Très proche de la gare et idéal pour aller visiter les 5Terre. Quartier bruyant la nuit (forte circulation auto et train). Le WC situé dans la salle de bain rend le confort compliqué à 8 personnes. La literie est un peu molle.

Le logement n'est pas du tout compatible avec un accueil de 9 personnes, 6 max.une seule salle de bain avec toilette non séparé très insuffisant pour un groupe de 9 personnes. il y a du mobilier de jardin mais inutilisable ,les tabourets sont tous cassés ou très peu stable.Balcon très petits où l'on tient a deux debout . table de cuisine pour 6 personnes max et peu stable . poignée du lave vaisselle cassée pas pratique du tout.Chaises du jardin très vétustes pour compléter. la douche a l'italienne coule très peu et met très longtemps a chauffer ( très peu écologique),plus d'eau chaude au bout de deux douches . c'est un logement très bien pour 6 personnes max mais pas pour 9 . canapé lit du salon très inconfortable.

Le lamapadine molte non funzionano …. Un armadio con vetro rotto … che anche se segnalato con un foglio …. Però può essere pericoloso se si soggiorna non bambino

L’appartamento in cui eravamo era grande ma non molto confortevole per un gruppo di 9 persone, troppi divani letto (di cui uno ad una piazza e mezzo). La casa era fredda ed essendo capitati in un periodo di freddo improvviso la cosa si è fatta sentire particolarmentre. L’acqua della doccia scorreva molto piano e non era molto calda. Una porta scorrevole in vetro era infranta, non molto sicura.

• Maria (10/5): Convenient location and pleasant stay. - Host was very nice, great communication at all times and helpful. Apartment was very well located at just a few blocks to the main train station. Area was quiet and there were many stores, supermarkets, restaurants (highly recommend Bella Napoli pizzeria trattoria on Via Antonio Gramsci, 175/177, 19122 La Spezia SP, Italy: delicious food and great service), etc at walking distance and we felt safe at all times. Apartment was spotless clean, bed and bedding were very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice size and shower spacious and good. Would come back and definitely recommend.

It was crowded but very accessible. We love it because we got to use the kitchen and tge washer. I would recommend the place with my friends. The staff is so friendly and easy to communicate.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - D'abord, attention car il n'y a pas que des appartements dans ce logement, nous avons eu une chambre simple. La chambre etait tres proche de la gare centrale , ce qui est très bien. Par contre le parking est à 250m donc ce n'est pas très pratique pour les bagages. Le système de chauffage ne fonctionne pas, est comme bloqué et nous avons payé 10 euros de taxe de séjour au lieu de 5 euro marqués par le site de réservation hotels.

No kitchen or food service but less than a minute from a market where u can buy pretty much anything. Friendly staff and complementary coffee , tea , shampoo and conditioner 😊

There were cobwebs on the high ceiling, the sink was cracked, soap dish was broken, but all in all the Mie Stelle is way better than a chain hotel, we really felt at home.

O colchão e travesseiros não são confortáveis. Fica muito perto da estação de trem, o que facilita ir até Cinque Terre e voltar. Tem mercado próximo. Tem boa cozinha mas sem microondas.

• Romain (8/5): Correcte et très bien placé - Chambre correcte avec une salle de bain privative. Un mini frigidaire, une bouilloire et quelques tasses et verres. La climatisation ! Juste à côté de la gare, très pratique et on n'entend pas les trains. Par contre les murs entre les chambres sont très fins et laissent passer tous les bruits (même une conversation chuchotée). Compliqué quand vos voisins n'ont pas les mêmes horaires que vous.

• Marci (10/5): Super convenient, sparkling clean! - I chose this based on proximity to the train station which was a five minute walk. We had two connecting rooms, Both which were sparkling clean. We did have to pay to park our rental car, €30 for only overnight then another €30 for a few extra hours after 10 am. Parking was another five minute walk and behind a locked gate. We didn’t really have a choice in that, but it was worth the money to be near the train station. We were in Riomaggiore in about 20 minutes!

