Jason (7/5): - Great central location with fantastic views of the city. Coordinating with the staff was a challenge when attempting to check in, and check out. Be sure to have WhatsApp installed and ready ahead of time. Despite communicating our strict departure time in advance, the staff did not communicate the additional time required to check out, which resulted in the loss of our cash security deposit because we had a train to catch.

Ryan (1/5): I did not stay at the property due to poor communication and suspicious behavior, and I would not re - There was nothing positive about this experience. The communication was poor and the actions of the property seemed dishonest. I was informed by the property that it was fully booked and suggested that I cancel my reservation. If the property was indeed fully booked, why was it still listed on the site? To make matters worse, they then offered me another suite for 1.6k RM, which I declined. This situation seems like a scam, especially since it's peak season, and the property is still on the market. It appears they are trying to take advantage of the high demand to negotiate and mark up the price. This lack of transparency and honesty is extremely disappointing.

Before a days of check in date only got ppl attend me and when I complaint to them they said they know nothing about this host didn’t reply us . As they said my booking is this host handover to them Totally ridiculous and sucks services
Daniel (6/5): - Our unit had an excellent view of KL tower and other skyline views. The unit was spacious (2BR/2BA) and for the most part, up to date. The walls could have used a nice coat of paint, and the doors could do with replacing. I’ve come to realize that in this humid climate, mold and cockroaches will always be present, so it’s just a matter of how much mold (in the bathrooms and shower) you are willing to put up with. As for the cockroaches, it wasn’t until the 3rd day when we finally encountered them (in the bathroom and kitchen). I guess no matter how high up you are, or how much you clean, they will always be present. My biggest complaint has to do with security in the unit. There is no secondary door lock that prevents someone with the door code from entering the unit. Most hotels in the US have a way of latching the door while inside, but this unit did not.

Davies (7/5): Perfect location, not incredibly clean, poor services. - Perfect location, easy to get to everywhere. The pictures of the hot tub and balcony views were not available to be used. And the pool you have to pay an extra 200RM to use.

Oussama (1/5): A STAY WITH COCKROACHES AND BED BUGS!!!! - Nothing at all. PLEASE ASK TO SEE THE ROOM BEFORE CHECK IN. TAKE THE TIME TO VERIFY IF THE SHEETS ARE CLEAN, SEE UNDER THE MATTRESS AND PILLOWS FOR BED BUGS (OR SMALL BLOOD STAINS), VERIFY THE WASHROOMS, AND MAKE SURE IT IS CLEAN ENOUGH FOR YOUR SAFETY. From the cold reception to realising that the photos are not those of the appartement nor the building. The name of the host is Penthouse, but the property is not even worth calling an appartement. Dirty, yellow stains on walls, blackish yellow sheets. Cockroaches are running all around the place. The masteroom has bed bugs (see photos). I have paid 370ringgit per night, which I usually pay for a luxury 2br on high floor at star residence. I expected the same but this experience was really the worst I ever had to endure since arriving to KL.

Sofa and chairs filthy. Big leak Stain in Ceiling of bathroom 2. Bathrooms well equipped but poorly installed. Beds very comfy although very noisy room, ear plugs sorted this. Looks like the window walls want more/better noise insulation. Flown 17 hrs and prenotified of time of arrival but had to wait 2 hrs till 3pm to check in, but not good.

Staff tried to charge for a missing glass after the room inspection despite us not using any of the plates/cups/cutlery in the room. Caroline (6/5): Did not meet expectations - The balcony view was lovely with a range of seating: sun-beds, dining table, lounge chairs. The use of the words luxury and presidential to describe these suites was misleading and raised expectations. There were minimal coat hangers and one medium sized towel per guest; no hand towels or kitchen towels were provided. Servicing was charged extra for - this happened once after I raised the matter with booking.com - so one change of towels in 5 nights. Also, you have to pay for the use of the pool and gym as they are managed by a different company. The staff showed me this on their copy of the booking.com entry - this was NOT on the booking.com entry at the time of booking. I’ve never paid extra for the use of a pool in 40 years of travelling and didn’t expect it in a misnamed presidential suite.

Verified traveler (4/5): Poor experience at Penthouse KLCC - Was denied check-in as counter staff advised that our booking was not found. Insisted that we did not have any booking. No effort to help call Hotels.com but asked us to contact them. We are all drenched from heavy rain had carried our luggage into the reception and now had to carry out to the car again. Spent 1.5 hours trying to verify with Hotels.com on the phone and eventually check-in staff allowed us to check-in saying that they received a call from Hotels.com when he should have helped us to check with our itinerary receipt. Our wifi also didn't work from 4th day onwards.
Pezzal (6/5): Nice place to held a small party but not worth the money for us at least.... - Not the true definition of a penthouse you would typically aspect. The 1st floor of the unit was modest with only 2 small rooms, a tv lounge/dining area and a kitchen. Through a narrow staircase to the 2nd floor Skydeck which was equipped with jacuzzi, shower, fridge and seating areas. Our unit was Penthouse 6 which face westward with view of KL Tower and Jln TAR in the distance We were having a birthday party which was ideal spot for the occasion. The Skydeck was really awesome with nice view of KL. However, it rained almost all evening with dense fogs in between limiting the nice view of KL skylight and the usage of the Skydeck as it was partially covered. So we end up in the small space of the living area downstairs (10 adults and 3 children) eating pizza and stuffs Kitchen was well equipped with large fridge, washer/dryer, cooker top and oven. The children enjoys the jacuzzi with warm water and adults lounging on the deck. Nice small café downstairs with tasty sandwiches Small size of the rooms. Small parking space with extra charge (RM 30 -VIP) and RM 16 (normal) with unlimited access until check out. I have to rent out 3 parkings. Pool and gym will incur fee for usage
