During my stay, I encountered inconsistent exchange rates across three transactions - from fixed rates to current market rates - which created confusion about the hotel's pricing policy. I also experienced some communication challenges with one staff member that felt unnecessarily personal rather than professional. While I understand that hospitality involves mutual courtesy, the interaction became confrontational without clear cause, which detracted from the overall guest experience. Interestingly, this same staff member once provided incorrect change (significantly overpaying me), which I promptly returned to maintain transparency. On a positive note, I must commend Aiza and Madina for their consistently professional service and helpful attitude throughout my stay.

- Rahat (10/5): - Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Compliments to the chef as they make everything from scratch daily. Boorsoks (pastry) were made daily, hot and fluffy, it felt like home. Porridge was just like my grandma's, I had flashbacks of flavors. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. The room was smaller than I had expected but it was standard single room. I think I will come back just to have breakfast there. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The interior of the hotel showed some wear and tear (peeling paint on ceiling) but was clean and comfortable overall.

Вода на столе. Чайник и всё для чая и кофе в наличии.Завтрак немного слабенький. Но сыт будет каждый. Кофе не самый плохой.Свежие яичница, омлет на выбор. Рано утром приготовили нам завтрак с собой в дорогу. Спасибо. Немного интереснее сделать завтрак.

- Fabio (7/5): Ausreichende Unterkunft - Gute Lage, ausreichende Zimmergröße und Austattung, Frühstück auch gut Dusche hat mit warmen Wasser nicht wirklich funktioniert. Allgemein waren einige Sachen im Zimmer nicht ganz fest, sondern eher wacklig. All in All hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt, aber für den Preis kriegt man komfortablere Zimmer in Bishkek.

The bedding was strange with what I think was the top sheet folded up under the blanket. I didn't encounter this anywhere else un Ceteal Asia. I made up the bed as best as I could but they folded it up again for the second night

Benim gibi ilk gelecekler için güvenlik konusunda otel yol kenarında ve gecede işlek ve aydınlık noktadır. Geleceklere tavsiye edilir.

В душе невозможно было регулировать, вода выходила то очень горячая, то очень холодная. Обычно в отелях каждый день приносили питьевую воду, мы были два дня, воду предоставили только один раз.

Für die Dauer unserer Radreise durch Kirgisistan durften wir die Radkoffer im Hotel „parken“. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/ Geldautomaten fußläufig zum Hotel.

Немного тесновато, приходится спотыкаться об чемоданы, вероятно второй столик и кресла не так нужны для короткой остановки. Также механизмы сантехники самые бюджетные, поэтому возможны заедания.

- catherine (6/5): Mezzo mezzo - Sa situation et la literie (sauf les matelas!). La propreté de la chambre Déjeuner très très sommaire et buffet totalement dégarni ( à 8.20 déjà!) . Le personnel de service restait derrière son comptoir et il fallait se lever pour demander du pain, du thé noir, du jus de fruit. Les matelas étaient vieux et très dur.

- 78ianp (8/5): small room - I was booked on a tour so I did not have a choice on the room. Small room with single bed. Would have preferred an upgrade. Surrounded by fast food places but Navat was good. Breakfast was good but you were only allowed 1 free coffee then had to pay!

- Michael (9/5): sehr sehr zufrieden - 2 Stunden vor dem Check in wurde meine Buchung im anderem Hotel storniert. Habe sofort angefangen, neues Hotel zu suchen über CHECK24 dieses Hotel gefunden und mit meiner Familie hingefahren. Angekommen und schon nach 2 Minuten waren wir in unserem Zimmer. Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Alle unsere Fragen wurden beantwortet, und alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Frühstück war sehr lecker, vor allem traditionelles Essen. Da wir am letzten Tag schon um 3:00 Uhr nachts abreisen müssten, freundliches Personal hat unser Frühstück in Plastikboxen eingeschweißt und uns mitgegeben, das fand ich super toll. mit freundlichen Grüßen Michael Neumaier. Die Lage des Hotels fand ich auch sehr gut, sehr nah von der Stadtzentrum. Alles war sehr gut erreichbar.