• lea (8/5): ok pour court sejour - Le logement était propre et convenait pour 4 pour une nuit (deux adultes 2 enfants) il n'y avait pas de lit bébé. la cuisine est petite tout dans un allongement étroit mais il y a un four et un mini four et plaque de cuisson et petit frigo (a part le frigo je ne me suis pas servi du reste) l'appartement n'est pas loin de la gare a pied il est facile a trouver avec le gps il y a une petite "superette" si on peut dire dans la rue il est possible d'avoir une place de parking privé payante a la journée tarif 10 euros ou 15 euros si vous choisissez parking fermé avec un toit nous a dit le gérant. l'appartement n'est par contre pas tres bien insonorisé, nous entendons le chien de la voisine aboyer, et le train. nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit et cela allait mais si vous rechercher une semaine de repos je ne sais pas si vous serez vraiment au calme la photo avec la petite table avec 2 chaises n'est pas spécifique à l'appartement elle est sur le chemin commun avec d'autres logement de l'immeuble mais il est possible d'y aller a priori (il n'ya a pas de vraie verdure ou terrasse extérieure)
• _H1495CW (2/5): Tarrible. To avoid! - Highly not recommended. Horrible object and owner with absolutely boorish behavior. For the first time in over 10 years on booking.com I want to warn against the mistake of booking this property. I booked it on the basis of proximity to the train station. 1.The condition of the facility does not match the description and photos 2.There is a locked glass door to an unknown room, in which you can hear everything. You have to be prepared for the feeling of living with some other family 3.The room is humid at ground level, converted from a garage. Only thin frosted glass separates it from the street. The feeling of safety for the family and soundproofing is nil. Sleeping as if in a tent under a bridge in an unsafe neighborhood 5.Upon arrival I just drew the attention of the owner that the number and type of beds do not correspond to the description in the booking confirmation, he got hysterical and became rude. Shouted that I should leave immediately, but after paying him the full amount. The fact that I came with children, including a small child, he was not embarrassed, shouted that it was not his problem. Then he started haggling and offered to pay him 50%. I had to explain to him in his own style that it doesn't work that way in life. I had to call booking.com support. I was ready to call the police 6.Payment was cash. I paid the full amount after the owner brought a paper receipt for payment. He felt it was important to inform me again that he wished he had never seen me again in the future. Very strange behavior considering the circumstances 7.The next morning I received a notification from booking.com that they had been notified by the owner of the property that I had not checked in and my card would be charged. Which is obviously a complete lie. Why he did this is a mystery as there is a receipt of payment, correspondence, photos 8.I don’t recommend renting a parking space at this property. There is a covered parking right next to the train station

• Verified traveler (8/5): Very good room for the price - Overall a very good experience, within walking distance of the central station. Only minor complaints are that some of the pillows had a slightly bad odour, and we could have used with some slippers. Otherwise a very good stay and well worth what we paid.

There was no website or email to contact. We were so stressed because a lot of hotels were booked up. There was no place for 6 people with kids to stay at. Thank goodness we found an Air BnB available!

• Gillian (10/5): Great location in La Spezia.... - This apartment is perfect for exploring the Cinque Terre being very close to the station. The apartment is spacious well equipped and has excellent aircon. The bed was extremely comfortable. The owner Ciro couldn't have been more helpful, although having some italian helped as his english was limited. We stayed for 3 nights which was perfect to see Cinque Terre and the town/port of La Spezia.
• ANDREA (6/5): Ruido en las noches ! - Esta muy cerca de la estación central del tren, eso es bueno si vas a la playa o a sitios cercanos, sin embargo en la noche puede ser molesto en caso de que viajen con niños o alguien con el sueño liviano. El edificio es antiguo pero el apartamento está remodelado. Para pocas muy pocas noches esta bien.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Passable - Je n'ai pas l habitude de mettre des messages négatifs mais je trouve important d'avertir les futurs clients. Les photos ne sont pas contractuelles... Odeur d'humidité vraiment pas agréable. Il n'y a aucune isolation phonique avec la chambre attenante qui est séparée d'une porte fenêtre. Vous pouvez entendre vos voisins chuchoter...ce n est n y un hotel car pas d accueil sur place n y un airbetb car rien à part 2 bols pour le petit dej. Nous avons du acheter un couteau et des cuillères. Le parking est payant 8€ par jour. Seul point positif à 5 mn de la gare.

We only used this hotel for a place to stay at nights while visiting cinque Terre. it was plenty big enough for 4 people to stay with a nice bathroom! my only complaint was the room had a really bad smell (possibly secondary to the rain) and the walls were really thin so it could be a bit loud in the middle of the night.

