The agafay bedroom has a humidity problem, it shows on the wall , even if there is a dehumidifier in the room you can still smell the humidity and you can't keep it working all night as it is noisy. The owners should try adressing this issue for the mossy smell .

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always so kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, offering the perfect escape after exploring the busy streets of Marrakech. The food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable and beautifully presented, and the location was ideal for visiting the souks and main attractions. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech. We will definitely be returning!

- Jenna (10/5): Beautiful stay. - This was our favourite stay on our trip to Morocco. The room was absolutely beautiful and the whole place was stunning. Ashraf was so lovely. I had no adapter for my phone charger and he kindly borrowed me his. The breakfast was very yummy and the Moroccan tea was delicious. I recommend this highly. The decor is very beautiful. The soundproofing could be a little better but that is only in the daytime. And we would definitely stay here again.

- Hanane (3/5): Choose another Riad - Th design of the hotel and the breakfast When we arrived we were asked not to use the shower as there were reperations in process. We kindly agreed, even if it was an issue for us, as we were coming from a day of travel. During the evening we tried to shower and the water pressure was extremely weak and water temperature cold. We asked again and they couldn’t figure out the problem. The day after we asked again and we were reassured the problem was fixed, I tried to take a hot shower and the water pressure was weak but the temperature improved. However the shower drainage was completely clocked. We asked again and no explanation nor excuses or apologies. The owner aware of the issue was contacted by Booking to figure out a solution and he just ignored the whole problem for our entire stay. We asked if they could change our room at least and they said that there were no rooms available. There were literally at least 3 rooms empty and wide open. For the above reasons I would not advise to choose this Riad.

- Jane (9/5): Great stay. 100% recommend - What a wonderful place. The standout feature of this riad are the staff. They're just so great and organise everything. As a newbie to Marrakesh, they took so many of the potential headaches away about taxis and payments, directions, food choices for a gluten free person, etc. The riad is very well positioned and appointed, thoughtfully decorated and very clean. The spotty wifi and leaky aircon paled into insignificance compared to the benefits. Book this riad. It's great and will make your experience in Marrakesh overwhelmingly positive for a solo female traveller. Marrakesh is crazy but so vibrant and don't let the haters put you off. It would do the riad a disservice to say anything here

Habitación muy bonita y limpia. Con aire acondicionado para el frío y el calor. El desayuno muy completo y muy rico. La ducha era de metal y tardaba muchísimo en calentarse el agua. Una vez caliente debías tener cuidado porque quemaba mucho incluso el mango de la ducha.

- Sumaiya (10/5): Hidden Gem in the Medina with a Wonderful Host! - This truly is a hidden gem, close to everything you need but tucked away just enough. A short walk from Bahia palace and the main road for taxis. Charles is a wonderful host, extremely helpful and accommodating. We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. Our room was beautiful, the hotel was peaceful, beds were very comfortable, great shower and lighting for makeup. Robes were provided. Charles arranged everything for us, it was like we had a friend in Marrakech! We had a hamam and massage onsite and it was amazing. I can’t wait to come back and have already recommended to our friends and family. Nothing, everything is spectacular

Tolles Frühstück mit frisch gepressentem orangensaft und selbstgemachtes joghurt.. Das Zimmer sah aus wie in den Bildern. Das Taxis für den Flughafentransfer wurde für uns organisiert und das frühstück am letzten Tag wurde für uns extra früher vorbereitet. Vielen Dank an das Team Ashraf und Kollegen für den tollen Aufenthalt.

I arrived on an overnight flight, and their overnight staff member (I forget his name!) was so helpful over Whatsapp to make sure I found the riad when the taxi dropped me at the wrong spot. They gave me a small breakfast and tea when I arrived at around 8:00am, and then the same staff member took me for a walk around the area and helped me buy a phone cord as mine broke on the plane (I found out later that he was done his shift when he did this!!). They were able to allow me to check-in early to the room so I could take a nap which was much appreciated as I hadn't slept much on the plane. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Only small thing was that the shower temperature was hard to regulate, and the shower curtain was not long enough so the bathroom got wet every time we showered.

