Pool with waterfall was beautiful. There was a lady on staff who consistently asked us if we would like massage whenever we saw her. Staying within accommodation it would have been nice to not have had to deal with this. There was no ventilation for the downstairs bathroom. Somehow mosquitoes kept getting inside, and we found if the doors weren't lined up perfectly then there was a 1cm gap on the side they could get in through

Водитель Роби ‪+62 878‑6091‑5783‬ очень внимательный, тоже старался во всем угодить. Мы с ним также поехали потом на 2 экскурсии. А потом он нас отвез в Куту. Все было супер 👍 цены не завышает!

The room itself is truly outstanding – beautifully designed, extremely clean, and incredibly peaceful. Everything feels high-quality and thoughtfully arranged. The air conditioning works perfectly, which makes a big difference in the tropical climate. The bathroom is also stunning – very stylish, modern, and well maintained. One of the absolute highlights is the breathtaking ocean view. Waking up to that panorama every day is simply unforgettable. The pool deserves special mention – it is absolutely incredible. The infinity design overlooking the sea creates a unique atmosphere that is hard to describe. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff made our stay even more special. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, but a special thank you goes to Kadek. He was extremely helpful and attentive – he organized a scooter for us immediately, and our laundry service was handled quickly and flawlessly. His support really enhanced our experience. Overall, this place is something truly special. If you are looking for a peaceful, high-quality stay with stunning views and excellent service, Onlyou Villa is the perfect choice.
• Kimberly (8/5): Great views! - Loved having a private pool and view of the ocean! Room itself was clean and comfortable. The slight opening in the bathroom was an area for mosquitos and spiders to get it. The outdoor kitchen was an area for lots of ants. However, this being a tropical climate, understand it's difficult to control. It was in a nice area but still far from any action, would need to rent a scooter to get anywhere, which we weren't interested in doing as we had seen some pretty bad accidents with people on scooters!

Район Амед превзошел все ожидания: тихо, чисто, спокойно, идеальное место для отдыха от городской суеты. А рядом нашли настоящую жемчужину — Gusto Resto. Стейк из тунца — это нечто! Такой вкусной рыбы мы давно не пробовали, да ещё и по очень приятным ценам. Атмосфера там невероятно уютная, хочется возвращаться снова и снова. Если ищете место для идеального отдыха, Onlyou Villas и Амед — точно для вас! -

• Finn (9/5): Fabulous and relaxing - Lovely staff, great location with great restaurants ( warungs) only a short walk away. Lips h beach is walking distance too. Bed is one of the comfiest in Bali. We really enjoyed relaxing looking at the ocean and pool. Only comment would be that the shampoo provided isn’t the best so would recommend you bring your own.

Sur Booking toutes les photos sont mélangées donc j'ai trouvé difficile de si retrouver. Nous avions l'appart avec 2 chambres en front de mer et la vue était splendide ! La piscine est grande, chaude, des transats à disposition ainsi qu'un billard. Nous avons apprécié le calme et l'espace extérieur. Le manque d'intimité avec l'appartement d'a côté. Le jaccuzi qui ne fonctionnait pas.

People are very kind we highly recommend. The big house is shared in two villas so you will have to share the big pool and the terrace.

Breakfast (not included) delivered right to villa which was lovely. Walking distance to several good restaurants and even to Lipah Beach for excellent snorkeling off of sand beach. No sidewalks so need to take care when walking. Minor things but letting others know before they reserve. Would have liked a location to hang up clothes in the upstairs bedroom (there was a drying rack for wet clothes outside). Also the bathroom for upper room was outside requiring going up and down stairs to access. Not ideal if needing to use in middle of the night.

• Kate (9/5): Beautiful spot with lovely sea view and waves lapping at the shore. - Beautifully clean, wonderful ocean view. Lots of lovely places to sit and relax, even a roof top jacuzzi! A guest from last week had lost the white ball from the pool table! (Not the hotel’s fault). But, we were here for a short weekend and it is self catering with no hotel restaurant or food provision at all. Beautiful for a longer stay but not ideal for a short weekend when we were mostly out snorkelling and diving!

Nice warung at the top of the driveway We had a kind of duplex with the infinity pool type villa , the pool is shared with the other side of the villa / there’s a common wall but it’s private inside . Kind of feels a bit awkward when the guests in the other side are also using the pool as the pool is located more in front of the other side

• Niklas (9/5): - Die Unterkunft war gepflegt angelegt mit direktem Weg zum Strand. Der eigene Pool hatte die perfekte Temperatur. Das Personal war ebenfalls zuvorkommend. Aktuell wird die komplette Straße in Amed neu gemacht, sodass die Stadt fast eine komplette Baustelle ist. Am Hotel hat man davon jedoch zum Glück nichts mitbekommen.

