За завтраки отдельное спасибо персоналу! Слишком хорошая слышимость из соседних номеров, но это, скорее, проблема не гостиницы, а отдельных постояльцев, у которых отсутствует понимание взаимоуважения.

İlki odalardaki köpekler, hem gürültü hem de sağlık açısından doğru bulmuyorum. Kalacaklar mutlaka neredeyse her odada bir köpek olduğunu bilmeli. İkincisi otelin konumu iyi değil, bir ara sokakta. Üçüncüsü ise kahvaltı bana göre ortalama altı.

It is a bit far from the city center and the road from the main street to the hotel is a bit shady. There is a carpet in front of the door of our room so we couldn't open the door completely.

Особые слова благодарности — администратору и девушкам на ресепшне. Очень вежливые, внимательные, доброжелательные и профессиональные сотрудники. Всегда готовы помочь, подсказать, пойти навстречу и решить любой вопрос с улыбкой и уважением к гостю. Именно такие люди создают настоящее лицо отеля. Номера чистые, аккуратные, всё продумано для комфортного проживания. Удобное расположение, тишина и порядок — всё располагает к хорошему отдыху. - Musaeva (10/5): - Я была во многих странах, а в отеле в Бишкеке впервые. Честно говоря, сначала отнеслась немного скептически и ожидала чего-то обычного. Но по приезде была очень приятно удивлена: отель оказался чистым, уютным и с по-настоящему приятной атмосферой. Да, лифта нет, но сотрудники сразу помогли и отнеслись с заботой. Огромное спасибо за тёплый приём и комфортное пребывание!

- Vladimir (9/5): - Хороший отель с очень удобным расположением. Оказалось отсюда довольно быстро добираться до многих точек в городе как на машине, так и на такси. Завтрак тоже оказался что надо.

- Madina (9/5): - Недавно останавливались в этом отеле и остались очень довольны. Номера комфортные и уютные, всё было чисто и удобно. Особенно хочется отметить персонал - очень отзывчивый, дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь. В отеле подают завтраки - они были вкусными. Также есть возможность дополнительно заказать обед, и он оказался не менее вкусным. В целом, впечатления самые положительные, с удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова.

- Talgat (1/5): - The hotel is located in a quiet residential area among private houses. There is no dedicated parking available, so you have to leave your car on the roadside near the street. The staff were polite and helpful. We initially received a room with an unbearable smell — it was really awful. However, the staff changed our room without any issues, for which we are very grateful. Overall, the hotel is okay, but the furniture is old and in some places it creaks. The general condition is average to slightly below average, and the rooms could use renovation. That said, the price–quality ratio is acceptable. This hotel is suitable if you just need a place to stay for one or two nights. It is fine for short stays, but don’t expect a luxury hotel as shown in the photos or descriptions. The renovation is old, and all the furniture is outdated. In general, everything was fine — just keep your expectations realistic. Thank you.

The kitchen also can make dinner. This does require notification early in the day. Staff know some English. Requests for full room cleaning and bed linen changes are accommodated. The Internet worked will for me. Towels are changed daily. My double room size was ok for one person. The location of the hotel worked well for my purposes. Full room cleaning and changing of bed linens requires asking at the front desk. Staff accommodate this well. There are no fire alarms. There was a fire in the sauna one night. Staff did come door to door to ask everyone to evacuate. Since the hotel building was not damaged, everyone was able to return to their rooms after about two hours. My double room would have been small for two people.