La posizione è veramente strategica, vicino ai siti di interesse storico, alla piazza principale e ai souk per lo shopping. La struttura è bellissima, camere arredate in vero stile marocchino, dotate di ogni comfort. La colazione è indimenticabile: frutta fresca, yogurt, uova, pane caldo, dolcetti squisiti, ci faceva iniziare al meglio la giornata. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare qui, sarà difficile tornare a casa una volta finita la vacanza. Complimenti a tutto lo staff, sempre sorridenti, disponibili e attenti. - Tumi (10/5): - The Riad is gorgeous and clean. The room was a lot bigger than I thought, and exactly what we needed. There was great communication with the staff whenever we needed anything and they were all lovely. They have a catalogue of activities and recommendations which was useful. Breakfast was good, and with the cold, they offered blankets and a heater. The place would be amazing during the summer. The bathroom shower took some time to drain, so we were standing in water but it would randomly drain every few minutes so it was a minor inconvenience that we didnt mind but worth mentioning.

- Hanna (10/5): Altogether a very pleasant and comfortable stay. We were so impressed, that we booked an extra night. - The Riad was a hidden gem in the back streets of Marrakesh. Aesthetically pretty, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly especially Ashraf who greeted us on arrival and also served us breakfast in the morning. The price was was very reasonable. We rented a family room and a triple room. The location was excellent, only a 10 minute walk from the Jemaa el- Fna. There was nothing to dislike.

Ismaël and his wonderful team were extremely helpful. The Riad is perfectly located with lots of choice of wonderful restaurants and tourist sights to explore. A wonderful Riad in a wonderful city. The Riad offers a serenity and calmness with a lovely rooftop garden to chill and chat. Breakfast is very tasty in the lovely rooftop setting we will be back and highly recommend staying here. - Thomas (10/5): Lovely new riad, conveniently located; just remember to duck! - Lovely new riad with brightly decorated rooms. Located in the heart of the Medina close to lots of attractions. Staff was helpful arranging our airport transfer and making sure we got on our way despite our predawn departure. Entrance to the (nice) bathroom contained a raised floor which reduced the height of the doorway. This requires anyone over six feet tall (1.85m) to duck so that they don't clobber themselves. I head-butted the ceiling twice. The riad might want to consider a design fix.

Nous avons également testé le hammam avec plaisir. Le Riad est beau et très bien entretenu, la terrasse est appréciable. - Priscilla (10/5): - Great property, the staff were really lovely too! Spent a lot of time giving us tips of places to visit around the area. We took the family room which was huge with a really cozy loft area for the kids! Bonus was that the pick up point for taxis was just a 2 minute walk away.

A equipe do riad nos ajudou em todas demandas que tivemos, sendo extremamente gentis e solícitos. A estrutura da hospedagem é ótima e o café da manhã é impecável! Recomendo a qualquer viajante que queira ficar próximo à medina mas sem estar colado no burburinho da Jeema el-Fna. Nada a ressaltar, a hospedagem foi impecável!

- Bettina (9/5): - Ein zauberhaftes Riad! Die Lage ist optimal um die Innenstadt zu erkunden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wunderschöne Dachterrasse Die Fenster der Zimmer gehen in den Innenhof, was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, großzügig und uns hat die Hellhörigkeit nicht gestört
- Asta (10/5): - The Riad is located in a very good place. It is quiet and nice inside. The breakfasts are wonderful, or just for resting on the top floor. But most importantly – the staff is incredibly kind. We would happily return again and again.
- HERREN Andreas (10/5): Ruhig,erholsam,liebevoll eingerichtet - kaum durch die Haustüre - ist man in der geschäftigen Medina - Am Rande der Medina, bestens und ruhig gelegen. Und trotzdem gut mit Auto erreichbar, Parkplatz in 80m. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bestens betreut. Es war immer jemand vor Ort, zur Hilfestellung und mit guten Tipps! alles tipptopp, wirklich bestens. Sorry, nichts negatives zu berichten.

- Brigitte (10/5): Sehr gediegen restauriertes Riad an bester Lage und mit hervorragendem Service! - Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht und unglaublich freundlich! Auf der sehr schön eingerichteten Terrasse gibt es nicht nur ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, sondern man kann dort auch wunderbar in Ruhe Zeit verbringen. Die Lage ist ideal, um die bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen und trotzdem schön ruhig.

- Yanick (10/5): Magnifique riad pour un séjour de rêve! - Tout. Magnifique riad situé parfaitement au centre. Très grande chambre joliment décorée . Personnel très sympathique. Excellent petit déjeuner. Il est juste un peu compliqué d’y accéder en voiture.
