe it would benefit from maintaining its current format. Firstly, the hotel’s lack of English-speaking staff is a significant shortcoming for 4-star establishment. At least 50% of the staff I encountered were trainees, demonstrating limited knowledge and expertise. Secondly, the breakfast experience was highly unsatisfactory. Finding a table for two was extremely challenging due to the hotel’s capacity for local weddings and graduations, which resulted in a large influx of children running everywhere. The breakfast menu was focused on local cuisine, such as rice, fish, chicken, tempe, noodles, and Gudeg, with limited offerings for Westerners, including hash brown, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, and bacon (beef). Despite the presence of an egg station, I was only able to have an omelet during my 4-night stay. I raised my concerns with the manager on the first day of our arrival, but unfortunately, my remarks were not addressed.

• Lars (5/5): There are better hotel options out there. - Staff members have good intentions and the rooms looked ok. Hotel is very far away from the city center, meaning every trip to the center takes approx. 40 minutes. Also, a majority of the staff is shy, don't speak English and clearly didn't have training. When asking even simple questions, they would immediately say "I don't know" and respond very avoidant, which seems awkward. Furthermore, while the rooftop is decent, the rooftop overlooks the airport, which isn't nice to look at. The pictures on Booking made it seem like a great view.
• Lars (7/5): Decent hotel with room for improvement - The hotel itself was great with all needed facilities. The staff members were very friendly, but a lot of them were quite unexperienced. Whenever I asked for something, it often became quite awkward. Also, the beds were not very comfortable. I slept there for four nights and woke up with a soar back multiple times. Lastly, the distance to the city is quite large, taking approx 40 minutes by car and 2,5 hours walking.

This hotel has done a great job, the compedien in room shows photos of all the main sights and a description. So refreshing. Well done. Not a hotel problem, but would be better if more central to city centre.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Kurzbesuch in Yogyakarta - Erster Eindruck war gut. Leider war es sehr gut zu hören, was im Zimmer nebenan gesprochen wurde. Frühstück sehr indonesisch, nur kleines Angebot für andere Gäste. Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Betten waren bequem, Dusche in Ordnung. Personal gab sich Mühe. Restaurant konnte nicht alle Speisen anbieten, ebenfalls wenig Angebote bei den Getränken.

• Elle (7/5): Lovely clean hotel - The whole hotel itself was very clean, our room was very spacious , bathroom was lovely and well equipped with extras. The rooftop pool was lovely the only downside was there was only 2 sun loungers. There is a bar and restaurants and gym in the hotel which is great. The only downside was when we ordered room service there was a severe lack of communication as the staff did not speak great English. Then when our order came we were missing an item and tried to explain to the waiter but he did not understand. We got this taken off when leaving though so it all worked out.
