• jdeperry (10/5): Wonderful 2-day stay - Wonderful place, quiet, very cosy and high standard accommodation, the pool area is very nice and surrounded by tropical vegetation, Nice breakfast and dinner there. We tried the Bali massage in the SPA and it was great. They gave us a ticket to go explore the beach nearby. We went by Scooter. Having a scooter is recommended for this area but in case you don t have, they also organise shuttle 3 times a day to take you to the beach Nothing.. Maybe just the welcome drink hehe, a fresh fruit juice or a cold tea is nicer than powder and water but I may be difficult with drinks :)

The pictures oversold the how the rooms were in reality. From what you see to what you get everything needed a repair, touch up, or replacement. Staying in the villa many little items needed repairs to be the quality they advertise.

• Wanxin (10/5): Good experience! - Had a really lovely stay overall! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with welcome drinks, helped with our luggage, and everyone was always smiling and happy to help. The room itself was very clean, cosy, and comfortable, and considering the price, the value for money was honestly excellent. The only downside was the private pool. During my stay, it didn’t seem to get cleaned regularly, so there were quite a lot of leaves and bugs floating on the surface most of the time. The water was only changed on the last morning before checkout.
• Andrea (10/5): The Bali Dream Hotel - We have been travelling around Asia for almost 4 months, tried many hotels and resorts but nowhere we felt so comfortable and welcomed like in Puri Pandawa Resort. The place is beautiful, the food is delicious, the rooms are big and very clean.. but the best part of it is the staff.. everyone is incredibly friendly and kind, from the receptionist to the gardeners. Thank you guys, you made our stay incredible!! We just came back in Italy and we miss you already! You are going a fantastic job!!! Absolutely Nothing

• Benjamin (10/5): Jederzeit wieder! - Das Hotel ist eine kleine Oase mitten im nirgendwo. Mit einem Taxi kamen wir aber unkompliziert überall hin. Der Pool war perfekt für unser 10monatiges Baby, da ein großer Bereich nur 50 Zentimeter tief ist und ab 14:30 Uhr der Pool voll im Schatten liegt. Das Frühstück hat uns jeden Morgen begeistert. Besonders die Dragon Smoothie können wir empfehlen! Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hat uns den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht! Auch die Massage im obersten Stock mit offenen Fenstern und somit an der frischen Luft war toll! -

Food at the restaurant was pretty good and decently priced. Wifi and cell reception wasn’t great, pretty much only get a decent connection at the lobby/restaurant area.

All staff from front office through to the gardener are extremely friendly and endeavour to make your stay memorable.Great choice of meals from breakfast through to dinner. Free transport to Timbis Beach club at Pandawa beach. I would have no hesitation in recommending Puri Pandawa resort

The staff, the cleanliness, the wifi connection, the location - nothing was good about this place. I really regret booking this hotel.

• Jose David (10/5): Exceptional staff and a very comfortable stay - We absolutely loved the staff. People in Bali are generally kind, but here they were on another level. Exceptionally friendly, warm, and at the same time very professional. You truly feel taken care of. The room felt brand new, as if it had been recently built. Everything was in perfect condition, the air conditioning was new and powerful, and the internet in the room worked very well. Housekeeping was impressively efficient. As soon as they noticed you were having breakfast, they would clean the room without you even needing to ask. The pool area is beautiful with pleasant views, although you can see some buildings under construction in the distance. The beach is very close, around 5 minutes by motorbike. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to and from the beach, which was fantastic for us as we were traveling as a family with our three-year-old son. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. We had breakfast included, and it was abundant and varied, honestly better than most of the nine places we stayed at in Bali during this trip. Overall, a fantastic stay with outstanding service. There’s honestly nothing negative to say about the property itself. If anything, the only small point to note is that there aren’t many shops or restaurants within walking distance nearby. That said, this was never really an issue for us. You can eat very well at the hotel, and the beach area offers plenty of dining options as well, easily reachable with the shuttle or a short ride.

• Caelyn (10/5): I really enjoyed my stay. It was more peaceful and relaxing. - It looks exactly like the pictures. It has a very nice view. The food was amazing The location isn’t ideal. It’s far from the main part but nothing wrong with the property itself as I loved to stay there. It is more quiet and more relaxing which is ideal for a lot of people also.
• James (9/5): - Lovely resort with absolutely super staff. Very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and very reasonably priced. The regular shuttle to the beach was great and we used it regularly. The gardens around the villas are beautiful. No complaints but one suggestion! It would be nice if they had a better drinks selection. Some Aussie wines and a sparkling wine, and some cocktails please.. However we regularly took the shuttle to Timbis Beach Club which was lovely and had a good menu and drinks options.

• Vladyslav (3/5): Be careful - The hotel itself is generally clean and the rooms are decent. The territory is nice, there is a swimming pool, and breakfast is acceptable. However, the building is clearly older — there are visible signs of humidity and peeling paint on the walls. It looks like some cosmetic renovations were attempted, but the property still feels outdated in certain areas. The biggest issue is security. During my stay, my passports and money went missing from my room. This was an extremely serious and stressful situation. There appears to be very limited security at the property. There is only one camera in the lobby, and no visible cameras in the corridors or near the rooms. Security presence is minimal, and there does not seem to be proper monitoring of access to guest areas. I cannot determine who was responsible, but losing important documents and money while staying at a hotel is unacceptable. For international travelers especially, safety should be a top priority. Because of this incident, my overall impression became very negative despite the otherwise decent facilities.

They were excellent at communicating before, during and after the stay on so many details (I.e breakfast last call 30 mins belfry or closed!) and helped with drivers, tips - everything. The restaurant staff just as good an so friendly and happy Thanks so much all the staff at the report ! If I had to pick anything - perhaps just a bit of a refresh of the shower room to make it modern so the products are in shower and not by sink… but that’s it! Otherwise very great stay

• Magali (7/5): - Navettes de l’hôtel pour se rendre à la plage, bons petit déjeuner et restaurant Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur jardin, nous donnions sur la rue. L’hôtel est assez isolé.

• Paul (10/5): A very relaxing stay in a very nice place - I arrived early but that was ok, I could sit by the pool for a bit and have a drink whilst they got the room ready (only about 30 mins wait and was still in the room earlier than planned…they also upgraded me free of charge to my own private villa, with my own pool which was very nice) I didn’t eat at the Pandawa so I can’t comment on the food, but the place is very nice (there was some building works going on but I couldn’t hear it…lots of jungle noises instead which was good The staff were also very nice and the place itself is very clean Would definitely stay here again Nothing

• Lukas (10/5): Pelayanan luar biasa saya akan menginap disini lagi - kamar bersih, lingkungan bagus dan staff ramah dan mau membantu apapun. semua yang diperlukan akan dibantu oleh staff. makanan juga enak dan kita bisa pergi ke pantai pandawa gratis akses masuk dan pengantaran. Sedikit jauh dari kota tetapi sangat mudah mendapatkan taksi yang disedikan dari hotel ataupun pesan online