• Richard (10/5): Way beyond our already high expectations. - From the moment the very pleasant guy on reception opened the front door we were absolutely amazed by what we saw. It was like having our very own Balinese mansion for the next four nights. The property backed right onto the sea, where there was the most beautiful coral garden with loads of marine life. So much is included in the house and grounds that we didn’t get to use a lot of it, but we much appreciated the 6 spacious double bedrooms, some with their own private lounge area and semi-outdoor shower rooms. Upstairs is a large balcony area with a small pool, and in the garden a lovely swimming pool with an infinity view over the sea. The other pool is a pool table, in its own semi-open building in the garden. Much fun was had there with a beer and food. The garden area also has beautiful murals, furniture and planting. Inside the house there are more murals, a fish pond which extends out into the garden, and wonderfully ornate carved wooden panels. The staff are fantastic, and willing to help with any request. We loved our time here, and appreciated the relaxed lifestyle of the property and the area. Could easily spend a very happy month here! 😊 Leaving!
• Léna (9/5): Merveilleuse villa avec piscine - La maison est fait tout simplement magnifique, la piscine n’en parlons pas ! Des salles de bains immenses, une cuisine équipée, une fontaine d’eau… le tout avec un petit jardin à disposition et une piscine privée ! Amed et ses environs n’est pas du tout agréable. Les rues sont toutes en travaux, c’est très dangereux de circuler à pied et tout doit être fait à pied, donc… pas évident ! Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas le petit déjeuner inclus, celui proposé par le restaurant du dessus est cher par rapport à ce qu’il y a et servi beaucoup trop tôt (max 8:15!). Dommage que nous n’ayons pas une plus belle vue depuis la chambre et la terrasse pour déjeuner…
• christophe (10/5): Excellent endroit pour résider loin du tourisme de masse, et dans un confort absolu. - Villa à l'état de neuf, les meilleurs lits de l'île, et une propreté absolue. Les petits jardins sont féériques et entretenus en continu. La vue sur la mer est splendide de chacune des deux villas que nous avons eues. La Lipah beach est à 5 minutes à pied. Pas de petit déjeuner inclu. le Warung adjacent en propose presque tous les jours, selon leur humeur, et les livre dans les villas à condition d'être matinal.

The view is quite nice, and the private pool is very enjoyable. The staff was very kind. The scuba diving school associated to the hotel is superb. The nearby beach may not be the best place to enjoy a swim.
• Lesley (10/5): Exceptional - We just loved staying in this gorgeous newly renovated villa for 8 nights. The sea views out across the other villas are to die for. The pool and outdoor patio areas were hard to tear ourselves away from. We organised transfers and scooter hire through the complex, with nothing any trouble. The location was perfect for us, out of the main area and easy to get around with a scooter. The warung (restaurant) attached to the complex can easily arrange breakfasts and is also a great place to dine. Our other favourite dining spot was Galanga. We're definitely returning to Amed!
• Defne (10/5): 10/10 experience, would come here again. - Perfect location, beautiful ocean view. The staff were very friendly. Everything was very clean and the staff asked if we needed things cleaned every day. They were very helpful in organising an airport pickup and drop off for us.

• Yagmur (4/5): Smells moldy, good view, helpful staff - The view is very nice from the second floor and the staff is coordinating, helpful. When we had a problem with the place, they helped us to move in another place. Unfortunately the place smells moldy and after the first night we couldn’t stay. We had a very disturbing sleep. Even tho we opened the doors and the windows and the AC was constantly on, the smell was there. We were in Amed only for two days. We had to change our place in our short trip. It was time and energy consuming.
• Rebecca (7/5): Beautiful villa in a beautiful location but could do with some upgrades - Amazing location and fantastic villa with so much space. Walking distance to a great beach for snorkelling. Beautiful pool and so much outdoor places to sit and soak up the sea. The kitchen didn’t have everything that you would expect. We had to ask for wine glasses and tea towels. Luckily there were lots of great restaurants close to the villa. On our first day my 6 year old son noticed a man IN OUR HOUSE!!! He came in, saw my son and turned and walked out again. We also had 2 men walking into the garden which was meant to be private. When we told the staff, they didn’t know who they were. To say we felt unsafe was an understatement, especially with 2 young kids.

