• Sanchea-Leigh (9/5): Very enjoyable experience would definitely recommend it - It was very spacious and it was in a very convenient location close to stores and activities, we had a lot of amenities and the instructions to enter the property were very easy to follow, we had constant contact with the property manager who was extremely friendly and helpful The breakage fee was very steep but if you respect the property and don’t break anything then they refund the money very quickly
• Robert (9/5): Very comfortable and will definitely rebook if we ever return - Beautiful home and furnishings Didn't realise that all the accommodation was on the second floor as one of our group needed a walker and so the steps were unfortunate. But that is not the landlords fault - it was a good reminder to check at the time of booking.

• Pascal (9/5): Superb - We were very positively surprised. Amazing house & pool. Great state of the furniture etc. The private pool is huge. With kids it's been great that it's indoor. Perfect location for Franschhoek. The pool could use a little refurb. We weren't aware of other people living downstairs initially and where a bit surprised. But tbh you barely see/hear anyone.

Also i think they need to have a sign on the far end of the pool that its actually very shallow as someone can mistake that for the deep end and jump in without thinking

• Edward (9/5): Superb - A really nice family home. Somehow, the hosts knew it was my birthday, and they left a welcome gift, a lovely touch. Easy walk to lots of restaurants. Perhaps some might find the villa too lived in, it is not all brand new. But we loved it.

• Alya (10/5): Perfect! - Everything! The property is stunning - spacious, bright and huge rooms. It has wonderful views of the property as well as the mountains and sunsets. It's enclosed by a gate so it's very safe, and perfectly located with walking distance to everything in town. There is private parking, a swimming pool and lovely outdoor courtyard. You can have a cleaner come, as well as a beautician for massages and facials - which we utilised and can't recommend enough. Would definitely go back to this place!

• Deborah (7/5): Overall it was a wonderful stay, and we were able to laugh at our lock up miss fortunes. - The house was clean and comfortable, with good off-street parking. It felt safe and was close to all the great things in Franschhoek. The bonus was the indoor pool! we then laufght The locks on the villa doors, my husband was locked in twice, first from the front door I was outside so was able to let him out and Adele sent a locksmith to sort it out. The second time we were both locked in a bedroom and after almost an hour the cleaner rescued us. The fault on both occasions was due to faulty equipment.
• Trine (10/5): Exceptional - Huge house with everything you need. The location is perfect - very quiet but only few minutes away from Main Street. The check in and general contact with host was perfect - easy, fast and helpful. Would definitely recommend it to everyone else.

• Nomtha (9/5): Everything was amazing! - The property is in a perfect location and within walking distance of all the key attractions. the house itself is spacious, comfortable and exactly as it is in the pictures. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating and was available on WhatsApp from even before we checked in. we loved our stay and can’t wait to be back. we spent a lot of time off the property and therefore missed most of the load-shedding. we were worried about not having backup power and wifi when there was load shedding

• Coen (8/5): Big house on a very good location - The house is just of the main street, so you got everything on walking distance. The house itself is huge: Big rooms, big kitchen, nice garden. Safe area and the air conditioned rooms are really nice on hot summer days. Be aware: the pool is big and looks lovely but it is freezing!! 🥶🥶 It's not heated so the temperature is around 15 degrees.

• Gwenael (10/5): the most fantastic stay in a gorgeous town - we love the house ! it was spacious and all the 3 rooms were very comfortable and have their own bathroom ! we love the outdoor terrace and the huge living room / dining . the mattresses were so comfortable and the location was so quiet. thank you for a fantastic stay. sorry we didn’t get to say goodbye as the courtyard gate got locked leaving us in the street. nothing
• Alison (10/5): perf3ct, the house is beautiful, the garden a haven of peace and Franschhoek never fails to entertain. - Florins Crest is a beautiful house, thoughtfully and stylishly laid out and well equipped for all weather. There is an air conditioner in each of the three bedrooms and the lounge has a large fan for summer. The couch and chairs and in winter will be very snuggly. There is also a beautiful gas fire in the lounge for heat in winter.The garden is lovely, full of indigenous plants, well kept, and there are numerous little niches for quiet contemplation in comfortable loungers as well as a pizza oven in a larger area under the palms for get togethers. The large balcony off the main bedroom has a braai area as well as a skottle braai for smaller meals. There is a smaller balcony off the kitchen for peaceful breakfasts and down the stairs there is yet another braai area when upstairs is too hot. The swimming pool is a masterpiece of ferns and scupture as well as being long enough to do training for those who want to keep fit. It is a beautiful property and I have no complaints but perhaps a suggestion to add a small gas cooker for use during load shedding so that coffee is always available.
• Clive (10/5): Exquisite - We were met by the Adele who is a very warm personality. She went the extra mile to ensure that the specific flowers I wanted for my fiancee were displayed as we entered the property. Really wonderful stay and would recommend this to anyone. Clive I believe the braai could have a grid made for it with some steel pins coming out of the bricks to hold it above the coals.
