- Daniel E (10/5): Rivieran - Perfekt läge vid gamla hamnen i St Raphael mitt i allt och nära massor av bra restauranger, stranden, affärer och flera parkeringsgarage. Hotellet är relativt ny och väldigt fräscht. Trevliga, och hjälpsamma personal. Stor, bekväm säng och en felfungerande, inställningbar av i rummen. Inget att klaga på och vi hade en fantastisk vecka här.

- Helene (2/5): - Unfortunately our 3 nights stay was a nightmare! No hot water, cold shower during 3 days. No restful sleep because of a bad smell in the shower and water dripping from the light on the ceiling (talk about safety there!). All in all we left this hotel discouraged and tired. I will not recommend it until they fix all their issues.

Só tem dois lugares em frente ao hotel bloqueados por barreira só para carga e descarga o estacionamento disponível é nas ruas da região ou parques de estacionamento públicos . O elevador estava avariado , a janela do nosso quarto dava para saídas de exaustores de restaurantes ao lado , copos de vinho e chávenas de café não havia dois iguais , máquina de café na kichnette que só funciona com cápsulas industriais e quem os se compram em lado nenhum . A limpeza e o conforto da cama são os factores positivos !

- Verified traveler (8/5): Plutôt pas mal - Accueil du personnel top, au petit soin, par contre la chambre n'était pas au rendez-vous. Au premier abord elle est très mignonne mais la nuit tombée, le néon d'en face bleu éclaire toute la pièce malgré les rideaux fermés. La chambre est très mal isolée, pendant tout le séjour notre voisin ronflait très fort...Et pour finir très mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain. Hormis tout ça, c'était agréable, à proximité de tout
- Verified traveler (6/5): Small room and poor aircon - We’ve stayed here 3 times now. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the location is excellent for the beach and the station. However the room wasn’t as nice this year, the reduced height in the quad room from sloping ceiling makes the room feel cramped and the aircon is not efficient. Unfortunately the safe in our room didn’t work and the staff weren’t able to resolve. I would consider staying again but not in a quad room.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Unique Hotel - A small hotel that is clean, comfortable , functional and well located. Really good service from the reception/breakfast staff. However, this is 3 - 3.5 star not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are pretty cramped, there are not really any of the additional touches you get with a 4 star. Breakfast is fresh but limited in its variety. It worked well for me as I was travelling for business.

Cependant, mes couvertures sur le lit et les rideaux étaient tachés et un couteau traînait dans la douche… trop étrange. Mais, le reste du séjour fût fabuleux. Le personnel était très dur.

En revanche stationnement compliqué alors que hors saison et chambre mal insonorisée ( outre les conversations, les ronflements de la chambre du voisin sont très désagréables…)

- Gianna (8/5): Gut gelegen - Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, zentral und in wenigen Minuten erreicht man den Strand. Das Personen ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nach Absprache war ein später Check-in kein Problem. Der einzige Minuspunkt war die Sauberkeit des Bades. Die unteren Kanten in der Duschkabine müsste man besser schrubben.

Viennoiseries fraîches, jus pressé, large choix de confiture, fruits frais coupés. Bref rien à redire, nous reviendrons !

- Bart (10/5): Prima verblijf op zeer goede lokatie! - Zeer net en vrij nieuw appartement. Netjes en schoon. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ligging is op minder dan 5 minuten lopen van zowel het strand van Frejus als St Raphael. Prima locatie!

- Douchka (10/5): Nice Hotel - Hotel was not on the boulevard which meant it was quiet. Rooms were well designed and very modern. It is not a super fancy hotel but more real French and very pleasant. It is around the corner from the boulevard. Many good restaurants are within 3 minute walking. Manager was great and very well organized.
- Alison (10/5): Top quality fittings and wonderful host - This is a small but high class hotel. Fixtures and fitting were of extremely high quality and the manager could not do enough for us. He was charming, helpful and knowledgeable and I wish his hotel much success in the future. Location just away from the marina meant this was close enough to all the activity without being too loud - everything was in walking distance.
- Claudiu (10/5): Clean, modern, close to the beach and restaurants - We had a triple room 4th floor, comfy beds, good wifi, good quality shower gel and liquid soap, great water pressure, nice fluffy very large towels and clean sheets, good lighting throughout the room, good enough in the bathroom for shaving. The shower door allows leaks though so be careful, I almost flooded the hall. Fridge is tiny, TINY. maybe 2 small water bottles. no freezer. this was one of the amenities we really need when we travel with our nut-allergic kid, same reason we almost never try the hotel breakfast, so that's a minus. air con works very well and the decor is very modern. We had several mosquitoes in the room but none of them attacked us, they must have been males :). Bathroom needs more hooks for the towels, especially in a triple room, and at the entrance I could see some space for a line of hooks, but there are plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. Safe is also small, not sized for a laptop, but I left an ipad and laptop in our luggage and nobody touched them. The hotel is literally around the corner from the beach and from plenty of restaurants, the staff recommendations did not work for us, but we managed. last thing, the elevator feels the need to talk, with a funny female voice. enjoy your stay, we sure did. tip: Free parking 2 blocks away on blvd de Provence, (forego for the 10 euro parking spot they offer), it's the same distance (although dropping off luggage was not easy, the street is narrow and the only loading parking spot was taken).