• Liz (5/5): Lots of small letdowns - this could be a beautiful place to stay. - Lovely to listen to the waves, and one of the few villas I found with bedrooms connected to the living room, rather than accessed through a garden courtyard. The pool is clean and very deep at one end. The food from the Warung at the top of the hill is good and was delivered to the villa at the time we asked for. One day a boat picked us up from the shore below the villa which was great. Snorkelling off the shore was also good, though there is heavy boat traffic at times. The two upstairs bedrooms have no doors so sound travels freely up each set of stairs from the living room/bedroom below. The driveway is incredibly steep and cars cannot access the Villa (except the boss’s car, that one is allowed) so you’re climbing the hill to leave each time. Upstairs ACs are not strong enough to cool the bedrooms during the day and all the AC was off when we arrived. No fans. There is an open dirty fishpond in the (inside) living room. The spa baths in the upstairs bedrooms and the upstairs outdoor spa didn’t work. There was no hot water in the kitchen. There’s no microwave so warming leftovers is challenging. Ordering a car takes 24 hours notice, so you need to plan your outings well in advance or walk. I took this as a message that they would prefer we organise our own car rather than asking. There is no beach, only boulders on the shore.

• Sze-en (10/5): Lush beachfront villa perfect for large group - We were here in July as a family group of 10, including 4 children between 4-7yo. We stayed at the big villa down by the water for a week and absolutely loved it. The place accommodated us perfectly. Wayan and his term were incredible hosts, and it was super easy communicating with Wayan via Whatsapp - from organising airport transport before we arrived, to laundry, to shuttles, to breakfast. The villa itself is beautiful, better than the photos. The kids enjoyed the pool A LOT (a little deep so swim vests recommended for little kids). The adults were able to do some swimming/snorkelling off the rocky beach. If you stay here, you'll fall asleep to the sound of the ocean in the super comfortable beds! We loved the outdoor showers. Breakfast can be ordered from the warung at the top of the drive, making for very leisurely mornings, or you can stroll down to Lipah in 10 mins if you wish. Epic massage place around the corner, as well as some delicious local warungs. Supermarket and pharmacy also within a couple of minutes walk. Wayan helped shuttle us into Amed when the truck was available, or organised local drivers. Cannot recommend this place enough! Small note for accessibility - the big villa is down a steep driveway.
• Keith (9/5): Lovely villas for a base in eastern Bali - would stay here again - Six of us shared 2 villas with our own dedicated pool for just those 2 villas. It was a perfect arrangement. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't included, but we could order from the adjacent restaurant, and they would deliver it to us and clean up the dishes afterwards.

• Zaneta (9/5): Superb - A spacious villa with amazing views. Very clean with daily cleaning service. Comfy beds with mosquito nets that do their job. The pool was also great with warm water and again, amazing views. Friendly staff. I would suggest to install some kind of curtain in the outdoor bathroom, in front of the WC. Everytime I needed to use it, I wasn't confident that no one can see me (as there are other villas located above). Even if that wasn't the case, a curtain would be great for the peace of mind. I was also missing a safe.

• Gayle (9/5): Beautiful stay at Onlyou villa - We loved the villa itself, such a lovely spot and enjoyed breakfast on the balcony with ocean view.The private pool was so so great.So many pluses to this place.The staff were always there to help with a friendly face.They even presented me with a Birthday cake and candles, I was overjoyed! The only improvement I can say that it needs is a much bigger air conditioner upstairs in the main bedroom, it seemed a bit too warm considering the size of the room perhaps.
• Iva (9/5): Superb - Very nice villa with swimming pool, very clean, kitchen available, restaurants very close. Staff very friendly and supportive, very often asking if we need something. Beach with black sand and nice snorkling opportunities. No problem to order massage or trips. There is no beach, possible to go to the sea, but almost not possible to swim. Staff inform us about it, beach is not far, aprox 450 m.

Private pool, ocean view, large comfy bed, $12 aud massages, cleanliness, outdoor bathroom, and proximity to warungs. Nothing that we did not like!
• Dewi (7/5): Very nice if you want some privacy 👍🏻 - Very nice sea view, lovely private pool & good wifi. Nice & helpful people. A lot of musqito’s in the bedroom, musqito net wasn’t working that good. Also a very bad smell in the master bedroom. We decide to sleep downstairs in the smaller bed.
