• Jacopo (8/5): Ottima posizione, appartamento pulito - Ottima posizione a metà strada tra verona ed il lago di garda Uno strano odore nell’appartamento: sembrava puzzo di fumo di sigaretta un po’ impregnato nell’intero appartamento. Comunque niente di particolarmente fastidioso
• Sabrina (7/5): - Appartamento carino subito alle porte di Verona Divano letto (che viene dato come seconda camera) noi eravamo in 4, SCOMODISSIMO E CIGOLANTE. Impossibile dormirci bene. Ci siamo svegliati praticamente di continuo a causa del cigolio inevitabile e con mal di schiena perché é un divano letto con materassino minimal dove non si dorme bene. Quindi o abbassa il prezzo o mette un divano letto che può equivalere ad un letto normale. La doccia aveva un lato sganciato abbiamo dovuto forzare per chiuderla. Ci sono delle tende oscuranti che non si aprono quindi rimangono sempre giù e non passa la luce nemmeno di giorno. Per avere la luce del giorno abbiamo tolto una tenda dalla finestra del soggiorno.

• Khalid (1/5): الموقع سيء خارج المدينة والأبواب غير آمنة والمسؤولة عن الشقة غير محترمة وعاملة النظافة لطيفة - لا شيء إلا عاملة التنظيف كانت لطيفة ومؤدبة الموقع سيء غير مريح في محطة خارج المدينة بقيمة عالية جدا مقارنة بالموقع الحمام سيء باب الشرفة ليس محمي بمعنى لا يوجد له قفل وباب الشقة لا يوجد له قفل الساعة العاشرة صباحا جاءت المسؤولة عن الشقة أو صاحبة الشقة وتحدثت بكلام كثير بلهجة ركيكة وقالت يجب عليك الخروج الان وبدأت في التهديد دون احترام او تقدير لوجود عائلة

• Büsra (7/5): Good alternative to a stay in the city - The place was very clean. Communication with the staff was very friendly and easy. By car, you can quickly get to a nearby supermarket and Verona city center. Everything inside is exactly as it is shown in the pictures on here. All the amenities/appliances are there. It was nice that we could prepare and cook our own food there. There was constant noise from the cars outside as well as some sort of fan blowing. The windows also let through some cold. The sofa bed was unstable and could only be used as a bed, as it would’ve broken if we tried to move it any other way.
• Adrian (1/5): De evitat - Dimensiunea apartamentului. Am ajuns la ora 21 și am găsit 3 ferestre deschise, în apartament fiind foarte frig ( afara erau 0 grade ). Încălzirea apartamentului se face cu 2 unități de AC fiind setate la max 23 grade. Mi-aș fi dorit să fie proprietarul in locul meu să doarmă în frig, fără vreo plapumă.

• Giulia (2/5): Per una notte va bene ma non molto pulito. - La posizione è il parcheggio Non era pulito, non c’era neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua ed essendo arrivati tardi non avevamo acqua, era molto sporca la cucina e il bagno e i letti erano pieni di capelli.

• Alessandro (8/5): - The location is convenient, and the availability of a car park directly in front of the property is a valuable feature. Additionally, having a bar adjacent to the property is very practical, providing an easy option for a quick breakfast in the morning. The sofa bed definitely needs to be replaced. It squeaks excessively with even the slightest movement, including simply breathing (yes, it’s that bad!!!!)

• Martina (9/5): Peccato il soggiorno breve .. si starebbe comodamente anche per più giorni .. è proprio una casa attrezzata - Pulizia, posizione, posto auto, facilità check in e out, lavatrice a disposizione. Prodotti per la pulizia già in appartamento. Servirebbe una mensolina o un piccolo comodino a fianco al letto.

• Aleksei (4/5): Terrible attitude towards guests - Bed linen and towels were very clean, and there were plenty of them. There was a lot of free parking space available. The warm towel dryer was also very convenient. WiFi was terrible. One of the three guests in our group couldn’t connect at all. The AC produced a strange smell when turned on. Ventilation in the toilet wasn’t working (if it even exists), which made things really awkward after use. The hotel is located right on the road, so if you can’t sleep with noise, you face a tough choice: either deal with the AC’s smell or sweat with the windows closed. Overall, it felt like they were cutting corners on guest comfort. There was only one roll of toilet paper for three of us, and just three coffee pods (they claimed they couldn’t provide more due to “the law”—what law???). They even threatened to charge guests for not sorting trash into five categories, yet only provided one trash bag. The furniture was in very poor condition: there was a broken chair (my pregnant wife almost fell!), plus a creaky bed and sofa. On top of that, the host was very unresponsive—we waited an average of 15 hours for replies on Booking.

Chek-in/chek-out facili e autonomi Sistemazione per 5 persone un pò sacrificato (3 persone a dormire in cucina/soggiorno un pò scomodo) ma per 2/3 notti come appoggio è andata comunque bene. Sicuramente non comodo per soggiorno più lungo

• Cengiz (2/5): Very Bad - Unfortunately, we had a very, very bad experience. We had to leave early after staying only one night because of a very disturbing smell and noise. Also, the cleanliness was very poor — there were belongings from the previous guest, as you can see in the photo. When we informed the reception, the management’s response was that they are very good in terms of price and service, and that the smell is a personal issue. For the dirtiness, they only apologized. However, they did not give any refund or show any goodwill. I also wrote to Booking support about this situation, but they did not respond. You can also consider this review as giving negative feedback to Booking’s support as well.