• Mark (10/5): - Glad we found this place! The air conditioned apartment for four people was comfortable, clean, very quiet and convenient for our visit to Cinque Terre. It is only a 10 minute walk from the central train station in La Spezia and the neighborhood is busy with people - We felt very safe walking from the train station after 23:00. The train to Riomaggiore was only 8 minutes (and included in the Cinque Terre plus Trains Pass). There are many local restaurants nearby and a Co-op supermarket a few blocks away. Free instant coffee and a very basic breakfast (toast packets and jam) were included, and there was cold water in a small refrigerator. The only minor things that were not perfect were the cracked sink in the bathroom (but it is only a cosmetic issue) and the shower temperature that was either hot or cold (but would not stay warm). Our host met us for early check-in - his English is a little hard to understand, but he is very helpful. This was a great place to stay for visiting Cinque Terre and much less expensive than staying in one of the five towns.
• CalifCanuck (10/5): Great option for Cinque Terre visit - We stayed here for one night while we spent the afternoon in Cinque Terre. We were a large family group and so booked 2 adjoining suites, which comfortably slept 4 each. The beds were very comfortable and the suites were impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. The owner allowed us to park in a gated lot just down the street and it worked out perfectly while we visited Cinque Terre. This suite is a five minute walk from the train station. The train ride was only about 10 min to Riomaggiore. The owner was very friendly and kind, communicating in some English and also using google translate. No problems whatsoever. We would stay again.
• Natasha (10/5): Great home base for a visit to Cinque Terre - Great home base to visit Cinque Terre. Comfy bed, good air conditioning. Beautiful space that lived up to the photographs. The fridge did not work, but that was not really an issue.
• VicM (8/5): Reasonable apartment, with a pleasant owner - If you want to avoid the ridiculous cost of staying in Cinque Terre and be close enough to commute to the Cinque Terre villages, then La Spezia is the perfect location. Its less than 10 minutes by train to Cinque Terre. We stayed 1 night in La Spezia & 1 night in Riomaggiore. I paid close to Euro 100 for the privilege of staying in Riomaggiore & the accommodation was very poor. The apartment is close to the train station, if arriving by bus, the bus terminal is several kilometers away and you need to either catch a taxi (if you can find one) or a local bus to the train station (check google maps to find where to catch local bus). When you arrive you will need to ring the owner to come and let you in, he is only minutes away. Not sure about parking, I could not see anything on site. We are 4 adults and the apartment we had is located in a residential complex, with no. lift. It comprised a large bedroom, a very small bedroom with 2 bunk beds (may not suit elderly people), a kitchen / living area (with cutlery / utensils, dishwasher, oven, fridge & large TV) and a reasonable bathroom. The apartment was very clean and quite comfortable. Be aware that the owners could not speak much English, but this should not be a major problem. The owner gave us a nice bottle of wine as a parting gesture. Overall a nice stay and considering the price & quality of accommodation in Cinque Terre, this was a great find. In hind site we should have stayed here both nights, rather than wasting our time in Riomaggiore.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good apartment withot the high price tag - We are a family of 4 adults, the apartment was clean and reasonably comfortable. The only issue we had with it was that the second bedroom was very small and had 2 bunk beds in it. Location was reasonably good for getting around. The owner was pleasant and gave us a bottle of wine at the end of our stay, which was a nice gesture. Compared to the hotels in Cinque Terre, the price of this hotel was excellent and a very good alternative than the hotels located in Cinque Terre. It is a few minute train ride into Cinque terre. We also stayed in Riomaggiore & paid a fortne for something no better than this apartment. If in this region again would stay in La Spezia and travel into Cinque Terre.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Very clean, comfortable beds & close to the train - I read some reviews and was nervous but my stay here was lovely. I love the way the apartment looks and it was very clean, smelled nice too! It is more like an airbnb so may suit younger travelers but no complaints about my stay! It's also near the train station which is nice since you can get to other villages quickly.

• Botak (4/5): Additional Review To My Earlier Review - On the day of check out, the owner of the "hotel" said that he didn't charge me for our stay through credit card as his machine was not functioning properly and as such we paid him in cash. Today I just received my Credit Card bill and realised that the bank billed us for the stay despite refunding it a day later. I was billed for the currency exchange through no fault of mine! Definitely won't recommend to anyone for such a disappointing experience throughout.
• David (8/5): Great apartment - Really nice apartment, newly fitted bathroom, tea coffee and minibar. You need to email the owner before arriving to arrange check in as there is no reception. This wasn't a problem as he was waiting for us when we arrived. It's really close to the train station and a 10-15 min walk to the main street which leads on to the historic centre, so very convenient. The only negative comment is the rooms are not well soundproofed so we could hear everything in the room next door, and I mean EVERYTHING! Despite that would definitely recommend it, and will book here if staying in La Spezia again
