- Ann (9/5): - This was our favourite hotel in our travels across Central Asia. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The location was good with lots of shopping malls nearby. The food is excellent. Good breakfast that runs to 11am which is great when you need rest after a tour. We also had dinner in the adjoining restaurant. Food and service both high quality and a lovely atmosphere. Bonus was gett6a late check out and storing luggage when we went on a 4 day tour. The staff are exceptional. Nothing I didn't like

- Antti (9/5): Nice and comfortable for weekend stay - Good location. Nice restaurant - both for breakfast and dinner. Sauna was great surprise - you can book it privately for yourself. First time sauna was too hot (+110 C), but for next time I asked it for +85 C and it was perfect. WiFi was unstable, really depending on room whether it works or not. Hotel should improve that!

- Andrei (5/5): - Вкусный завтрак, но официант был неприветлив. В номере был свежий ремонт, практически без недостаточков. Чистота. Удобные кровати. Бесплатная сауна. Теннисный стол. Шум от дороги мешает спать. Звук сигнализации и проезжающего транспорта был слышен в номере. Оборудование с спортзале сломано. Оставил неприятное впечатление выезд. Мы попросили трансфер в аэропорт на пять человек (среди них трое детей) и заказать нам подходящий авто, например, минивен. Но администратор заказала седан и сказала сесть вчетвером, с детьми на коленях на задний ряд. Это было ужасно, не поместились не только мы, но и наши чемоданы. Мы попросил перезаказать нам минивен, из-за этого пришлось ждать более 30 минут.

- Ana (9/5): - High end place in Bishkek which, after 2 weeks hiking/horse riding, was sorely needed. The personnel was really helpful, we had an early flight (before regular breakfast time) and they made us a packed breakfast! Rooms were large and very comfortable. We went to the adjacent Lesnoy bar for dinner and it was delicious.
- Mark (9/5): A welcoming, clean, good value hotel close to the centre of Bishkek - The Evropa is conveniently situated close to the centre of Bishkek, which meant that we could walk comforatbly and safely to the sights we wanted to visit. We arranged a transfer from the airport that was very efficient. My room was large and comfortable, if a little bland (some colour would have been welcome!), and the bed was just the right degree of hardness for me. The breakfast was excellent - there was a good choice. The best, though, were the staff, who were withoutr exception friendly, welcoming and helpful. This is just what you want when you arrive for the first time in a new city.

Можно также пообедать и поужинать. Почти все меню достойное. Заселили за 50% доплаты ночью, это очень удобно для ночных рейсов. Приветливый персонал, подсказывает как лучше ориентироваться в городе. Район не очень удобный.

We booked an airport pick-up from the hotel and accidentally my husband left his backpack in the car, but the hotel managed to arrange with the driver to deliver the bag on the same day. The room size is enough for 2, I like the working space they provide in the room, making me comfortable when I need to work with laptop. The restaurant where we have the breakfast is nicely decorated, love it! The location is strategic, in the center. Overall, all is good. The hot water is not stable, not a big issue thou, however it's better if it can be improved.

- Crownalee (10/5): great stay cannot fault it, exceptional service, and central location! - the location of the hotel is very central. It has had what appears to be a recent renovation , so all amenities appear to be new and modern. The bathroom is well equipped and has ample hot water. The reception staff were so very friendly and helpful, they were kind enough to let us have a late check out, and sit in the lobby while we waited for our flight. The included breakfast was great and the restaurant that it was served in had a great vibe. I truly could not fault this stay.

- Nadezhda (10/5): Отличный отель, номер, сервис. Ресторан прекрасный - завтрак вкусный, разнообразный. кому то может не хватить омлетов и яичницы, но мне вполне хватило вареных яиц. Были каши, разнообразные бутерброды, нарезка, выпечка. Отличный кофе. Вообще ресторан на высоком уровне - я обедала там и ужинала. Все очень вкусно. Номер просторный, уютный. Даже фен неплохой, что для отелей редкость. Персонал ресепшн очень квалифицированный и дружелюбный. Я довольна, теперь в Бишкеке только этот отель для проживания нет такого

Для трансфера достаточно написать им в WhatsApp, очень удобно. Месторасположение 10 из 10, рядом два торговых центров, недалеко находится хороший паб и т.д. Недостатки несущественные, но было бы лучше их исправить. Вешалки побольше нужно поставить, а то у меня в номере были только две вешалок. Также утюг и гладильная доска, старые, нехорошего качества. Даже футболка прижглась утюгом, пришлось выбросить.
- Larissa (10/5): Comfortabel, groen, behulpzaam en centraal - Ondanks de drukke en centraal gelegen locatie was er toch parkeren beschikbaar, wat heel fijn was. Het personeel was echt top, heeft ons meerdere malen uit de brand geholpen met bepaalde zaken en stonden altijd voor ons klaar. De kamer zelf was prima, groot genoeg en bevat alle basis benodigdheden. Het aangesloten restaurant is ook heel goed, heerlijk eten, goede service en een prachtig decor. Eigenlijk niets. Ontbijt hebben we niet kunnen beoordelen.

- Johann (10/5): - Das Hotel befindet sich in zentraler Lage, sodass die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Das Personal zeichnet sich durch Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aus. Für das Fahrzeug steht ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem videoüberwachten Hoteleingang zur Verfügung. Das Frühstücksangebot ist abwechslungsreich und von hoher Qualität. Aufgrund des hohen Verkehrsaufkommens und der häufigen Nutzung von Hupen durch die Autofahrer herrscht eine erhöhte Geräuschkulisse auf der Straße.
- Inna Carmela (7/5): The view was nice but the important things were lacking so may not stay here in the future. - Most staff were really nice like the receptionist, housekeeping, and bellboy. Good location as there are 3 malls that are walking distance. I also loved the restaurant next door Lesnoy! Our shower was broken. The hotel could not fix it, so they ended up making us shower at the sauna area which was not comfortable. The technician who tried to fix the shower was rude. He made a mess in the bathroom and did not notify housekeeping or the receptionist about his mess. He also lied to the front desk and said that he fixed the shower when in fact another technician came in the morning and found the shower still broken. We had a long trip that day and just wanted to relax. The broken shower made our stay uncomfortable, and we ended up sleeping late because the technician tried fixing it from 11 PM to 12:30 AM without success. Because we were so tired from the night prior, our trip the next day got delayed as well.

- Harpreet (10/5): Really nice, clean and modern hotel with friendly staff who speak English well - -Staff were so kind and friendly and really took care of all our needs e.g. booking airport taxi, booking the sauna for the evening - Hotel is in a great location - Rooms are very clean and modern I would stay at this hotel again if I returned. Just be aware you need to book the sauna if you want to use it. This booking system was the only annoying thing as we couldn't get the time we wanted so had to skip the sauna.
