Hjälpte även till att göra vår dotters födelsedag speciell. Underbart god frukost. Bra och fint inrett familjerum. Läget lite avsides. I rummet saknade vi krokar, fler galgar, bättre belysning och diskmedel för att kunna diska för hand.

Wir hatten das Apartment Nr. 34 im dritten Stock mit Fenstern nach zwei Seiten - toller Blick und sehr schön eingerichtet! Wir hatten das Frühstück dazu gebucht, das sehr lecker war.

Tem recepção de 9h às 20 h então bom para o check-in. O João e o Pedro foram muito gentis. As janelas são grossas com pouco ruído da rua. Cozinha bem equipada Tem serviço de quarto mas falharam um dia. A troca de toalha era feita de 3/3 dias. Não foi feita. Tive que pedir. O apartamento era muito na entrada os demais hóspedes conversavam muito na nossa porta( talvez pedir silêncio.) A localização é um pouco longe ( 15 min a pé do chiado e bairro alto. Então se vc quiser descer para um bar fica mais complicado Mas o saldo de tudo é positivo. A amabilidade do Pedro compensou. A cama é meio macia

Booked a private tour of Cascais and Sintra with the hotel. Joao was great 👍 The twin bedroom was a bit small but we managed.

Alles ist aber noch völlig im Rahmen. Eventuell könnte bei den Bettdecken leichteres oder atmungsaktiveres Material angeboten werden (persönliches Empfinden)
• 169wail (10/5): Great stay of 3 nights. Thanks Joao for taking us to Cascais and Sintra - Great apartment for 4 adults. The twin bedroom was a bit on the small side with 2 lads over 6ft tall but it was ok. We had a short stay of 3 nights so it was fine. Lovely little kitchenette with fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher. Also, kettle and toaster. Located in a fairly quiet area but shops and restaurants were only a few mins walk away (less than 5 mins to the nearest). We took an uber to the main bar areas and walked back. Took less than 30 mins with stopping to take pics 😅 Ovr

• Coranize (9/5): - L'appartement spacieux et décoré avec goût, l'amabilité du personnel, le petit-déjeuner déjeuner excellent et l'emplacement qui permet de rayonner à pied dans le centre-ville L'appartement N°5 est situé au niveau de la rue et on entend beaucoup la circulation ainsi qu'une plaque d'égout qui claque à chaque passage de véhicule. Mais pas de quoi gâcher le séjour !

• Nuno (8/5): Estadia confortável, com quarto espaçoso e acolhedor, embora marcada por um episódio pontual de aten - O que mais gostei foi a dimensão do quarto e o seu conforto. O espaço era amplo, bem organizado e proporcionou uma estadia muito agradável e relaxante. A cama era bastante confortável, o que contribuiu para um ótimo descanso. O que menos gostei foi o atendimento pouco cuidado por parte de uma das funcionárias. Compreendo que possa não estar num bom dia, mas esse tipo de situação acaba por impactar a experiência. Houve um momento em que solicitei um café e fui informado de que já não era possível servir, mas, pouco depois, vi outro cliente ser atendido com o mesmo pedido, o que gerou alguma estranheza.
• Nadine (9/5): - Der Aufenthalt war total super. Unser Apartment war ganz oben, sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Personal auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hotel ist zentral gelegen und man kann gut zu Fuß vieles erkunden. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind auch nah dran. Wir haben jedoch ein uber genommen, wenn wir nicht zu Fuß mal gelaufen sind. Das einzige war etwas die Lage, es ist draußen schon relativ laut weil viel Verkehr da ist, was man oben im Apartment jedoch nicht so mitbekommen hat. Abends laufen in einigen Straßen nah am Hotel etwas merkwürdige Leute rum. Es ist nie was passiert oder gefährlich gewesen, aber allein als Frau hätte ich mich schon etwas unsicher abends gefühlt. Da kann das Hotel aber nichts für. Wenn man zu zweit ist oder mehrere Leute seh ich es auch als kein Problem an.

• Nicolescu (10/5): Good hotel close to Lisbon center - This is a very comfortable and cute small hotel close to the center of Lisbon. The staff is very kind and helpful, the rooms are good sized, modern and comfortable, breakfast although not a buffet-style is truly delicious. We would deffinitely stay here again. Maybe the towels could have been changed more often. And the Martim Moniz area is unfortunately full of homeless people and doesn't feel very safe to walk alone after dusk.

Helped us arrange a 2,5 hours city tour, and we did also an 8 hours whole day trip to Cascais and Sintra, visiting 2 fantastic castles to mention some. Thank you João de Mello 🥰

• jamesdS5783PU (2/5): Terrible - Absolutely atrocious. Completely incompetent, unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. The hotel was ‘OK’ but far from good. After spending a weekend with my wife I returned home half an hour away to realise I had left my wash bag. I called the hotel first thing and they advised that they had found my wash bag, and taken the genius measure to dispose of it. Total contents roughly €300. After asking what on earth led them to make this decision and why I was not contacted, and after many messages, the situation was eventually escalated to I assume the owner who has not accepted responsibility and issued nothing in the way of compensation. Not even a discount! Unbelievably terrible customer service. I have never experienced such complete ignorance and bad customer service in all my stays at hotels over the last 40 years. Pathetic

Başka bir eksik konu resepsiyon yok tesiste. Ön kapının içinde başka bir kapı daha var onu açıp içeri giremiyorsunuz.Zile basıp birinin gelmesini bekliyorsunuz.Otel gibi gözüküyor ama bu tesis bir apart aslında. Ayrıca artık oteller şunu öğrenmeli bence 2 tane tek kişilik yatak 1 tane çift kişilik yatak olmuyor.Uyurken döndüğünüzde yatakların arası açılıyor boşluğa düşüyor bacağınız...

• AKÇAY (7/5): - Öncelikle odamız her gün temizlendi,odada her şey çok iyiydi.Ve fakat odamıza 1 saat erken geldik. Bu nedenle 25 Euro talep edildi. Ayrıca dış bina kapısı dahil 3 kişilik odaya tek kart verildi. Yani bir kişi odadayken diğerleri dışarı çıkıp girmekte problem yaşadık. 2. Kartı istediğimizde ise sadece dış bina kapısını açan kart verildi. Yine odadaki kişi uyuyorsa odaya giremiyorsunuz. Sabah kahvaltı için 3 masa var, rezervasyon yoksa kahvaltı yapamazsınız. Fiyatlarda çok yüksek. Otele varış için çok dik bir yokuş var, çocuklu ve orta yaşlılara önermem.
